This is the discussion thread for GM Harker's presentation of #4-21 Way of the Kirin. It is being run as part of PbP Gameday V. Since it is already full, I have decided to skip creating a recruitment thread. If one of the scheduled players drops, a recruitment thread will be created. You can find more information about the Gameday event at https://www.pbpgameday.com/

Ok, welcome to the new thread! Here are bullet points on how I would like the game to run: • I prefer that everyone posts at least once daily, although I will cut you some slack on the weekends. We have a lot of module to get through and slow posting is the death of every PbP.
Please post whatever character you plan on playing in this thread along with your PFS# and faction. I prefer to have everyone's email address so I can send them their chronicle sheet in case of sudden disappearance. You can provide that information to me via private message. Also, please confirm that the character you are playing is registered as a Core character with the Paizo tracking system. You can verify this by going to the Pathfinder Society page and clicking on 'My Pathfinder Society' in the grey header at the top. After entering your password, it should show you a list of your PFS characters. If your character was correctly registered as a core character, then it will have (Core) posted next to the name. This is necessary because if even one person isn't correctly registered as Core then it will invalidate everyone's Core status. As I stated on the other thread, I anticipate restarting the first scenario some time in the middle of next week. If you have any questions for me in the meantime, feel free to ask. Thanks again to the mysterious benefactor who provided the module!

Part 1: The Haunting of Harrowstone A cold mist falls on the lands surrounding the quiet farm town of Ravengro, threatening to extinguish all warmth within your bodies. Each of you have arrived to this seemingly unremarkable corner of Ustalav after having received a distressing missive from Ms. Kendra Lorrimor, informing you of the recent demise of her father Professor Petros Lorrimor, a man that's had an influence in your life whether you are aware of it or not. Evidently, you have made an impression on him too, as Kendra's letter goes on to inform you that your name is specifically mentioned in his Will and asked that you attend the funeral. So, after a long and uncomfortable journey over dark roads, past superstitious peasants and unsettling gothic landmarks, you finally find yourself nearing the wrought-iron gates of Ravengro's cemetery, the Restlands. Kendra's letter requested that you meet her and the procession at the southeast gate, although when you arrive there isn't any indication that anyone from the village is yet present. The only greeting you receive is a frosty breeze and the smell of wet earth. Everyone can make an introductory post here, as through a series of fortuitous events the PCs arrive at the gate at around the same time.

