Boons avaliable:
* Each time the PCs attempt a skill check to repair or reprogram a technological item during the adventure, one of you can gain a +3 bonus to the check. In addition, once during the adventure, each PC can roll an Engineering check twice and take the better result.

* You each get a mk 1 serum of healing for this adventure, as well as each getting your choice of a serum or grenade of level 4 or lower.

* At any point during this adventure - be it now, between missions, or right at the end - you can purchase any item or gear at a 10% discount.
* Once during the adventure, one of you can consume a fancy food pack to gain a +1 bonus to skill checks and saves for a number of minutes equal to their character level, while also healing as if you had taken a mk 2 serum of healing

* Once during the adventure, each of you can gain a +2 bonus to a Charisma-based skill check attempted when interacting with an individual who is not a Starfinder.
* At any point during the adventure, one of you can attempt to can attempt to influence a crowd with a Difficult Bluff, Diplomacy, or Intimidate check.

* Once during the adventure, the party can flip a boost switch to add a +4 to a single Piloting check during starship combat or a vehicle chase and also move one additional hex or zone.

Additionally, there has been progess on the research into the Diaspora's Murkblight infestation New Action Mission unlocked, visible in Slides, and if you succeed at this one, a follow up Action Mission on Castrovel will also unlock 'Welcome to the Jungle' - Combat and Survival type

I'm good with the Sun - we went with Amariel's pick last, we can go with Donovan this time (unless he changed his mind!).

Staar is at her best with combat, so I'm up for either action mission - regarding the fifth covert mission, Infiltration and Hacking, she probably won't be any help at, but Amariel and Raia could probably destroy it.

So, three things:

1) Again, sorry if it seems like I'm pushing through this particular mission even faster than normal. We are very soon going to be moving into a new Part so just trying to get you able to complete it rather than being abruptly cut off.

2) And that next Part will involve Starship Combat. Just to confirm some things discussed earlier in the thread:
* Are you boarding the Sunrise Maiden?
* Who is the Pilot? (May actually be Raia, with a +9 and 4 ranks)
* What positions are being occupied by the non-pilots, at least in a first/default round?

3) The just mentioned by the Overseer 'Agents’ Respite' benefit is that Starfinder teams the system over have done enough work that they're able to provide further support to those still on the ground (or in space, or whatever)
Once between now and the end of the adventure, each PC can reroll a failed attack roll, save, or skill check. (So essentially an extra re-roll for each of you, but you can choose to use it after you know the result.)

I think the tier 4 drake has better weaponry than the tier 3 sunrise maiden

Raia also has a +6 gunnery, if I'm ready her sheet correctly (+2 dex, +4 ranks in piloting)

I'd prefer to be a secondary gunner with my +4 gunnery than a +11 chief mate

What are everyone's Piloting and Gunnery bonuses? Those are usually the only important ones - with our reduced crew we have to be extra deadly in the gunnery phase

my experience is you also want someone to be in engineering to keep us in shield points. Raia seems like a good pilot. I got two ranks in piloting. +6 to gunnery. (+3 Dex, +3BAB)

edit: I'm saying I'll be an engineer. Actually, I'll be science officer, get us a scan, then move to engineer.

My character is really bad with starship combat … I usually play captain but with 4 that’s not reasonable.

So should I shoot? Am not good at that.

Ahh and I have very little experience with starfinder so I cannot steer the pregen. :-(

With a +3 BAB and a +3 DEX, Donovan is our best gunner actually - add the computer bonus and he's at Gunnery +7!

Use the high explosive missile launcher (4d8; 20 hexes), Staar will be in charge of the coilgun with her +5 (or the heavy laser cannon if I can get a drone in front of the ship)

Let's focus on one drone at a time, and hope for the best - with a skeleton crew, and not particularly tuned for starship combat, we'll be lucky to come out un-destroyed.

Well, at least we defeated the last boss before the time limit - last time I played the party didn't finish a single room by themselves, always being pushed ahead by other's victories.

I already played this in tier 1-2, so I supposed I'm not eligible for a chronicle sheet in tier 3-4.

Apologies for the slightly delayed post: today was surprisingly busy for me.

And with that, the Last Bite has been...bitten. And while there were some tense points where it seemed you came close to biting off more than you could chew I'll stop now, as a 4-person (with one a pregen!) team I think you did great. I hope my pace wasn't too hectic at points for all of you and that you had a good time nonetheless - as you noted above Staar, it can be tricky to try and let things breather while still ensuring you experience things with time-sensitive specials like this.

I will get chronicles out to you tomorrow (and yes Staar, this is playable for credit once in the level 1-4 range and again in the 5-8, so you would not be eligible for a chinicle here unless you have a replay from a glyph or faction boon and would like to use it here. If not, no problem, and thank you for joining us anyway!

For Amariel and Donovan: in addition to the normal 2 Repuatation you've earned from a mission well accomplished (slightly counteracted by 1 infamy for slaying Datch), you will also get an extra reputation point for either SS: Luwazi Elsebo (for helping with her farewell assignment) or SS: Ehu Hadif (for having his tenure kick off with such a resounding victory.
