Terror.
And, ugh - bangs. At least all of my hair was brown back then.
I would totally pay something for a Paizo speedo edition.
I'm not sure what I would pay, but I would definitely pay.
A couple of points of sanity, for a start ...

Some of those 2005 Paizo Product Ideas still sound like good ideas to me...
Some of them still sound like good ideas to us, too. In fact, one as-yet-unannounced item from that list (that we've never done before) is due out later this year, and at least one more is on the 2013 schedule.

So many things on that list I would pay money for.
Personally, I'm hoping for a revival of the Compleat Encounters line now that there's access to lower cost plastic minis. I would totally subscribe to that line if it were a thing.
Also, the minted Greyhawk Coins idea...how about Absalom coinage from Campaign Coins? (P.S. I met the dude who runs Campaign Coins at Dragon*con a few years back, if you ever have the chance to meet him, do so, he's a really great guy and almost all of the images on his coins relate back to a campaign he and his friends played. The hand on the 1000gp coin was the parties symbol, can't remember the others)

Thank the gods we get to hear from Cosmo! My personal favorite Paizonian. I was just hoping to learn what Cosmo's first RPG experience was like.

Reprinting Gord the rogue books! Sorry, that one jumped out at me. I would love to see that.
That turned out to be a non-starter because Troll Lord Games already had those rights. We did, though, manage to get a new Gord the Rogue story into Dragon 344.

Now I have to break out my old gord books AND order that dragon...

I want the Worst Case Dungeon Adventurer's Handbook. (Plus the Monster Flash Cards, of course).
Terrific blog (again) - I'm really appreciating the snippets from the staff who joined as well as the 'big picture' stuff. You left the burning question unaddressed though - Who had to stack the Shackled City hardcovers?

Yes I imagine the year they lose dungeon and dragon mags will be a very interesting read with lots of up's and downs. 2007 if memory serves.

And they presumably found out the license wasnt being renewed sometime in 2006.
.I wasnt even back to playing D&D at this stage in the narrative but those shackled city hardcovers give rise to a strong feeling of nostalgia in me. I didnt buy mine until mid-2008 but that was enough to make me seek out these Paizo people and gradually buy as much of everything they'd ever done that I could find. :)

Reprinting/Updating old modules - not an option, unless the RotRL hardcover counts.
Updated 'stat packs' for older adventures - again, only an option now for 3.5 paizo stuff
Monster flash cards - wut?
Dragon/Dungeon Trading Card Set
Calendar
Printed Deck of Many Things - this would be awesome
Slip Cases - there was much discussion when the first AP was completed, a case for 6volumes, players guide and map pack. I think I remember someone (Vic?) pointing out that they were either flimsy folded things which would not match the Paizo commitment to quality or they would be a bulky pain to ship.
Plush - we await the goblins!
Low End Art Sketch Books
Dungeon Board Game
D&D Monopoly - not possible now
Gary Gygax Reader - wut?
minis of common items
Gord the Rogue - licensed elsewhere

dragon chess
clocks
lunch boxes
cereal bowls
on-call rules lawyers
best of sub
staff picks
class guides - 3pp are doing it
worst case handbook
solo adventures - 3pp are doing it
swimsuit edition - lame
coffee mugs
beer mugs This kind of thing would be great
I think it would be cool if Paizo released Battle Magnets!

GeraintElberion, there's one other thing on your Not Done list that's been done, just not by Paizo.

For my first year or so, I was the only customer service person at Paizo, but I've never been the only one at Paizo doing customer service. I was (and still am) always getting ninja'd on the messageboards by Lisa or Vic, or any number of other folks. I had thrown my lot in with this strange little company where an entire culture of customer service made me, the low-man on the totem pole, feel like I was a key member of a team.
I remember having Joshua Frost over during his Pathfinder Society tour two years ago.
I told him I work as a consultant in the customer service field. He wanted to know what I thought of Paizo's customer service. I said that I use it as an example of the way you can make Customer Service work for you.
Just look at the CS board. Half the questions there get answered by other customers rather than paizo employees. Paizo only needs a fraction of the Wizards marketing budget becasue customers do that for them.

Yup! Dragon #323. The stats are still pretty compatible too. I have to admit that I was definitely channeling that article when I wrote up the axebeak for the original Bonus Bestiary as well. Wark!

In 2005, I subscribed to the two magazines, after the folks at paizo worked out a way to handle this for overseas/european subscribers.
Before that, I bought them at my FLGS, but getting them from the distributor was a hit-and-miss affair - and, to be honest, I don´t think that games shops did earn any money selling the mags, or at least not enough to be worth the hassle.
I think it is great that paizo strives to serve the European market as good as their domestic market - I guess that the European market is much smaller overall. More hassle for less overall revenue once again shows that paizo goes the extra mile - thanks for that.
EDIT: And on top of that, I do remember the trouble with Dungeon #149 - but that might come up later.

done: Compilation of Comic Strips - oots
We didn't publish the Order of the Stick compilations (though we did distribute the first few). Giant in the Playground was—and still is—the publisher.
However, Paizo did publish these two:
Zogonia: Slice of Death
Downer—Volume 1: Wandering Monster.
(Downer—Volume 2: Fool's Errand, by the way, is another of those very few products that were cancelled after being officially announced.)