Welcome to the game and thank you all for applying! Before we get started, I'd like everyone to check in and touch base, if you want to rebuild your character based on what the others are playing that's fine, just brief me on what's going to be different. In the next couple of days I'll be giving the sheets a closer look to make sure everything is consistent and you didn't miss anything. Here are some expectations before we get started: • I'll be rolling everyone's initiative, some saves and other reflexes rolls as necessary to keep the game moving smoothly. • Initiative will be run in blocks. Specifically, I'll roll everyone's initiative and those PC's whose initiative rolls are together consecutively can act without waiting for the others ahead of them to act first. This is still consistent with the rules, as we just assume those who haven't acted yet are delaying. To make things easier to adjudicate, first to post is assume to act first. I understand that this might be a little confusing when laid out in text form, but I can provide an example if you wish. • I will not be using Experience Points, instead the PC's will level at the times recommended by the Adventure Path. • If someone could volunteer to keep track of gold and other loot found while adventuring, it would save me some significant time. I'd prefer it if you could set up a Google Doc Spreadsheet that everyone can edit, but I'm open to other methods if you prefer. • I'm considering giving the group Hero Points whenever the AP suggests a Harrow Card drawing, but I'd like to hear your feelings about that first. • If you don't post within 24 hours and haven't advised that you'll be gone, I reserve the right to bot you. Since I really don't like making PC decisions, I may have another player bot instead. If you are gone for more than 2 weeks or more without warning, you may be replaced. • We will start at 6 players, but one or two are bound to drop eventually. I will re-recruit when we fall below 5 or a crucial role is missing in the group. I tried to invite some characters who can fill multiple rolls to avoid having huge gaps when attrition occurs. Let me know if you have any questions, and thanks again for applying to be in my game!
I'm opening recruitment for the Carrion Crown AP on the Paizo boards. I'll be taking 6 brave souls willing to fight against the ubiquitous darkness that plagues the land of Ustalav. Google Drawing will be used for maps. Recruitment will run until March 27th. If there is sufficient interest, I'll run it in campaign mode for Pathfinder Society credit. If you don't play PFS, worry not, campaign mode does not change anything about normal play. Unless I'm blessed with an exceptionally quick group of posters, this game will take a long time to finish, probably several years. If you're unsure about this whole Play-by-Post thing or if you're on the fence about being locked into a horror based campaign for that long, please reconsider applying. As an additional warning, there will also be some light gore as per the Adventure Path. Also, I reserve the right to change any aspect of the Adventure Path as necessary to keep the game fun and running smoothly. Character Creation
The ideal group would include at least 1 Martial, 1 Arcane, 1 Divine, 1 Skilled, 1 Occult, and 1 Wild Card. Characters that are mixtures of the different roles are very appreciated. I look forward to seeing your submissions, and wish you all fun in your character creation/updating.
Starting on March 2nd, I'm going to run a PbP of the Pathfinder Society scenario #1-39 The Citadel of Flame at Tier 1-2 on these boards. I'm looking for 1 to 3 players to participate, as I have 3 players already signed up. Currently we have a Paladin 2, and potentially a Hunter 1 and a Barbarian 1, although I'm still waiting for confirmation on those last two. Google Drawings will be used for maps. This recruitment is first come, first served for the most part, but I will only be accepting players with a PFS alias and complete character sheet (with PFS# and faction) under that alias. I reserve the right to refuse players who have a history of disappearing from games without explanation and/or an uncooperative play style. Characters at levels 1 or 2 are preferred, but I'll accept a couple of level 3 characters if necessary. Characters above level 3 will not be accepted. I'm going to attempt to get through this one fast, so if you don't think you can keep up with a quick game, you may not want to join. Again, this will not start until at least Monday March 2nd. Expectations
I look forward to seeing your characters, and thank you for your interest.

Welcome to the game! I'll need everyone to PM me with a valid email address and their PFS number. I'm going to assume your faction is the icon you're using for your alias, but if it isn't please let me know. I took a look at everyone's character sheet already, but if there's any special power or ability that you wish to highlight to make it easier for me to avoid future errors, please let me know.
I'm going to run a PbP of the Pathfinder Society scenario #6-06 Hall of the Flesh Eaters (Tier 1-5) on the Paizo boards. I'm looking for 6 players to participate, and will we start as soon as the group is recruited. Google Drawings will be used for maps. Since this may take longer than one month to get through, it will not be part of Gameday 3. Although this is first come, first served for the most part, I will only be accepting players with a PFS
I do not currently have a low (1-2) or high (4-5) Tier preference, that will be decided solely by what characters apply and are accepted. There are some potentially gory encounters in this scenario, so please take that into account if that would change your level of interest. Expectations
I look forward to seeing your characters, and thank you for your interest.
As part of PbP Gameday 3, I'm going to run a PbP of the Pathfinder scenario #3-23 The Goblinblood Dead. I'm looking for 2-4 players in Tier 1-2, as two slots have already been filled (Monk 2 and a Paladin 2). Google Drawings will be used for maps. The available slots are first come/first served assuming you have a full character sheet under your profile. The game will start on or around November 1st. Since one of the players will be gone for a month starting in the middle of December, I'm going to try to move through this one quickly. With that in mind, I will bot or delay your character's actions if you do not post within 24 hours. Expectations
More information about PbP Gameday 3 and a list of scenarios can be found at http://pbpgameday.com/ I look forward to seeing your characters, and thank you for your interest.
As part of PbP Gameday 3, I'm going to run a PbP of the Pathfinder scenario #4-19 The Night March of Kalkamedes. I'm looking for 1 player in Tier 1-2, as my regular group will be filling in most of the other spots. That includes a Magus 1/Rogue 1, a Ranger 2, a Cleric 2, a Paladin 1, and an Alchemist 1. Google Drawings will be used for maps. The available slot is first come/first served assuming you have a full character sheet under your profile. The game will start on or around November 1st. Expectations

