Edit: That doesn't mean I'm pro daylight saving time but if we're going to have it I vastly prefer springing forward to falling back. The extra hour of sunlight is the only thing to look forward to as winter gives way to other seasons. Nope. Not worth it. So say we all. look, until I conquer the planet and make it winter all the time we are just going to have to deal with this four seasons nonsense. I want my own small continent with eternal Autumn. I would happily open a pub/guesthouse on a remote stretch of coastline in that land. It would have the best breads in the land. And a fireplace a man could stand up in.

Oh no, you're not skipping over the best season of the year just to get to that solstice nonsense again. Those whole three months between now and then are the best part of the year and I'm sure as Seelie selkie skins not going to let you forget it!
It is nearly midnight.
It is 60* F (15.5* C). This is down from about an hour ago when it was 68* (20* C).

Even living in Arizona I would take summer over winter. I hate winter that much.
Autumn is the best though pretty much anywhere.
