I meant to start with the Lost Omens World Guide, can you change my subscription to start with the World Guide?
Will the Lost Omens Character Guide still ship with the next shipment even if the World Guide is on back order?

So, waaaaay back when LOWG was first listed for pre-order, I reserved my copy. There wasn't a subscription option, as far as I can remember. If I subscribe now and choose LOWG as my first issue to get the free PDF, will I end up with a 2nd physical copy since I pre-ordered it? Or, can we hand-wave sending me another copy (and charging me again) but grant me the PDF since LOWG is currently out of stock anyway?

BTW, it may be worth considering granting PDFs for pre-orders. Or at least offering them at a discount like when I picked up my pre-ordered Core Rulebook and Bestiary at Gencon.

You are going to want to start your own thread to make sure it is visible and answered by the CM's
But the answer is if you hit start with LOWG then you will get both the physical and the pdf regardless of previous orders. If you CALL their customer service line and explain what you are wanting then you may get a different answer as they can work magic behind the scenes. But I doubt it for this. Personally I would start with LOWG and just pass the extra copy to a friend or sell it. The PDF is about 5 bucks less to buy stand alone and for me that 5 bucks is worth a second copy I could pass off to another player.
