Seizing the flank, Javid tries to bring the blue-robed monk down quickly. "You had an opportunity to strike me down, if you were able. You should have made more of it!"

Dimlock sighs as he once more watches their resident hot head in more ways then one attempt to rush the others.
"I think you all have it here. It doesn't feel right to get into your way. I'll support where I can."
He tucks the wand back into his belt and waits for when one of his companions would need healing.

The monk stares at Javid’s bold pronouncement impassively and seems to barely feel the one hit that the ifrit connects with.
Dimlock watches as the monk steps out of melee and raises a finger to point at Sulmoro. A thin line of fire like a laser beam shoots straight into an unprotected spot on his torso burning like the sun!
Scorching ray vs Touch AC: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (11) + 5 = 16
Fire damage: 4d6 ⇒ (5, 6, 2, 2) = 15
The nagaji champion falls to the ground, smoke rising from his chest. Looks like Dimlock better get that wand back out. Stat!

Kurik steps up and attacks the monk with another overhand chop - which is poorly executed, unfortunately...

A look of concern appears on Javid's face for the first time in the battle, as he realizes that his precise blow had little effect.
Yet with his foe still standing and the ifrit having few other weapons to bring to bear, Javid tries to box in the foe and distract him.
Melee (bo staff) to Aid another v DC 10: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (6) + 4 = 10
With success, Javid provides Kurik with a +2 circumstance bonus to Kurik's next attack against blue, in addition to any flanking bonus.

Since he got healed, and there’s not much he can do otherwise, I’m going to bot Sulmoro to give you guys another shot at the monk.
Orenjii and Dimlock rush to the air of the fallen hero. Sulmoro shakes his head as he returns to consciousness. He instinctively reaches for his beloved naginata, then stands and prepares to rejoin the fight.
Jilla continues to avoid engaging, and Javid tries to give Kuirk a tactical advantage.
Having already missed Javid before, the monk assumes that perhaps he’s simply too hard to hit and turns his attention to the guy with the greatsword.

Attack, flurry, stunning fist : 1d20 + 3 - 2 ⇒ (6) + 3 - 2 = 7

Both attacks miss, but the monk isn't stupid enough to stand around and help Kurik out, either. Green nods to Kurik and steps out of the way of the fight, so as not to interfere.

Third time's the charm... Sarenrae, inspire me!
Kurik feigns an attack from the side...
Greatsword with PA, Bless, Aid: 1d20 + 6 - 1 + 1 + 2 ⇒ (17) + 6 - 1 + 1 + 2 = 25
Slashing: 2d6 + 6 + 3 ⇒ (2, 4) + 6 + 3 = 15
... but instead he swings his sword upwards and hits the monk with another mighty overhand chop.
"Take that!"
@GM Nomadical: If the blue monk is now defeated, Kurik will stay where he is. Otherwise, he will make a 5-foot-step next to the green monk (see arrow on map).
@Party: If the red monk is the net opponent, please leave a charge lane for Kurik. Thanks!

@Kurik: Blue is down, so you don’t move. Green would now like to talk to you about your health insurance.
Kurik catches the Blue-belted monk with a savage downward chop. It (AGAIN!) slices his foe in two, leaving body parts and entrails all over the marble floor. Across the room, you see other monks being dropped by competing teams, and with the gruesome death of Blue, Sifu seems to wobble a little. He looks weaker and paler, as if his own life force is somehow tied to these very monks.
But he looks at Green and gives her a meaningful nod. Green turns to Kurik and bows, indicating that it is her turn to enter the fray. As Kurik looks more closely at his next anatomy dissection target, he notes that her outline wavers and is indistinct.
Having dispensed with the niceties, she opens with a flurry of attacks on the next and nearest target.
Attack, flurry, stunning fist : 1d20 + 3 - 2 ⇒ (13) + 3 - 2 = 14

Attack, flurry, stunning fist : 1d20 + 3 - 2 ⇒ (11) + 3 - 2 = 12
damage: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (8) + 1 = 9
Emboldened by his success, Kurik simply dodges the first punch and takes the snap kick on his breastplate completely negating any damage.

**HOUSE GM ANNOUNCEMENT**
Without warning, the entire cavern begins to shudder. Atop the dais, Sifu Xho Nuo’s slight form begins to glow with a soft, white light. Slowly, without breaking his meditative stance, his body rises, levitating a few feet above the dais. Then without warning, a burst of bright energy ripples from his body, striking all of his disciples and causing them to turn gaseous and explode in a shower of rose petals. The Emissary remains motionless, amidst the fluttering petals, waiting for his new champions to claim their victory.
The cavern is thrown into chaos from the ripple of magical energy as the Emissary finally allows touch, and the assembled horde rushes over each other to get to the top of the dais! From the throng of warriors, a single arm reaches forth and touches the Emissary - Leena of the Grand Lodge faction!
Slowly, the Emissary opens his eyes and his body unfolds. Standing before the crowd, he bows graciously and his mouth curls into a contented smile. "I’m truly touched by your efforts; this has been a stellar competition thus far. To those who have fallen, I give my heartfelt regret and sympathy—however, I seek only the greatest warriors."
"To the rest of you now standing before me...Congratulations! You have all succeeded in qualifying for the illustrious Ruby Phoenix Tournament. But be forewarned—tonight’s competition was mere child’s play compared to what is to come."
"Still, for the moment you should celebrate, for yours was a victory not easily won. But waste not too much time in celebration, for soon enough you must travel to Goka on the western coast of distant Tian Xia to compete against other competitors from across Golarion of your skill...or better. And for this, you must be ready."
Upon his parting words, Sifu Xho Nuo vanishes in a puff of pale white smoke.

"Hm... I was looking forward to test my might against the other monksas well. But there is always the next mission, right? "
For a few seconds, Kurik looks thoughtful. which isn't easy with an INT-score of 7...;-)
"Anyhow, it was a great pleasure to be on this mission with all of you! I think we did a great job!"

"I may not yet be as quick as Leena, but some day I shall," declares Javid, unable to hide his disappointment.
Hearing the words of those he has been fighting alongside over the past two days, a smile comes to Javid's face.
"You all fight well. I would honored to have any of you by my side, if not at the tournament, then on any other occasion."
