Gale's attempt is still a Failure, unfortunately.
"Are you threatening us?" the fey tells Flory. "Don't think that we can fight. We are the heroes of this community! We take from the rich big folk and rightly give them to our pals, such as the cats around town. It seems to me that you people are the protectors of these rich people." they add, where the other sprites nervously nods at their leader.
At this point, I might initiate the encounter, but based on the Perception result to Sense Motive, it is up to the group to decide whether to fight them or let them escape. Make your decision as a group.

Lokoloko's beady red eyes seem to flash. "Are yous threating us? We's Paffinders and can fight too."
Although he doesn't move towards his bandolier, his fingers twitch a little...
Perc: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (2) + 6 = 8

The fey has no words to tell Flory but when the fey notices that the Pathfinders are not drawing their weapons, the group seizes the opportunity to flee. They disappear into the nearest cover, eager to escape while it can, leaving their precious loot behind.
Teacher Ot is extremely impressed with their stance to be diplomatic and and choosing the most practical way of dealing the situation. Tokku is incredibly relieved to have his jewelry back and gifts the Pathfinders some of his nicer pieces as a reward.
Takulu comments and considers the day an overall success. Kreighton Shaine rejoins at this point, and the two teachers exchange notes. He’s effusive in praising them to the Scrollmaster. Both teachers are pleased, and hope that their charges gained something from the experience.
