It's the right words. But actions speak louder than words. I know that any transparency about corrective actions is probably not going to exist except for saying they happened. As a customer it is hard to know what is really happening in an environment built to teach employees they should be happy to have a job at the place they want to work. It is hard to know if what the employees at the bottom of the command chain say is what is really happening. It disheartens me to hear former employees, leaving the company as recently as 2 months ago, air what appears to be a work environment hostile to the people creating your product. Do better. The words are right. Show you mean what you say with actions. Because these words are no different than what you have been saying since I started on as a customer. Accountability verbally is a good step. But not sure if words will rebuild the confidence I once had in promoting your product to my trans kids.

Looks fantastic. Will likely dive into it if we see forward motion on the Transphobia and Doxxing issues addressed with real acknowledgements and answers. Love that the Union is being recognized and not cancelling my current subs because of that as of now. But it looks like to dive into this I will likely have to re buy a lot of content I already have across multiple platforms?

Hi, During Paizo Con I ordered "Pathfinder Hero Point Token: PaizoCon 2021" x3 and set them to ship with my next subscription. When I look at my manage subscriptions area they are not listed as shipping with my next subscription, it is listed under 'Later Subscription' I definitely ordered this while it was in stock, well before the out of stock flag and back order option became available and was hoping you could take a look and make sure it is shipping out with my current subscription which is where I have this budgeted for. I have these in hand and man I love what Paizo is doing with the Card Accessories. Spells, Gear, Alchemical Items? Yes! Even Rune Cards! one of the things I didn't expect was to get cards for the material components too in this deck. Well done, very well done.

Don't know if I missed anything but we are now into 2021 and things are looking slim that they will be moving back to the old normal by May. Wondering if the powers that be are looking towards another Online PaizoCon this year. I know we were told if we bought tickets they would be paid forward but I can't find info about that beyond the announcement about what that is looking like too. Any info floating around? Missed seeing people last year. Guessing it will be virtual this year too :P
When I checked the price of the Mengkare mini in my cart my discount being applied was only 15% instead of 30%. I am still contemplating adding this to this subscription shipment, but this should definitely be getting the 30% discount. Can someone on your end check this out? I pre ordered the APG Coins on May 10th but they are still sitting in my side cart. They were flagged as back ordered but just checked and they are not back ordered anymore. Under my Manage Subscriptions/Upcoming Shipments it does not show Agents of Edgewatch #157 Devil at the Dreaming Palace listed. Wanted to put this ticket in as early as possible as I know there is a back log and wanted to bring attention to this. 158/159/160 are listed as upcoming, but 157 is oddly not showing up. Hi, just want to verify packaging information. Last month I know there were issues with the number of packages in some of the shipments. Authorization hasn't happened yet so I am hoping that if this is an issue it will be resolved before authorization. Currently I have 1 AP and the Spell cards side carted for the next shipment and it says that it is going out in 4 packages. Just wanted to verify that this is correct? If that is the cheapest method that is great, but feels like alot of packages for the spell cards and 1 AP and with the issues reported last month I wanted to bring it up. Thanks!

I was going through my cards after seeing a post about the promo cards subscribers were supposed to receive for the Adventure Card Core/Crimson Throne sets and realized I never received the pack of cards. I picked my subscription up at Paizo Con last year and they told me the Promos would ship separately when I asked about them. I never received them and was wondering if a set could be shipped with one of my upcoming subscription shipments. I've since cancelled the ACG sub, but I definitely remember being subbed when I received my Subscription at pickup during Paizo Con. Thanks!
Order 9143616 Listed as expected to ship in 5 to 23 days.... this is honestly the first time I think an order has come up on that 23 day mark, which I believe is today or at the latest tomorrow. I know you guys are doing inventory, but this order was placed well in advance of doing inventory. Also know that things can take a while during the holidays, which is why I haven't bugged until now. Hi, I have a ticket in with Game on Tabletop, they said on Thursday that they would have the issue resolved, but it hasn't been resolved yet. Hoping they are working on it, but wanted to post here too. Sent an email to Paizo Customer service too on Thursday, did not see a response yet, hope it got through. Wednesday night I went in to verify my address and order was correct. When I hit Save after verifying the status I got an email updating my pledge and it showed it was empty. I logged back into Game on Tabletop and the pledge had disappeared from my account screen. I went to the Kingmaker page and hit view my order and it showed a credit of over 200$ and nothing ordered. The pledge level I had is no longer available. 100$ for both books in a slip case, and then I added a ton of add ons adding up to 216.50 When I click to view my order it shows this credit. I can spend this credit but it would cost an additional 25 bucks because the original pledge level I got during the campaign is no longer available to me. Going to also call Paizo support now... hope this clears up as I want the hero coins and other exclusives I ordered from this campaign. Thank you for your time

270 vs 360 So... Was starting to look at adding the subscription, and I think the prices are wrong for the Legendary Set to stat with? If I 'Start' with the Legendary it says just under $360 for the case, if I start with Ruins of Lastwall it says around $270 which is what I expected. Posted in the comments for the subscription page too, but can you please check/confirm which is right and if it needs correcting? Pretty sure it should be the 270 price? Thanks.
With the books in hand I have questions... But wanting to respect the Aug 1st time frame at the same time.... Without giving away anything I hope. If your players have an encounter with 5 monsters who are level 1 I think I have this right... Do your players gain ##xp x 5 becuase there are 5 creatures? Further confirm: 5 monsters level 1 and 1 monster level 3 (##XP x 5) + ##XP from the level 3 monster Yes I understand that the amount of xp is calculated based on party level, just want to make sure I have the math right based on the number of monsters in the encounter. Pretty sure I do. Thanks!