I'm looking for 6 players to participate in a PbP run of the Pathfinder Society scenario #6-01 Trial by Machine (Tier 1-5). We'll start immediately once the players are chosen. I'll be using Google Drawings for maps. This is first come, first served, so if you're interested in playing please submit an alias with a legal Pathfinder Society character sheet to reserve a spot, complete with the character's PFS number and Faction. Unfortunately, I will be only able to run one table of this, so you may want to act fast if you're interested. I'm going to attempt to get through this one fairly quickly, so if you don't think you can keep up with a quick game, you may not want to join. This scenario may be of special interest to those in the Silver Crusade faction, as it contains an opportunity to further the goals of that organization. Expectations
I look forward to seeing your characters, and thank you for your interest.
Starting on the 16th, I'm going to run a PbP of the Pathfinder Society scenario #3-19 The Icebound Outpost at Tier 1-2. I'm looking for 3 to 5 players to participate, as I have a Magus 1/Rogue 1 already signed up. Google Drawings will be used for maps. This is first come, first served, so if you're interested in playing please submit an alias with a legal Pathfinder Society character sheet to reserve a spot, complete with the character's PFS number and Faction. Although characters at levels 1 or 2 are preferred, I'll accept a couple of level 3 characters if necessary. Characters above level 3 will not be accepted. I'm going to attempt to get through this one fairly quickly, so if you don't think you can keep up with a quick game, you may not want to join. Again, this will not start until at least Monday. Chapter 1: The Confirmation The invitation delivered last night was remarkably simple, especially given the importance of the occasion: “Start where it all began. Meet us at the Pig’s Paunch one hour before dawn.” The Pig’s Paunch is a run-down building with a faded sign of a large pig standing on its hind legs, arms folded above a corpulent belly. Inside, the air is thick with the scents of human sweat, stale tobacco, and leftover food. In the center of the room, surrounded by inebriates sleeping off their revelries, a familiar elven man stands high upon top of a large round table. “Welcome! Welcome, my students! Please, have a seat!” With that, Kreighton Shaine, the Pathfinder Society’s Master of Scrolls, nimbly drops down to sit cross-legged on the table before looking about the tavern with a sense of reverent wonder. “Can you believe it? It all started here years ago—well, over four hundred of them at least. Under this very roof the Pathfinder Society was born.” “But today! Today you will begin your Confirmation! Master Farabellus, Master Zey, and I all agree you each have shown your worth and dedication to the Society, so there’s no better time to see if you can handle becoming full field operatives. Allow me to introduce you to Janira Gavix,” he says as he motions for an excitable halfling woman to approach. She wears a large backpack and carries all manner of tools, pouches, and scroll cases around her waist. Shaine continues, saying, “Janira here will be going with you on your Confirmation. She was one of my brightest pupils and will no doubt be an invaluable resource on your journey, for she discovered the caves you are about to explore during her own Confirmation.” Janira speaks up in an enthusiastic and cheerful voice, “Greetings, aspiring Pathfinders! Six months ago, while I was mapping cave entrances in the foothills of the Kortos Mounts, I witnessed a lone gillman entering a concealed cave. I thought little of it at the time, but I saw another one enter the cave again a month later as my Confirmation stretched on. A few days later, after I completed my assigned task, I entered the cave system, but was unable to find the gillmen.” Master Shaine hops to his feet. “Initiates, for your Confirmation, you will travel to these caves to explore and document its many passages. Additionally, and most importantly, you are to learn what the gillmen are up to in there. Oh, and you need to come back alive as well.” With these parting words, the Master of Scrolls jumps off the table and strolls out of the building while humming to himself. Janira appears eager to get started, and begins pulling a book out of her backpack. You may make an introductory post now. If you have Knowledge (Geography) or Knowledge (History), you may make those checks here if you wish.

