Yeah sorry I didn't know anything was wrong until one of the players sent me a PM about it. I thought my posts went through Monday morning and was wondering why i wasn't seeing any activity until I got the PM. Things seem fine now. I think I dotted and deleted my own posts when I first submitted for the con, and since there were no posts in the thread it would let any new posts be made. But that's just a theory a message board theory.

Also, I somehow got confused about which game I was in. I tried to post in 4-05 and the GM had to message me with an "Um..."

The important thing is that we are here now.

I hate this first part. I keep trying different characters who will be useful later, but I am never useful now.

Are people busy at GenCon? I just noticed that the two who need to go haven't posted, and I wanted to ask. Sorry if I come off as impatient, I just want to make sure I am not missing something again.

Not that I know of. We were waiting on me. Updating now.

I was busy with gencon, even if I only signed up for the specials and another game, that took plenty of my game time and energy. It was fun and worth it.

(And of course, as soon as I ask, my hard drive goes down and I can't post as much. Nice.)

Thanks for the kind words; I’ve been starting to get better since last Tuesday.
I had caught a virus that is usually not too much of a big deal when being young, but went quite bad. It was way worst than how my kid was.

I wish I could use real healing spells.

Now that we are almost done, silly question: should I be using my dex mod or my wis mod for a spell attack? It's a ranged attack, but if I am using wisdom, it would be 2 higher.

Unless the spell calls it out it would be your DEX mod as far as I know.

Yep. It's Dex mod, like any ranged attack. PFS2's system, although a bit cumbersome at first glance, does end up making sense.