Love making my own accessories but having official accessories is so much better. Cards: Race Ability, Class Ability/Feat, Feat, Spell, Monster/Bestiary I am the kind of person that will customize my own for what I want, but what kind of accessories are you looking forward to?

Building out characters for my group to use for the Doomsday adventures. Something I am struggling with is some of the players relied heavily on the use of magical items but they weren't playing characters who rely on Charisma. I love the idea that magical items are more limited in the sense that these characters are already modified to be more on par with magic wielders.Trinkets and such for the fighting types. What I don't like so far is that daily use is based on Charisma alone. I think that it would be beneficial if my players have an option to take a Class Feat at level 2+ that shifts the ability to gain resonance from Charisma to their Key ability score, or allow their Key ability score to also add to Resonance at 1/2 rounded up. +1=1 +2=1 +3=2 etc. This would allow my players who LOVE relying on magical items to be more on par with their charismatic Bard or Sorcerer in the ability to utilize Magic items but at an investment cost to their class. Still a cost. Love that magic items now have to be rationed out during gameplay, just don't want some of my players to get butt hurt about why another player can open their bag of holding for them but they can't lol
Hey, Not really PACG, but it is definitely home brew related: So I have been making cards for my own use to reference monsters stats. Just makes life easier. I either use my bestiaries or the OGL site to get the stats and verbage for them. The card template is roughly based off of the monster cards used in PACG with a bunch of extra information and design added. I fully know and comply with not selling any of my work. So far I have just done it for myself. But I was thinking of selling some of my mini's on Ebay and wanted to know if I could add a stat card for the mini for free. I do not intend on charging more for a mini with a card, just thought it would be a nice addition for anyone who bought the mini. That being said I know I can make my own cards, not use any of the artwork from the Community Use package but I love the idea of having the cards logo's match up with the mini's themselves. For example a Pathfinder logo in the upper left and the Adventure Path logo in the upper right and a numbered card like 1/47 This is what I have been doing for myself anyways. If using the logo's is a no go I'll probably just make a more generic card without them but it looks much better with them. Second question:

I will start by saying I have been contemplating starting a subscription for the Miniatures since Crown of Fangs came out. Finally decided to pull the trigger today and order it! Literally some time after I added it to my cart and before I could hit submit it was flagged out of stock. It literally was in stock, and then boom wasnt. That's my luck. The cost in my cart was about 321.76ish Now to the Error: I decided to add the Maze of death to my cart and was contemplating starting with IT, But I didn't want to submit now and it get deducted from the account later. But before I hit cancel I noticed that the cost for that subscription was WAY higher than for the Crown of Fangs. I did the math and the 30% off from Crown of Fangs was from the $399 price and the 30% off for Maze of Death was listed at the $511 price.... Is this a bug? Wanted to draw your attention to it. the 30% from the $511 is higher than what I could get them at the secondary market even with the 75% off on the exclusive box. Hi, Just got my order! WOOT QUICK DELIVERY! Non-Woot, one of the legs on a brazier was broken. I guess I can glue it back on, but it is disappointing when you order something and it arrives broken. The leg was in the bag, just snapped off.

I have changed nothing in my settings for the payment method. I called my card and they said Paizo did not try to charge anything today. Had a previous issue with this order charging too much, bottom of the first page of the june sub thread. That charged and refunded just fine. Really will be disappointed if I receive this after street date. I was in the batch of people who did not get processed at the beginning of the month. CS helped in this thread to correct the charge, and on my order page it says "$28.35 will be authorized to reprocess one pending order." What does this mean? I would call but I got the email as I got home and it is outside of your customer service hours. The information on the site for this card is correct.
Just got an Auth Email, was wondering what was taking so long. however it didnt apply my store credit towards the order in the sidecart and it looks like it is charging my card the full amount. Order #3598161 I was in the group that didnt get processed during the normal Auth Round. Thanks

Hi, My credit card was charged twice for a large amount. Total order was 667.86 Paizo Broke this down into 2 payments, which was fine. 137.75
which adds up to 658.92, which I thought was odd but that was your system of doing math I guess. Could be because shipping was less than estimated? What isn't fine is that 521.17 was charged to my credit card two times. I saw that on the order it was clearly marked as charged twice, once yesterday and once today. So I checked on my card and sure enough there was a second charge from Paizo today for 521.17. Please fix this, I will also be calling in at 10am pst to make sure this is cleared up.
They said that their system was told *presumably by paizo* that the release date is January 3rd for the class decks. Any chance can get someone from Paizo to shoot an email to Amazon that it is ok to release their class deck orders? The guy on the phone was extremely apologetic and even saw that paizo is shipping from their site but there was nothing he could do to release my order. I've also ordered from Paizo my cleric deck, so at least I will have that in time, but was hoping to get all 3 of my decks before OP launched. EDIT:
