Should I be worried?

My order wasnt generated or shipped last month, all of the current items are in my side cart including my AP that was missed, but have not seen an authorization?

Looking at my Manage Subscriptions there is nothing listed under Upcoming Shipments. This is the same as was listed last month. I am starting to worry that something in my account is incorrectly flagged. Please let me know if you can take a look?

All of the items that should be shipping this month are listed as "Items Shipping with a Later Shipment"

146 and 147 are listed as shipping in an unknown time frame.

Is this normal? Again, My AP that should have generated and shipped last month (June) did not generate/ship. The CS team generated AP 143 manually and applied it to the next shipment after submitting a ticket.

Hello Yoshua,

I asked the tech team to take a look earlier and they tell me they have this resolved. I see a GenCon pickup order for the subscription items on your account.

There should NEVER have been a gen con pick up!!!!

I went to Paizo Con and picked up my may sub there, and then June did NOT ship and I contacted support to get June in with July.

I never requested a Gen Con pick up, I am not attending and have never attended. Please look again???
