Rethersfell peers into the doorway ahead.
The Perception 13 was Rethersfell's Initiative roll (as I failed to be clear previously). Fine with current token position.

Presuming we have had the trap pointed out to us. Edit due to ready being two actions.
At the sight of the oozes approach he growl a low warcry. Then Ulvard jumps around the trap, and charges toward the large ooze up the right hand corridor.

"Animal, follow close!" Geshko purrs, as the two of them slink into the house, skirting the trap, and immediately break towards the wall. Geshko takes aim, and fires a single shot at the closest ooze, while the cat takes up a guard stance in front of him.

Ironwolf2e, a 9 surprisingly hits, they have ac 8, so please roll damage for that 9 to hit. The are immune to crits though, which is why noone crit. Also, I messed up which oozes went when but, you win, Ironwolf2e, even with minimum damage, they are all still dead.

Geshko Hawthorne

Geshko straightened out of his battle stance and stroked the back of the cat's head, smoothing his hackles.
"Good work, Animal" he purred softly, before raising his voice for the benefit of the party. "I hope the rest of this job is this easy..."
He trailed off, frowning. He walked over to the remains of his arrow in the dissolving ooze, and studied the creature for a moment, poking around with the ruined shaft.

Make all the checks you want. here is what you find, or know
Alright, description of the rooms
A1 Foyer
A lone table faces the entryway in this windowless chamber. The floors are slick with moisture, and a putrid smell hangs in the damp air. A trail of filth leads to an open door opposite the building’s entrance. Treasure You find 2 minor elixirs of life.
A2. DINING HALL
A massive table and eight chairs fill the center of this room.
Empty shelves line the walls, and soggy carpets cover much
of the floor.
A3. NORTHERN COURTYARD
Overgrown trees and bushes stand in this roofless, muddy courtyard. Mud and slime cake the walls and drip from the eaves onto the soaked ground.
Along the way you encounter Nazraz the mephit I ain't leaving, how can I be sure you've killed all the oozes. Cha based skills work here.

No charisma here... well, Charisma +0 so I'm not likely to be of any use. Almost miss the old times with AD&D where you needed at least 16 CHA for a Paladin! :)

Geshko followed the party, eyeing the mephit suspiciously.
"Bound by your summon, eh? What have you been up to this entire time?"
Did Geshko learn anything about the oozes with the Recall Knowledge check? Specifically looking for weaknesses or resistances.
I think the Summoner and Barbarian should hold onto the elixirs.

Well, that was anticlimactic.
Geshko wrinkled his nose. [B]"I don't envy the cleaning crew that has to come here after us. Speaking of..."[b] As they get ready to leave, he picks up a chair and hurls it onto the trap, hoping to trigger it.
