Yeah, Bret and I were run off our feet. Those were 3-hour adventures once we had to introduce the system and the pregens to people, and we had 2 hours to run them in. I used every trick in my repertoire to up the pace and finished on time, but it was exhausting.

For each dance, you can choose between 4 skills to dance with. One is always Performance. You can do the same skill multiple times for a single dance.
Now that you all know which skills are needed for which dance, the only reason to roll Society is to get a critical success, which gives you a +1 Circumstance bonus for that dance.
Yeah, you have a list of skills you can use (or in the case of Freestyle a longer list of skills you can’t use) and you pick which of those you will use. You can use the same skill three times and most people do.

This chronicle will put me at 48xp. I haven't looked into the new 2nd edition book yet. Did they do anything with inventors by chance?
As far as the extra quest: I'd rather wait til gameday myself, pretty busy with field work/work work. But if everyone is gungho then I could make it work.
**Edit: Oh, I answered my own question: Guns and Gears remaster comes out in Jan/Feb 2025. Definitely putting that one in the cart. Amazingly I don't think I have any active characters from the new core book.
