Mork is about to finish off the black-robed Brimorak (the subject of his Exploit), when Nakgu critically gores him. At least, it seems like he might have -- through all the smoke.
Instead, he runs up to help Tao with the other fiery goat, now that he has knows their weaknesses. Mork tells a story. "When Mork grew up, we had goats. They provided milk for tribe. Orc children played with them. They brought enjoyment to tribe." He pauses and decides, "You don't bring enjoyment." Sprinkling cold iron powder on his trident while shaking his wind chimes (which takes surprisingly very little time), he jabs with his trident.

Mandoo almost stumbles into the bloody blast. He swore he saw a woman's arm hold his shoulder and quickly force him out of the way. "Move down, Reaper." The force saves him from the brunt, but it also knocks him down. No matter, Libitina is protected.
Tao takes a moment to shake Nathatel's nerve before shaking him prone. "My allies? HA! The only ally I need is Elves Illustrated. Which I have read every issue! Yes, even the thousand page tomes. Especially the thousand page tomes. Full of elven secrets, elven tales of heroics, and of course, the swimsuit gallery. Which I read for the articles!"
Mork analyzes Nathatel and realizes he is an ordinary elf. His unique blend of martial and magical ability would earn him the title of Magus, as he can combine magic into physical attacks. The silversmith's apprentice, Iarrin approaches. "We'll form a searching party. They couldn't have gotten far."
Marilindae approaches you, holding a large blue gem from a necklace around his neck. "I saw it. Nathatel Zephon. That fool. These Pathfinders struck him down, but he escaped somehow." He turns to you. "Please, let Yuelral bless your recovery." With a flash of light, the gem is consumed, and a wave of energy washes over you.
