This is an experiment with homebrewed PF2 Mythic rules of the Wrath of the Righteous AP

Retraining House Rule:

Retraining generally takes a week of downtime. And you have to have found someone to pay to help you retrain. In some Adventure Paths (APs) there is enough downtime to actually make this viable (I'm looking at you, KingMaker, which had months of downtime). I'm not really seeing enough downtime in Wrath of the Righteous (WotR) to make this work.

Here is what I propose:

The PC makes a declaration to the GM/table that they plan to retrain out of X and retrain into Y.

Immediately, they lose X.

After a week of in-game time, they make a skill check (generally the DC of which is the Hard DC for the level of Y):

Critical Success: They can immediately begin using Y with no penalties
Success: They can immediately begin using Y, but with a -2 Retraining penalty related to using Y. This penalty goes away after one week of in-game time.
Failure: You still have lost X, and can immediately start a new week of training into Y
Critical Failure: You still have lost X, and must wait an in-game week before restarting training into Y.

For instance, if Harry the level 8 Rogue wanted to retrain out of a general feat taken at level 3 and replace it with a level 2 feat, then the DC would be 18 (16 for level 2 and +2 for Hard DC). If instead it was being replaced by a level 7 feat, the DC would be 25.

If Harry's feat was a Thievery-related feat, then the applicable skill would be Thievery. But, if the feat was related to something else (let's say Toughness), then the applicable skill would be different (in Toughness' case, it would be Fortitude). Non-obvious applicable skills would have to be discussed with the GM.

Singular magic items (for instance a +1, Holy Arrow):

Single magic arrows can be collected after a combat, unless they did critical damage, in which case they are expended.

While the woman is stable, the cultists will die without medical attention.

Avenger will help the victim, stepping on the cultist who bent his mind on the way. They followed the will of fiends and they will become slaves in the afterlife. If not snacks. We don't have the resources to keep them prisoner.

But the victim deserves mercy and kindness. "Please let me treat your injuries."

Krakas will go through the cultists belongings, riffling through searching for notes, papers, any clues as to where they are coming from or what they may be after.

He doesn't wait for them to bleed out before beginning his search, afraid that any papers could get ruined by further blood, but doesn't go out of his way to cause any additional suffering either.

None of the cultists seem 'better' than the others. If, by some chance, you had two of them awake, each would claim they are more 'important' than the other, unless it looked like you were going to treat the 'important' one worse. In which case, they would point out the other one.

No one seems to have anything to indicate they are anything more than just believers in Baphomet.

If pressed to answer for why a follower of Desna would make such a move, she would reply calmly, " Any animal is to not be left to suffer. We learn that from the mighty Dead Eye. I will assist their travel to their final resting place, perhaps in their last moments they will turn from their wicked ways. But we shall offer no enemies further for the Wound to give us, and so shall we suffer none to live. No telling what will heal them to track us."

Outside of that, Perla would continue to follow the pathway told to her towards the Blackwing.

Staying next to Solras, eying up the threat of these new demons, he'll quickly reach into his component pouch and sprinkle materials, uttering an incantation over Solras' weapon, the weapon lights up with blue glowing runes that run down the length of the weapon.

"Think we are gonna need some more firepower for these guys,"

I cast Runic Weapon on Solras' gun, The target becomes a +1 striking weapon, gaining a +1 item bonus to attack rolls and increasing the number of weapon damage dice to two. I'll probably stop preparing Runic Weapona after today, seems like just about every weapon user has at least a +1 weapon

The Blue Abrikandilu notices you, and advances, ignoring Shadow for the most part, and bites at Perla: 1d20 + 14 ⇒ (14) + 14 = 28for: 3d6 + 4 ⇒ (5, 2, 4) + 4 = 15 piercing. The ripping of skin is so horrendous, that Perla needs to make a Fortitude save.

Perla's face is disfigured from the bite of the demon. Perla now has a -1 Status to any and all Charaisma-based checks.

Solras solidly hits the Abrikandilu.

Avenger of the Green, taking advantage of the blessed aura does a lot of elemental damage. Although it probably doesn't matter this time, do me a favor and list which type of elemental damage it is.
