I know your CMB is Base Attack + Strength + Size. I know about Combat Agility feat which lets you replace your Strength for Dexterity modifier.
But it says when you perform a CM, you use the bonus of whatever weapon you're using. What if you have a Light weapon and Weapon Finesse feat? Will your CMB be Base Attack + Dexterity + Size with only Light weapons?
Or is it still stuck at Base Attack + Strength + Size despite Weapon Finesse?
Thanks for any input.

I was wondering this a day or two ago as well. My interpretation is that in order to use Dexterity on your CMB, you need Agile Maneuvers (Believe that's the name of the one that lets you sub dex for str, dont have the book in front of me). If you dont have that feat, its strength you use.
The part about using bonuses from weapons refers to magical enhancement, feats like Weapon Focus, Fighter Weapon Group bonuses, or other factors that would increase your chances.

See, that's what I was figuring. (yeah it was Agile Maneuvers, I typed the wrong name down).
I figured this --- Strength modifier always. If you have Agile Maneuvers, than Dexterity always. If you have Weapon Finesse and using a CM that requires the use of a weapon in which Weapon Finesse applies, than use Dexterity. All else uses Strength.
That sounds fair and logical to me.
