I think I failed one of the initial poison saves, and then succeeded at the end of my turn, reducing it from stage 1 to 0? Here's the save in case I'm missing something.
I don't think you make a save at the end of your turn. The duration of the stage is 1 round and it started on the dino's turn, so you would roll the save at the start of their next turn.
That being said, it looks like Compo went twice. Compy, the blue one, should have gone after Alleron. So I don't think you should have been attacked at all.

My bad, Mahatma should not have taken any damage from the first round because it should be Blue Compy's turn not Black Compo's. Forget about the saves and assume that Compy delays but gets the actions wasted for not acting for the round. I am taking back the 1 P, 2 P, and 2 poison damage from Mahatma.
Grallen shoots her in the shoulder, dealing some damage. 2 P damage
Babak hits Glorzia in the chest, making the enemy howl in pain 13 P damage He then douses himself for some temporary health.
Blackfeather effectively frightens Glorzia (becomes Frightened 1) before bludgeoning the thief. 8 B damage

Blackfeather Jack easily shrugs off the venom. Babak first shot goes above his target's but the second one hits true that brings down the dino thief to the ground. The tiny dinos Compy and Compo quickly retreats into the nearby crevice to hide, clearly frightened by the encounter.

Anyone can coax the frightened creatures Compy and Compo to leave the crevice and follow you with a successful DC 15 Nature check. On the other hand, you can also calm Babs with a DC 15 Nature check.

Mahatma manages to sooth Babs and lessen her fright to them. Soon Babs is following Mahatma wherever he goes. Alleron, after healing Mahatma, calls to the other frightened dinos, assuring them that they mean no harm, actually. Moments later, they come out of hiding and follows the cleric. Scanning the area, Babak finds that there are no more dinos needed to be rescued and perhaps it is about time to get back to Xila.
After defeating Glorzia, they return Babs to Xila, who rewards them with 4 gp each. Due to their quick thinking and bravery, she can reunite the wayward clutch with their family in the rest of the valley. She invites them to tag along when she returns the clutch. She assures them that while finding Compo and Compy’s pack may take longer, she’s certain she’ll be able to. When they depart, Xila bids them farewell and wishes them luck on their future adventures.