If I still need your Pathfinder Society number and your faction, please post those here or send me a PM. Since we're starting with The Confirmation, the assumption now is that you are a Pathfinder in training. I also need everyone to send me a Private Message with their email address so that I can send a chronicle sheet if they happen to disappear off the boards. I plan to get started within two days, hopefully sooner. At the very least I'll get a gameplay thread up so you can dot it.
I'm looking for 6 players to participate in my Pathfinder Society Season 4 campaign for PFS credit. If you play all the scenarios in the campaign, it will take your character from level 1 to level 12. Since there are not enough scenarios to provide the necessary experience points, I'll be adding a module and scenarios from Season 3 and Season 5 to round things out. The game will take place on these Paizo boards and Google Drawings will be used for maps. The Proposed Schedule:
Level 1
Level 2
Level 3
Level 4
Level 5
Level 6
Level 7
Level 8
Level 9
Level 10
Level 11
This schedule is tentative. If, for example, the group doesn't feel comfortable playing The Waking Rune at level 10, I could easily move it to the last slot in level 11.
Ideally, the 6 players will not have played any Season 4 scenarios. Since it's going to be unlikely to find that many players without Season 4 experience, I'm willing to accept players who have played a small number of them. I'll work with them to fill in the experience gaps, perhaps by running another short scenario concurrently. Obviously, it would be helpful if you avoided playing any additional Season 4 scenarios while you participate in the campaign. Unlike an AP, when we will have the inevitable drop-outs, it should be easy to fill in the spots through recruitment on this thread. In addition, if you find the campaign ultimately not to your liking, at the very least you'll have received PFS credit for the scenarios you have played. Normally with a PFS scenario, I would just accept the first 6 players with completed aliases for the game and begin, but in the case I will have to be a little more selective. Based on future scenarios, the group I finally pick will have at least each of the following roles filled: • Arcane

Expectations
I look forward to seeing your characters! Recruitment ends when 6 suitable candidates apply, with the roles outlined above filled.

"Agrimmosh! The Hammer of Unmaking!" The ancient slag giant continues. “In times now lost, my ancestors built the sacred forge in the cathedral above to honor He Who Makes and Unmakes. Minderhal’s Forge is a repository of awesome power, but long have its fires lain cold. Only with Minderhal’s great hammer, Agrimmosh can the effects of long ages be unmade and
“I, Etena, am Keeper of the Forge. I inherited my position from those who walked this world before me, and those before them. I am the guardian of the sacred forge, but I am not its creator. Were that the case, I would have long ago renewed its fire, but this task is beyond my ability. You, however—you, the bearers of the Hammer of Unmaking—you have the power to relight the forge. But first, you must learn its history and what must be done.” "I am the last living descendant of the ancient slag giants who immigrated to this valley after converting to the worship of Minderhal. Long ago, the elder priests of the cathedral appointed me to the revered position of Keeper of the Forge, a post I have held for centuries, even after the giants abandoned the valley and the cathedral above. It has been so quiet here for so long, until all these giants started gathering here." She looks sad, as she continues her tail. "So long I was the cathedral’s sole inhabitant, and every day since the forge went cold, I lit candles and laid prayer symbols in the dust to honor Minderhal and bless the forge. In the hundreds of years that have come and gone, I came to believe that should Agrimmosh, the Hammer of Unmaking ever be returned to the cathedral, the sacred forge will once more roar into life, heralding a new age of glory for the cathedral and the worship of Minderhal! You are here to fulfill this destiny!" Waiting briefly to make sure you are still listening, she continues with her history lesson. “According to the sacred texts, four ancient heroes first brought Minderhal’s Forge to life. " “The first was Mymrith the Maker, priestess of Fandarra, who prepared fallen warriors for the afterlife by anointing their bodies with sacred clay. She lined the forge with the clay to contain the fire within." “The second was Aduromi, the Priestess of Crystals, whose veins ran hot with molten metal and who could temper steel to a hardness that would cut diamonds. She brought with her the secrets of the fire geodes, which once ignited would burn for a century." “The third was Jogrothir the Hunter, guardian of the sacred horn Drakesbane, which he used to call the ancient drakes native to the surrounding peaks. Jogrothir brought the forge to life, for he alone was able to capture the dragon’s breath, the only flame hot enough to ignite the fire geodes." “The last was Rosag, the Preserver of the Forge. A great priestess of Minderhal, Rosag held the secrets of water—both its ability to temper metal as well as its capacity to quench the sacred flames. She performed the Blessing of Rosag, the final incantation that stoked the fires and sanctified the forge." “Only by following in the footsteps of the blessed ancients, by repeating those acts which have been undone, shall the fires of Minderhal’s Forge once again blossom.” "Will you help me?"

