Sorry, folks. I've been trying to wrap my head around this encounter. The placement where you were supposed to start (way before the bridge) and the creatures' placement didn't make sense and was a bit confusing. We're going to proceed with this...
The steady drip of water echoes like a heartbeat through the vast cavern, each sound swallowed by the endless dark. Your ratfolk guides scurry ahead, leading you toward the northeastern passage.
Crossing a narrow stone bridge that spans a yawning chasm, you can’t help but glance into the abyss below—it seems bottomless, and a chill runs down your spine as if unseen eyes are watching from the shadows.
At the far side, a rugged flight of natural stone steps winds upward toward the exit (difficult terrain).
The ratfolk guides warn you to watch your step as you make your way cautiously towards the exit.
Go ahead and move your PCs up to your movement speed and make a perception check as you pause to look all around; At the nooks and crannies in the walls, towards the small pool of water to the north, and the stalctite-covered ceiling overhead.

Ekadan moves along the path indicated by the guides, weapon at the ready, and surveys the area for any threats:
As he approaches the natural stone steps he calls upon the power of Abadar to traverse the area with no delay.
@GM: Using his 'Agile Feet' domain power from the Travel domain: "For the next round, you ignore all difficult terrain and do not take any penalties for moving through it." I placed a smiley face at his starting location and drew a yellow line to indicate his path to his end point. It looks to me like Ekadan's 40' of movement but please double check my work. Thanks! :)

You didn't post how far you wanted Navatsiyk moved so I moved the token 20'. If you want her moved more there's a spot 10' away right behind Merisiel if you'd prefer.

Brat follows Ekadan, but falls behind quickly.
She pauses to catch her breath and looks left and right.
Perception, darkvision: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (5) + 5 = 10
GM Roll4initiative
@Ekadan, the point where you went up onto the ledge is a 15 ft climb. You need to move along the curved Stone steps leading up to the platform. I changed the line roughly to the direction you should be going to not have to climb up 15 ft.
By the way, Round Mountain is still moving erratically. These movements are not extreme enough to change the orientation of the cavern, but they can knock creatures down.

And another drops down onto Merisiel...

Grab vs CMD: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (5) + 5 = 10

Luckily, it doesn't manage to wrap a tentacle around her neck, however, it leaves a nasty welt with suction cup marks on her face!

The creature with mango-colored eyes lashes out at Merisiel, going for her neck...

Just a reminder, moving on the natural stone steps is difficult terrain.

In that case, can I use the not needed Perception roll as an attack roll? If yes, the following roll is a crit confirmation roll; if no, it's the actual attack roll.
crit? acid splash, alchemically enhanced: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (4) + 2 = 6 No.
acid: 1d3 + 2 ⇒ (2) + 2 = 4 (+1 force damage)
Brat throws a small blob of acid at the creature...
GM Roll4initiative
@Brat: Unfortunately, no, since it was labeled as a perception check. She could have been being cautious and looking for other threats on the ceiling.
Brat's acid missile fizzles out on a stalactite.
Suddenly, the entire area around the creature (black circle on map) is enveloped in complete darkness. Any light sources are snuffed out (unless they're magical and CL 5+). Creature has total concealment (50% miss chance) for those without darkvision.
Ekadan, Nava, Merisiel , Aurelia, and Moe are up! If attacking the creature, don't forget to roll the miss chance and a DC 10 acrobatics check if moving more than half speed.

Ekadan still readies to attack the creature.
Do I have to make another roll or is the unused one from last round still valid?
GM Roll4initiative
Nava's stone-tipped bolt soars between stalactites, nailing the creature. The creature yelps and flutters downward at Ekadan.
Ekadan stabs at the creature on its way down, the point of the polearm tearing open its black, rubbery flesh. It drops to the ground lifeless.
Using your readied attack from earlier.
The darkness in the area is suddenly lifted, the stalactites glisten in the dim light from the torches on the bridge.
With the creatures defeated, you can proceed to the Pagoda of the Rat. This imposing seven-story structure is the ratfolk's stronghold and seat of power at the center of Round Mountain. Here, you speak with Krella, a druid and the leader of the ratfolk. She is grateful for your aid in helping to secure Round Mountain and provides the Pathfinder repair team with detailed directions to the Astral rift nearby.
Krella speaks in a whisper, “While we wait for the repair team, I must caution you. We ratfolk have many eyes and ears in the tapestry. Your old enemies, the Aspis Consortium, have poisoned many of the tapestry’s people against you, but I sense that something far more sinister lurks just out of reach. Someone—or something—is at work in the tapestry, and has taken great effort to remain hidden. I fear that this is just the beginning of our trouble.”
Congratulations, team, for successfully completing the primary mission in Round Mountain! Instead of moving on to a new location, we're going to have an optional encounter here. The house needs 3 successes at each location and we're currently the only ones in Round Mountain. I'll get it started after work tonight.

Ekadan whispers to Krella, "Thanks for the info kid, we'll pass it along to our bosses."
He shifts his dwarven giant-sticker into one hand and triggers his spring-loaded wrist sheath to drop his Wand of Cure Light Wounds into his hand. Ekadan then uses it to heal himself from the damage caused by the weird flying octopus things.

After twenty tense minutes, the repair team finally arrives and sets to work patching the rift in the tapestry. You exchange farewells—when suddenly, a piercing scream splits the air. One worker stumbles back, eyes wide with terror.
“Undead! They’re coming through the rift!” he cries, his voice echoing through the cavern.
Panic erupts. The repair crew scatters, diving into the shadows and cramming themselves into the rocky nooks of the cavern to escape the oncoming threat.
It’s clear—the workers can’t defend themselves. If the rift is to be saved, the undead must be destroyed. The task falls to you!

Aurelia takes aim and fires—the shot tears clean through the creature’s arm, leaving a smoking hole where rotted flesh once clung to bone.
Nava calls forth a rat with a sharp incantation, while Merisiel dashes forward, blade flashing in the dim light. A chill runs down her spine—these undead are strangely familiar, though the memory eludes her. Whatever they are, their presence is terrifying.
Moe mutters a quick prayer, laying guidance upon Ekadan. With a roar, Ekadan hefts his massive polearm and swings—but his footing falters, the strike whistling past its mark.
From the rear, Brat hurls a glob of sizzling acid. It splatters across the monster’s torso, eating into its putrid flesh with a hiss and a stench of burning decay.
Unfazed, the two horrifying undead surge forward, their eyes fixed hungrily on the nearest prey—Ekadan!
