Well if Paizo did a lot more things that people kept asking them to do then there wouldn't have been so much need for third party stuff.

We did not play this time being that our game day would be on Easter.
PF2e Remaster? I wish Paizo would release a compilation book of some kind like a Bestiary 7, Ultimate Equipment 2, or Class Compilation book(every class including variants plus maybe all the bloodlines, rogue talents, oracle mysteries, ki powers, etc.) but I know that will never happen.
This August will be the 15th anniversary of Pathfinder 1e. I know it is a little early but it's the right year so whatever. I wish Paizo would do something cool for 1e but I know that isn't going to happen. So who else feels old? Any plans to celebrate for you and/or your players?
There are a lot of archetypes that could have used a complete redo. Also some for the unchained versions as well.
We avoided one combat, fought one, and finally got to sell our stuff after like 3+ character levels.

I love it when Paizo gave us Kaiju, shame we only got stats for 7 of them. So anyway lets talk about kaiju. Agmazar(CR26 Undead, Mythic Realms)
Looks like Pathfinder 2e did a book that describes more of them. Cimurlian looks like a massive polar bear, eyes glow like stars, massive ice shards grow out of her body wich has many animal bones in them. Igroon is a towering saurian covered in thousands of tessellating chitinous plates, numerous electric blue eyes seemly spread on it's face. Jakabu resembles a massive flying whale with ghostly flesh and sunken red eyes, always surrounded by undead seagulls, flying fish, and stranger creatures. Mantraska resembles a massive raptor covered in greenery, head and body looks like mountains, legs like fallen trees. Shbloom resembles a massive cuttlefish with a 100 tentacles. Yorak resembles a massive rhino-like with jade eyes and surrounded by storm clouds and green lightning.
Nice to see some more people posting how they got started.
Finally got to play, didn't get that far, but at least it was something.
Our last game session got cancelled....so hopefully the next one will be good.

It has been so long since Dragon Magazine was a thing....that brings me back.
Cloak of Hedge Wizard for only 2,500GP gives you two at will cantrips and two 1/day 1st level spells(different variants for each school of magic).

Well it has been several months.... time to revive this one.
Started volume 2 of Reign of Winter, didn't get much done but still got through three encounters(two combats, none of us made our perception checks to fight those gremlins). Also spent good chunk of the session buying stuff.
We will be starting volume 2 of Reign of Winter next game day.
No, the Shaman is a mess, should have been the spontaneous Cha based Druid caster with totems(ancestors, animals, spirits, etc.). I do plenty of damage with my kineticist at range though yeah they are very strong in melee with kinetic blade/whip.
Got a lot more done with our last session, more then likely will finish volume 1 of Reign of Winter by next game session.
If there was an unchained Shaman, I would want it to be a Cha based spontaneous caster with the druid spell list and have totems(their bloodlines/mysteries) such as animal spirits, ancestors, dragons, fey, elementals, etc.
Will the 1e ones have additional printings or when they are out, they are out?
Unchained Monk's Flying Kick is awesome.
Not related to unchained but would have been nice to get a complete hardcover book full archetypes both new and redone older ones to fix a lot of these issues. It's a shame we never got an Pathfinder Unchained 2 or even a pocket version of the first one.
We had our game yesterday, leveled our characters to level 3, and avoided 3 fights and that is it really it.
We just got to 3rd level at the end of our last game session. Though that means we will have to take up a lot of time with our next game session with leveling.
All martial classes that do not have any spell casting should have 6+Int skill points. Fighters should have Perception as a class skill. Fighters should get a bonus to their will saves that is doubled vs fear effects.

Personally I think most of chromatic/metallic dragons look better in Pathfinder....except Red Dragons.
Our last game session was cancelled so hopefully we will be gaming this Sunday.
Our DM doesn't really use homebrew, for the most part by the rules and only uses an optional rule if it is "official". It took a lot of convincing to use one non-official optional rule to get rid of stat boosting items and give everyone an ability point every level after 1st, the drawback is 25% less treasure. Yeah, there is scaling cantrips in 2e but spells no longer scale by caster level wich is really lame.
I didn't care much for the Stamina/combat tricks rules. Still would have preferred an actual Unchained Fighter. Also unchained versions of Shaman and Swashbuckler as well.
Well I know sales have gone up for Pathfinder 2e and 3rd party companies because of Hasbro/WotC stupidity. Hopefully sales have gone up for Pathfinder 1e as well. Hopefully there will be reprints for the pocket versions...still a shame we didn't get all the 1e hardcover books as pocket versions.
So what classes do you wish got the unchained treatment in Pathfinder Unchained? Keep in mind the book came out in 2015, so no classes that come out after this book like the Shifter. So basically core classes, ones from Advanced Class Guide, Advanced Players Guide, Ultimate Combat, and Ultimate Magic. For me the Fighter, Ninja, Cleric, Samurai, Shaman, Sorcerer, and Swashbuckler though I would have been fine with unchained versions of all the core classes as well as the non-core ones I mentioned.

I wish we got unchained versions of Cleric, Fighter, Sorcerer.....hell maybe all the core classes plus Samurai and Ninja. Still mad we never got that Cha based spontaneous Druid caster class. I really wish we got a better Shifter. So much potential lost on that one.
We played last Sunday, had one death(Inquisitor) and our Gnome Arcnaist almost died. We did get to have our Inquisitor raised but lost out in 500GP per person reward for saving that noble woman. So glad we finally got to 2nd level.
More Dhampir feats other then ones related to blood drain.
Legacy of Dragons, another fun softcover book especially for the Scaled Fist archetype, love having a Cha based monk.
Would have been nice for more martial archetypes getting armor training.
Too bad we will not be playing again till next month. I hope my character survives this campaign, been enjoying playing my monk.
We played this Sunday and had much better luck, no one dropped to 0 HP or bellow this time. We are still level 1 but will more then likely be level 2 by the end of the next session.
Also would have been nice if the Weapon Focus feat was for weapon groups.
"Extra" feats are not that strong, feats I think are strong are some meta-magic feats, item creation feats, and especially the leadership feat. So is there a Extra Ki Power feat from 3rd party?
We have four players for Reign of Winter Aasimar Unchained Monk(Scaled Fist)
Also using an optional rule that we loose 25% of wealth for an ability point gained every level after 1st. No magic items that increase stats such as belts, headbands, tomes, manuals, etc.
Forgot about that book.
I will update what classes/characters will be eventually. Right now I am deciding from a Aasimar Unchained Monk(Scaled Fist), Human Sorceress(Unicorn), or Catfolk Kineticist(Air)(Overwhelming Soul).
Next game day we will be making characters for Reign of Winter.
I really wish we got an Extra Ki Power feat for Unchained Monks.