Pontia recognizes the silver dust and onyxes as material components for desecrate and animate dead spells. You decipher enough of them to determine that they concern some sort of instructions to Auren Vrood from an unnamed superior. The orders instruct Vrood to steal the heart of the Shudderwood’s packlord, as well as construct a skull from the bones of corpses buried in Feldgrau. They also direct him to send the Seasage Eff igy to the town of Thrushmoor as part of a trade for a second object whose nature remains undisclosed. Finally, Vrood is commanded to raise an undead army in the Furrows for later use. This concludes this book of the adventure path! So, a few things to discuss in the discussion thread, but for one thing, you should all now level up to level 9.

Hello all - sorry for going silent with no warning. My wife's mother passed away this weekend, and between that and the holiday season, we are scrambling to get everything in order. I am posting this same note to all of my groups, so some of you will likely see it more than once. I suspect I won't be only until after Christmas, and maybe not even until after the new year. I will try to catch up on games where I can, but I don't expect to be very successful. If I am a player, please feel free to bot me or drop me as needed. If you bot me, all resources are available to you - I am not worried. For those I am running, I certainly won't me able to organize combat as I will be remote. But feel free to continue RP if available and I can answer questions as I get a chance. Thank you for your patience and understanding, and for those of you that celebrate, Hanukkah Sameach, Happy Kwanzaa, and Merry Christmas!

Also, keep in mind that while maybe not all that realistic, you can re-work your PFS character until they play as a level 2. So if you aren't happy at the end of level 1, you can adjust. Having said that, each level is written by a different author, so I wouldn't make too many assumptions about the rest of the dungeon based on this first level.

Looks like we still have some die-hard 1e players here, and while I have dipped my toes into 2e, it just isn't clicking with me. The creature has clearly been the one causing all of the problems in the school. As the creature hops out of one book, you are able to catch it briefly before it hops in another, with the secret pages acting as portals to each other. During one such hop, the Scholar of Secrets' bracelet of bells chimes and falls to the ground. The bells are artfully crafted, though the chaotic energy of the Maelstrom means that the sound they emit is always the wrong tone and volume than expected. Elfino realizes that the bracelet you found in the bathroom could also be used to banish the creature back to his own plane. Eaterina distracts the creature as Thevernin uses the planar focus bracelet to open a rift. With the Carnellan Signet and Termia working together to push the creature into the rift, it screams "No! My work here is not done!" The rift closes, and the school goes quiet. With your work done, you are able to rest and even get a good night's sleep. Sorry folks! I did mean last Monday, but this week just kicked my teeth in... I fear the next week or two might be a little slow as well, but hang in there. We'll get caught up!

