Top three in order of most wanted:
1) Absalom - the city at the centre of the world needs some love!
2) River Kingdoms - I've just been reading the guide to the River Kingdoms and there are so many great stories to be told there.
3) Lastwall - Many of the troubles in Lastwall seem to be external, a book that is set in Lastwall might give people a better idea of what threats exist within a LG nation.
The blog fails to mention the excellent Master of Devils, which covers parts of Tian Xia. Dave Gross did a fantastic job - and although he's tied up with Kyonin currently(?) I hope he'll return to that setting again.
For my part, I'd love to read any additional work that features the Sun Wukong, the Monkey King!

Katapesh. I just started running Legacy of Fire, and really enjoyed Ahmed's Throne of the Crescent Moon, so something in Katapesh sounds appealing.
Kaer maga would be my first choice.
The dark lands would be my second - maybe something in ilvarandin (or whatever it is called, from lost cities of golarion).
Taldor would be useful. Thuvia was a bit meh for me until deaths heretic. Taldor is another place I struggle to get into.

I care less about where and more about I wish most or all of them was about 4+ party of adventurers. Plague of Shadows was one of my favorite books of the series so far, for that very reason.
As noted above, there are a few "party" novels on their way, particularly Queen of Thorns, Blood of the City, and City of the Fallen Sky.
Also, antiheroes.
You'll want to check out Nightglass next month, then. Nidal doesn't make a lot of pure-hearted heroes. :)

Most wanted, especially if it's primarily about the people who live there:
Osirion - I'd really love to see this place further explored. There's so much more to the Ancient Egypt-theme than just pyramids, and it would be great to see this culture get some spotlight time.
Storval Plateau - Shoanti are awesome. Any of the Quahs, on or off the Cinderlands, would be cool to explore.
Belkzen - Could be a great opportunity to expand the range of cultures there. The schism between completely monstrous Rovagugi tribes and rather-less-so Gorumite tribes is just one possible starting point.
Jalmeray - Because it's another cultural analogue just ripe for exploration, one that doesn't get a lot of love in fantasy lit in general.
I was going to say Nidal too, but we're kind of getting some of that in Nightglass it seems!
Ideally, those books would feature protagonists from the cultures in question, rather than giving us an outsider-looking-in viewpoint(which usually translates to having these cultures seen through the eyes of a European analogue). Osironi hero for an Osironi tale and all that.

My five cents:
1) From Taldor to Osirion - Give us a Taldan noble-turned-adventurer whose travels take him from the height of decadence to the desert tombs of Osirion. It should strike a pretty compelling Tomb-Raider-esque, British-expedition-to-Egypt sort of vibe while lending some additional insight into both of those cultures and the kinds of characters who live there. Weave in an ancient curse. Mummy optional. But generally, I think that trope could work well for that kind of scenario.
2) Absalom - Play up more of the conflict and intrigue that exists in the City at the Center of the World. Have some sort of Qadiran villain making a move that an agent of Absalom has to counter. Or some dark family secret that they've got to uncover or undo.
3) Nirmathas vs. Molthune - Give us a glimpse into the perpetual war between these two nations. A story set there should do wonders in opening up that part of Golarion, not just for fiction, but also for adventures.
4) Geb vs. Nex - Same deal. Give us a story that builds upon the ancient conflict between these two magic-using societies. Involve the Mana Wastes, but you don't necessarily have to focus all of the action there. Instead, it could be a story more about the magic and cultural differences in those two nations and how those things continue to clash even today.
5) The Mwangi Expanse - This could either serve as a sequel to the Taldor/Osirion book, above (i.e., by following the same Taldan noble on another Indiana-Jones-expedition-like adventure). Or, I think you could just as easily write a story which explores the entire Serpent's Skull AP from a fiction perspective. Not only would that let you explore the major jungle of Golarion in a literary sense, but it would also give you a chance to renew interest in the AP itself by serving up an example of how that campaign might play out in a storytelling sense. In essence, it could prop up the gaming product line and maybe lead some people to give Serpent's Skull another chance.

While the focus is on the rogue and the wizard, Prince of Wolves also includes a "witch," a harrower, and a bunch of fighters and other rogues. Likewise, by the end of Master of Devils we end up with three adversarial parties (the good, the bad, and the kami).
The group in Queen of Thorns forms earlier and is certainly more obviously a classic "adventuring band," but all the R&J novels include a sort of adventuring party, albeit not the traditional "let's meet in the tavern and find a quest" sort.

Hermea - sounds like an interesting enough place with very little out there about it
Kaer Maga - A very cool location that needs some more love too. One Campaign Setting book and one Module is not enough!
Something around Gurat and Shadun in Qadira. The whole Cyclops Prophet is cool, and the ruins of Shadun with their mysterious figures sound really cool.

