Celestia is a divine caster who concentrates on healing. At the start of combat she will activate her Bless and extend it every round. Her priority though it to use Heals and Stabilise to keep the rest of the party going. If you think of her as being Mercy, from Overwatch, that would be right (she's questing for the wings). If she finds herself in melee, something has gone seriously wrong. She will also use her Angelic Halo to bolster her healing.