Sorry folks - both work and family slammed me hard this week! Unrelated note - I found that Elfino's Pursue the Lead can apply to all of these mysteries as 1 designated subject. So no need to change your target here. Finally, there is a formal approach to these investigations. Each PC gets 1 (and only 1) skill check appropriate for the mystery. If you get enough successes, it determines what you learn. Critical successes count double. Critical failures do count against. In this case, you can use crafting to examine the statues, or perception to check out the ground. I have Perception rolls from The Carnelian Signet and Qen. Thevenin doesn't find any magic radiating from the statues.

Parnel is staring at SCary Gourd. After a bit, he finally blinks. "You are an interesting one, my leshy friend. I have seen humans carving squash similar to your appearance in some odd attempt to scare aware harmful spirits. I sincerely doubt it has any effect, but I would be happy for your company on the off chance it does!" The elf's demeanor is so dry, you cannot tell if he was trying to make a joke or not. "You can call me Parnel. Nice cat."

"Yah, well, it seems hard to get work these days, so have to take what I can get! But ya know, someone owes someone a favor, and here I am." Will moves away from the ladder across the ship, hopefully taking the eyes with him. "We can make this quick, if you like."

Lady Martella basically employed the group from the very beginning. She is the illegitimate daughter of the prestigious Lotheed noble family. Bartelby Lotheed is her half-brother. The wealthy Lotheed family has been a strong supporter of the Stavians for almost 100 years. They have a long family tradition of arcane magic, adding to their wealth and prestige. Martella is the black sheep of her family, being a result of an extramarital dalliance with a Qadiran diplomat. She lacks her family’s gift for magic as well, adding to their resentment. Despite her family’s disdain, Martella still commands some wealth and has extensive contacts, having attended the Sinora Academia, Taldor’s most exclusive girls’ school. Her goal is to "restore" Princess Eutropia to power in the land. Princess Eutropia is the adult daughter of Grand Prince Stavian III and has a scandalous reputation for making trouble and fighting in the streets. Eutropia is a social reformer, eager to establish schools and other public resources for the poor, and remove political or family restrictions for women and various minorities. Rumors have circulated for a decade that her ultimate goal is to overturn primogeniture—Taldor’s ancient law stating that only male heirs may inherit the Lion Throne—and become the first empress of Taldor. The princess’s reputation for “fighting in the streets” largely hails from her skill as a fencer, a sport she excelled at during her schooling at the Sinora Academia. Many times in her twenties she matched blades with chauvinistic politicians who would otherwise refuse to let her speak or act within political circles, and those early public duels helped her win unexpected support for her later social reforms—as well as a
In book 1, Stavian tries to quell any rebellion but in the process starts a civil war that claims his own life. Eleven major claims have been made for the throne by various nobles claiming relations to the Stavian line. Two candidates in particular—Princess Eutropia and High Strategos Maxillar Pythareus—stand above the rest, and various nobles and polities have already begun arguing that their chosen scion is the true inheritor of the Primogen Crown. Princess Eutropia has asked you to help her gain power, or at least prevent the war-mongering Pythareus from gaining it. (Also, many of you have personal reasons for wanting Pythareus punished). Martella is her confidant, and your benefactor. in book 2, you were to try and help bring allies and resources to your cause, and now we have progressed to the point where you (collectively) believe you can give the Princess more credibility by restoring the Palace of Birdsong to her control.

I would love to join you on this. I am just getting into 2e myself - a couple short scenarios under my belt, but still much to learn. How about I bring a goblin sorcerer who doubles as the cook, keeping the party fed by frying up whatever deep dark delicacies we may find? He could also be a gnome, but I think goblins have become more mainstream in 2e, so it could be fun to try it out.