Secondary choices (in general order of descending interest) - Kaoling, Chu Ye, Jinin, Goka, Valashmai Jungle then Tianjing (particularly with the Qlippoth invasion) Wanshou, Kwanlai, and Xidao.

Anything and anywhere by Howard Andrew Jones. I loved Plague of Shadows and I'd love to see more by Mr. Jones.
As for locations, I love epic storylines (like the Star Tower in Plague of Shadows). I'd love to see something on one of the other world's in Golarion's solar system. Perhaps an expedition to the Crown of the World or deep into the Orv vaults. Or closer to the Inner Sea a trip to the Mana Wastes or Kaer Maga would be interesting. You also have an amazing and diverse group of cultures mashed together in Absalom and it's been so little explored (outside of the PFS scenarios). Hermea also makes an interesting study in cultural experimentaion.

I really enjoy the stories the focus on the where but I would also like to see some stories that the who. For example stories that focus on the less common races such as Lizardfolk, Gnolls, Centaurs, Giants (any), strix, etc.
Also, take me below the Oceans and Seas!!!
I'll chime in with a Katapesh request as well.
I'd also want to see what other type of heroic characters could come from Cheliax.
Land of the Linnorm Kings
Anyone ever watch the show 'prison break'?
(Bear with me...it's 4am and I'm writing up a biomechanics experiment)
I had an idea a few months back in this vein for pathfinder, wasn't sure whether I wanted to homebrew up a module or just write a story. But I know I'd prefer to read such a Golarion 'prison break' style story from an expert author. Essentially get a bunch of volatile personalities together, each with a unique skill set, and bust someone put of an unbreakable magic prison. Guarded by Minotaur jailors.
I even wrote down a few names of prisons in Golarion lore that might make good settings. Like the Black Whale and the Puddles in Absolom.
Mind you my scribble pad also has the realm of Tegresin the Laughing Fiend. Not sure where I was going with that so skip. Anyone recommend any other infamous prisons in Golarion that would fit the bill better?
Numeria would be a big "YES!" for me, and exploring a bit more the nations of Nex and Geb would also be something that I would like to read about.
Then again, moving around the solar system could also be very interesting!
Of course, anywhere would be alright if we get to see Count Jeggare and Radovan in action again, without forgetting everyone's favourite wolfhound!

A swashbuckling tale of derring-do and romance set in Absalom (Alexandre Dumas père meets Ellen Kushner).
A story in the Lands of the Linnorm Kings in the spirit of the Icelandic sagas.
I'll echo Perram's call for a Hornblower style naval tale centred on Andoran.
A novel dealing with intrigue among the courts of Thuvia - written by me. ;) (Yeah, I'm working on that "becoming a famous fantasy-author" requirement).
The Rise of Thrune - A multipart (3-5 books) about the Chelaxian civil war, from the non-descension of Aroden to the coronation of Abrogail I.
Whatever Liane Merciel and Dave Gross might feel like writing. (And if you can convince Elaine to write another story about Ellasif I promise to buy three copies.)
Something about the Molthune-Nirmathas conflict.
Something involving the elves of Sovyrian.

A Tim Powers "On Stranger Tides"-esque pirate adventure on the high seas set in the Shackles would be absolutely amazing.
The Rise of Thrune - A multipart (3-5 books) about the Chelaxian civil war, from the non-descension of Aroden to the coronation of Abrogail I.
Something like this would be amazing. The more I think about it, the more I like the idea of telling these sorts of stories, describing the backstory of the world and how it came to be the way it is.

+1,000. I couldn't find an oppertunity to get a PF fiction book yet (living overseas can be rough), but I'll certainly go out of my way to get a novel that describes important history. The expedition that founded Korvosa would be my favourite, but all sorts of other things could be cool.
If not, than I second the idea of a pirate novel. Another cool idea that comes to mind is a jungle expedition novel, the kind where the explorers explore trapped temples to bizzare gods worshipped by cannibalistic primitive natives. Y'know, Indina Jones style.
If not those either, I'll settle for a book about orcs. I feel they have not been as flashed out yet as they could, and I'm certain many epic tales could be told about some of them.
Brevoy, Druma, Mendev, Molthune, Numeria, Qadira, Rahadoum, and my personal top favourites: The Pit of Gormuz and The Crown of the World.
I don't have a real preferences in as much as i have for i'm reading about, and i'm talking of another Elyana book :)
I would say Brevoy or River Kingdoms,Galt,Cheliax,Varisia,Linnorm Kings,Nidal or Taldor, should i really choose some nations.

Oh sweet desna, yes. I absolutely adored The Secret of the Rose and Glove and how he presented the alchemist class.
I would like to see you go to a magical land called Kindle in the great Amazon forest. I've heard tales that the wizards there are able to use a single scroll to store all their spells, freeing space in their towers for ant farms and the like.Me too! The only thing holding us back from Kindle at this point is an overly restrictive contract. We're all hoping that they'll loosen up as time goes on, but for now it's a waiting game...
