No. Hope-01 appeared in 4-13: Hard Reset. Sorry, I'm buried at work, so it'll be a bit before I can post in thread.

Just to be clear. Hope-01 is the last copy of historia prime that needs to be destroyed. With it, Hope-01 will be destroyed, but so will the threat that Historia Prime poses.
