Okay, So I just realized you gys have been speaking in here for a while.
So....What happens now? What does Pik get? What do I do with the downtime I accumulate? I know I get extra as a Field Commission. What do I do Now?

Right, you get eight days of downtime between adventures. Most common activity is to earn income. You can do this with a relevant lore skill, performance or craft.
The difficulty level you are aiming for is your level -2.
Or you can just look it up on this chart
Which shows you the DC to hit, and how much you make on a fail or a success. If you are higher level and expert you can make even more. A critical success moves you down to the next row on the table (and thus more money).

Did you receive your Chronicle? It should list these rewards:
4 XP14 gp
4 Reputation with your chosen faction
Potentially special boons. There aren't any on this Chronicle
Access to items that your characters found. Treasure in PFS is a bit abstract to deal with PCs of different levels traveling together, the fact that zero or one or several of you may want to claim a given item, and so on. So you don't just get the items (after all, you only actually got one book--not everybody is expected to take it). Instead, all treasure is given as gp but items you found are listed there for you to buy with your share if you want to.
Sometimes this is just a suggestion ("Hey, did you use this thing during the adventure? Did you like it? Now's a great time to add it to your character!"), but sometimes there's a value to it. Sometimes those items are discounted (these aren't). Sometimes it's an Uncommon item and you have access. Sometimes it's a higher-level item--you can buy an item listed on your Chronicles if it's up to your level +2.
If you do want the item, you don't have to buy it now. Pik has access to it indefinitely since it's on one of his Chronicles.
While Reputation is listed on your Chronicles, it's also tracked by the website and primarily used there. Once a character has 20 Rep with a particular faction they are "liked," which grants access to some helpful free boons (notably Mentor Boons).
Your account also earned Achievement Points that you can use to buy boons. Normally a scenario is worth 4, but because this game was part of a con you get a bonus point--so 5.
You can do any downtime activity you like. Players handle their own downtime rather doing it as part of the game (which doesn't mean I can't help you with it, just that you don't need me to do anything).
If you don't have any other ideas or plans, Earning Income is kind of the default option. You won't get as much from it as from adventuring of course, but a little extra never hurt.
As a Field Commissioned character, Pik has 12 days of downtime. A single Earn Income roll is only for up to eight days, though, so you'll have to roll twice. First for the first eight days, and then again for the last four.
Make Crafting, Performance, or Lore checks. The DC is based on your level -2, but minimum 0. The standard DC for level 0 is 14. On a critical failure you earn nothing, on a failure you earn 1 cp times the number of days, on a success you earn 5 cp times the number of days, and on a critical success you look at the chart's next level and earn 2 sp times the number of days.

I sent it by email. If you didn't get it, I can try again or use another method when I get home in about eight hours.
(And tell me if that's too much infirmary all at once. I like to be exact and I'm bad at concise.)

I got it. I can buy what is on the Chronicle. Can I also buy the items from the CRB? Thank you.

Sure! Equipment has the same rules as any character option. You have access to anything common from s book you own or the CRB, unless it's marked Limited or Restricted on the options page (also marked on AoN).
Normally you can purchase items if your level or lower, but the minimum is 2.

I have a question regarding factions. Can you switch factions? Say you earned reps for Horizon Hunters. Can you switch factions to start gaining reps for another faction? At what cost will that be?

No cost. Just choose a different faction the next time you sign up for an adventure.
The faction in your profile automatically populates on the reporting screen, though. Change that to match the faction you're currently working on to make it easier on your GMs, so they don't make mistakes or question which half of the discrepancy is intended.
