Listed as expected to ship in 5 to 23 days.... this is honestly the first time I think an order has come up on that 23 day mark, which I believe is today or at the latest tomorrow.

I know you guys are doing inventory, but this order was placed well in advance of doing inventory. Also know that things can take a while during the holidays, which is why I haven't bugged until now.

If someone can take a look I'd appreciate it.

Hello Yoshua,

That timeline is based on the typical timeframe in which the supplier for the products in the order can get the products to us. When we have outstanding orders for the items, we put in to get them from the supplier and then once they reach us we can ship out your order to you.

Also note that the timeline is counted in business days. Due to the many holidays during this time of year, the count for business days from December 14th will make the 23rd business day January 17th. So we are likely just still in the waiting period to get the product to us.

The product that we are waiting on is the Gargantuan White Dragon. If you want to split this off into its own order or cancel it with this information, we can get the remainder of the items moving as soon as inventory is complete and the warehouse can resume shipping: next week.

Hey Sam, any updates on when you guys will get the dragon in stock? Looking at the 22nd now, and my order no longer says waiting for items. Which is odd because when I bought it,it definitely said in stock ;)

Looking forward to getting my hands on this, just wondering if you could take another look?
