Let's discuss out-of-character stuff here.
Khagra, Skewerspike
|
Yarr. Khagra remastered from Gold Dragon to Gold Dragon(Fortune)
With new and improved Force damage and free rage...
Although part of the whole benefit of this ridiculous dual throwing plan was solving some of the awkwardness of needed to Rage round 1. Khagra overall in slightly better shape after remsaster.

Gotta Remaster Maruta before this game begins.
No major changes methinks, mostly tracking down all the name-changed talismans, and cross-linking them in his profile.
Hard-hitting party it looks like. Prepared to support and heal.

Only a few days remain until the PbP Gameday XIII event begins! Be sure to complete the Sign-Up Sheet, Macros, and Slides linked above. Additionally, feel free to post your introductions in the Gameplay thread to get ahead of the game.
I have the following players signed up in the event listing:
Kaitlyn Deathsbane (Monk 6)
Celestia Sol (Sorceress 6)
Khagra (Barbarian 6)
Aztryx (Wizard 4)
Alice (Summoner 5)

If anyone has GM glyphs, this is your chance to share them for extra hero points.

@GM Frost,
Did you want us to do secret rolls by ourselves and use the spoiler feature? Or just let you do it?

You can roll them under the spoiler, or I will roll it secretly.

The storytelling session has three rounds. Each round, one PC is the primary storyteller and makes a skill check to earn Story Points using Performance, Deception, Arcana, Occultism, or any Lore about fortune-telling, games, or planes other than the Material Plane. PCs who share their own riddles or puzzles or who cast a spell of at least 1st-level to augment their storytelling gain a +2 circumstance bonus to their checks. The others can Aid with the same skills mentioned.
Choose the primary storyteller for Round 1. PCs providing Aid roll first, then the primary storyteller goes last. Before rolling, kindly roleplay your story.
What's happened on the main thread is that our 'primary' went ahead of anyone rolling for Aid. That's the opposite of what the GM specified.
@GM Frost, how do we fix this?
| GM Frost |
Due to the nature of PbP, having the primary storyteller wait for those providing Aid might not be practical. One possible solution is for the primary storyteller to place their post under a spoiler if they want to post in advance, without the need to wait.

@GM Frost, thanks for clarifying.
Who is our next story-teller? Aztryx is not it. Low Charisma. Will just support.

What you are leaving out is that he posted his die roll in a spoiler entitled "Open after receiving any Aid"
=)

Pointless to discuss that Rainzax. Initially, he was very explicit in what he wanted. Then, he later rescinds. Anyway. Whatever works.

Arcana 10, crafting 12, Nature +7.
Not sure if this is relevant: Magical Crafting.

Woo. Free action rage, force damage instead of fire. Remaster has been good to Khagra. Just happening to be in a perfect position for a 30ft cone is the delicious cherry on top.

The enemies conveniently have name tags below them.
So Restless and Sooty along the south edge of the room are the enemies.

Ack. I failed to notice the dying 2 condition.
| GM Frost |
Wow. I'm putting myself in for an award for best cone of the month.
Your cone is perfectly placed and has done much damage to the enemies! I have not considered that when I put the icons of the enemies on the Map
| GM Frost |
Three for the group.

I just paused for reaction. I will move to the next part tomorrow.

Kat builds a diorama of the initial longhouse where the storytelling takes place and presents it to the locals.
Crafting(E): 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (19) + 12 = 31
Crit at DC 19; 8 gp
Alice the Poppet
|
The Alices earn extra money by doing a talking dummy performance. The Eidolon holds Alice on her lap, and the rag doll talks and sings like a ventriloquist act, without anyone being the wiser who is actually in charge.
Performance: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (5) + 11 = 16

Here are your chronicles. The game is also reported to HQ. Thank you for playing!

Chronicle looks good. Thanks for a great game all!
