The detail on this is awesome, and I happen to like the backpack. I modded a bones of this to have a staff instead of a vial in hand, for a generic adventurer. I don't like the strange neck attachment to the jacket. Whenever I use this mini, however, the players can never tell what gender it is. Without knowing the iconic, it is not particularly obvious it is a male.
I guess that's a plus for whenever you need a gender-neutral miniature.
This mini does what is intended: it's a half-elf alchemist. The fact he's stuffed to the brim with potions, flasks and other gear is what makes this one really stand out. Staring into a test tube makes this a really suitable mini.
There aren't that many well-designed half-elven miniatures out there, let alone alchemists.
This miniature comes in 3 parts: main body, arm with dagger and a small backpack.
Positive:
Nice sculpt, a decent half-elven miniature (of an iconic nonetheless!).
Also usable as a merchant, wizard or other magic user!
Negative:
Expendable small back pack (adds nothing to the mini)
Pose is a bit boring (but alchemists experient rather than take on heavy action poses).
Nice Fig, I'll use him as a Artificer for Eberron Campaign Im running, with the new Pathfinder material. Id like to see more characters that are random & not from the books.

Reaper Miniatures make the Pathfinder minis and they have tons of generic fantasy figures available.
I don't think they would want to put the pathfinder name on their own lines but if you want other minis that are made to the same scale by the same people then there are a lot available.