I am updating the loot sheet, and you can look up all items there. I am taking off the "value" for these relics, because they really skew the WBL values, and there is already built in some balance for you to share the relic wealth. The relics you have are: Dignity's Barb. 3 triumphs. Held by Sara.
Koriana's Blade is the relic, and I believe we modified it to be a Falcata. It currently has 0 triumphs. Held by Eregos.
Subtle Mask 0 Triumphs. Not sure who had it.
Envoy Ring 3 triumphs. Worn by Valeria
This sounds fun - I would normally submit a hard-boiled detective type, but I see a few great submissions so far. What I don’t see is a femme fatale, so I humbly submit Scarlett. Scarlett Carlotta was born in the slums of Absalom, raised by a drunk father who couldn’t deal with the fact that her elven mother has left him and a young daughter under mysterious circumstances. Survival on the streets involved street performing, and often scams of one nature or another. Scarlett learned early how to manipulate the emotions of others, and was always looking for an angle. Her life was hard, but not unbearable… that is until she got pinched for trying to fleece the wrong politician. Luckily, one of the guards noticed how she worked her skills even in prison, and recruited a young Scarlett into the Lotus Guards as an undercover agent. She did her best to infiltrate criminal organizations, and in truth she often fit in quite naturally. Feeding her handlers information in exchange for her freedom, she found she really was not terribly free. As such, she developed a knack for running her own side deals, sometimes for profit, but often just to see what she could get away with. Unfortunately, she recently got outed by a corrupt officer in her detail, and so had to be quickly extracted from her assignment. For now, at least, she is working as a peacekeeper for the grand festival. Not being particularly tough, she uses her smooth tongue to try to deescalate situations, something she practiced often as a child with a drunk for a father. Some days, she wonders how he is doing… he is still living in a gutter somewhere, as far as she knows.

You pack up and everyone returns to Lady Paril. She is grateful for your quick work, and gives you the reward she promised. In addition, the newly rescued Festo asks his Lady if he can join you in your endeavors to rebuild Stachys, and she agrees. His hard work on the temple earns you 5000gp towards that project, and 1 more loyalty point among the people. When you return to the Betony Estate, there is a letter waiting. Well met, loyal friends. Word even in Cassomir is that your
After Valeria reads the letter out loud, she looks lost in contemplation for a few minutes. Then she starts to speak her thoughts. "Ok. This is going to be tricky, both politically and physically. My suggestion is that we form an insurgency team, while I stay here and keep a strong "loyal" facade and continue to run the estate and town improvements. Sveng and Bimble, you will stay with me and keep things organized. Festo will rebuild the temple, and that should bring us some needed religious support, as well as a town healer. Meanwhile, Eregos, Sara, and Capricia - you will gather some others to form the attack team. Get geared up, and go kick Lotheed out of the palace! But try to keep it quiet, make it fast, and of course, we will deny any involvement if you fail. I am afraid it has to be that way for the gains we have made to survive. Good luck, and godspeed!"

I think we may yet have one more joining us, and I think they were planning on a sorcerer, if that makes any difference. But I am a big fan of having you play what interests you the most - we can work around overlaps.

OK Bimble - sorry to see you go, but totally understand. I did recruit a few others and I am asking them to join us here as they get their characters ready. Looking like a witch, a sorcerer and an oracle as of now. All are great players from other APs I am running, so I think they can hit the ground running.

OK, I added a map. Erond - is your Round 1 to inspire, or shoot. You can't do both.

The tase of the ochre jelly is akin to moldy sweat socks, leaning towards raw sewage. It is nasty smelling as well as disgusting to taste. It doesn't seem worth any more than rotten garbage to you. Maybe a wizard might find it useful as a spell component, but not in any way any of you are aware of.

I am going to pause the game here for a couple weeks, folks. I am going to be mostly offline until June 10, and won't be able to GM appropriately during that time. Feel free to continue to roleplay and come up with a plan (although you don't need much of one). When I come back on June 10, we can start your chase after the Whispering Way.
