Zhao Fen shields herself as she fractures the Brimorak's mind a bit. The demon doesn't seem the least bit disturbed by the ancestral touch. Fen tries to feel a bit better but isn't able to get the foul soot free from her lungs. Unable to remove that sickened condition until you get fresher air, like you are in now for 10 minutes. Basically after this fight.

Kohl flings a set of bolas into the Ravener's wing. It gets tangled up enough that the undead dragon falls to the ground where Eithrim is able to reach it with his Guisarme.

Fen takes the fireball badly, but shakes off the flames to ask her ancestors to heal Omble. She mouths the prayer and sees her kindly well-built ancestor Zhao Shuo hovering over Omble and casting a healing spell, unseen by anyone else. She mirrors his movements and Omble's burns heal.

Stepping up to the Ravener Kohl brandishes his flail as he bashes into the dragon's brittle husk. As the flail bludgeons into the husk it shatters the bone into small shards all around it.

When struck with a bludgeoning weapon the Ravener sprays bones shards out hitting everything within 10 feet.

Eithrim steps up and slashes his guisarme at the Brimorak to try and end one foe at the groups backside. His first attack misses but the second hits the brimorak's neck where he kills it, though not before a wave of boiling blood spurts out.

He calls the old hag's protection Shield 15 and strides toward the ravener. He swings his blade into their tiny bits.

Bardok is unable to avoid the flames of the fireball that was centered around the demon. Sacrificing a bit of himself the sorcerer draws forth a scroll and heals Kohl. Omble shields himself from immediate harm as he drives his shortsword into the dragon's chest.

He circles the dragon to flank with Omble and swings with his flail, even though it if probably a Bad Idea.

Fen moves toward the dragon, trying to get to a position where positive energy could be channeled to heal her allies and damage the dragon. For now though, she settles for healing Kohl's wounds.

Rex inspires the group as the dragon hits the ground. Grabbing ahold of an ampoule he hurls the bob into the Ravener's side where it digs deep into what is left of the dragon's mind. This seems too much for the ravener as its head collapses to the ground shuddering once more before going still.

Eliza Petulengro rushes in with three other agents. [b]"I can guarantee you a brief 10 minutes while these agents tend to your injuries. Within the center of the storm the air seems clean enough so as to not feel sick anymore.

You are all completely healed and the sickened condition is removed.

During this brief rest, you see other agents defeat remaining waves of undead and demons, though other shapes still loom in the storm.

You have 10 minutes to refocus, buff, drink potions, ect. Kohl gets a Hero point.

Bardok catches his breath as he receives the medical attention. "One less undead monstrosity to contend with. Let's put down this spirit and call it a day."

Kohl spends some time climbing and posing on the ravener's skull.

"Ha! Told you we were better. You'll be afraid next time!"

Just before the end, Omble will take Cat eye elixir,anti plague, antidote, use a scroll of false life.

Fen will meditate cross-legged and commune with her ancestors during the brief respite. As Omble is taking his potions and using his scroll, she puts a hand on his shoulder.

"Stick close to the others Omble. The Zhao clan walks with you"

Barely visible ghost warriors take up defensive poses around the half-orc, protecting him from evil.

She casts 4th level Circle of Protection from evil on him. +1 status bonus to AC and saves against evil things, +3 vs. possession. Good for 1 hour. That spell slot is thanks to the mentor boon

Eliza looks over the rest of the group, "Thank you all for your monumental effort and bravery so far. You've got some pretty nasty wounds there and I'm glad you were able to handle the ravener but the hardest is yet to come. We'll get you patched up and then we'll be heading further into the eye of the storm-- Scouts confirmed a ritual circle just beyond this clearing."

In the opposite direction, one of the monstrous shapes looming in the distance draws closer. The ground almost shakes with each step. Eliza turns to look, "This can't be good." she says, and distantly you can hear Eando's voice shouting "REGROUP!! WE MUST PROTECT THE PRIMARY TEAM!"

Eliza continues, "We're heading back to assist Eando. Finish up what you're doing. There's little time to delay!" Eliza looks back to the group, "We'll have your back and keep the area clear of threats. You focus on disrupting the ritual. Before you go... this should help..." she then casts a 3rd level anticipate peril on each of you.

Everyone is at full HP, and you've had 10 minutes since combat has ended.

Eliza quickly departs to rendezvous with Eando Kline. The party then ventures further into the eye of the storm until a short while later the group enters a clearing consumed by flame and surrounded by ablaze trees.

A fiery ritual circle, almost eighty feet in diameter, rises two feet from the ground. Small sigils inside the circle further illuminate its interior. An inky black pit at the center of the circle leads into the bowels of the earth. Even looking at the pit invokes a sense of wrongness and vertigo. Outside the circle, five blazing rune are visible, each with trolls bound by iron chains to stand above them. Tendrils of lightning-filled smoke tie the five sigils to a spectral figure hovering in the air above the rift in the earth.

The spirit speaks, its voice booming above the blaze. “You lesser creatures have hounded me at every turn, but you’re too late! The great Urxehl shall rise and restore us to our rightful place as rulers of this world. You will rue the day you dared to defy me! Now die, and let your souls feed my ritual!”

Eando, Eliza, and Nelket can be seen grouping behind you as they prepare to fight off massive demons closing in....

The Daemonic Spirit surges with all of its power, floating high into the air it rockets a fireball into your entire group.
