Dawn has spells, but no Eldritch Pool. That's the life of an Edlritch Scion.
"Yeah, good job Golthwur!" Dawn leans in for a high five.

Angela has most of her inspiration points left and all her extracts left. Actually speaking of which...
As Dwan hands over her potion of Cure Moderate Wounds, Angela tosses in an infusion of Alchemical Allocation, and one of her daily preparations of Cure Light Wounds as well. "Here use these before you start to heal up with your limited wand. I can make more of these daily. First takes this bottle labled with 'Alchemical Allocation' then swish the potion and spit it back into the bottle. Don't worry there's no backwash and my preparations of Allocation actually help remove any bacteria present in the potion already extending its shelf life. Then take the 'Cure Light Wounds' bottle."
It ultimately heals 1 point less, But Dawn's potion+Alchemical Allocation (2d8+3, doesn't use the potion), and Angela's CLWs Infusion (1d8+5) should refund Sir Hayden 3 uses of his limited level 3(?) wand. Angela is built to hand out buffs, don't be afraid to use her infusions before wands. She has one non-infusion ready to heal herself if needed. EDIT: Nvm, I just realized that this doesn't have a bonus from Fey Foundling. Keeping the same dice rolls means everyone would be at full health?

"Yeah, good job Golthwur!" Dawn leans in for a high five.
The old man looks on at Dawn's gesture in confusion. "Young Lady," he rebukes. "You are not in primary school and this is decidedly not a classroom setting. Simply speak, if you must. There is no need to raise your hand and await to be called upon."
He shakes his head and walks away to look for possible summoning runes that could explain the appearance of the fiery ape. As he does so, he mutters aloud, "Honestly, what do they teach the youth these days?"

![]() |

Eltran rolls his eyes with a smile after the wizard’s but remains silent.
He moves to Dawn and whispers.
“You are formidable! Really a.. awesome!“ he says with a quivering but reassuring voice.

![]() |

Angela gives a shake of her head and picks up Golthwur's hand and guides it to Dawn's raised hand. "Golthwur, you also need have somethings you need to learn. This is called a 'High Five,' an expression of accomplishment or excitement." She gives a small huff and then heads off to look for further runes so the group doesn't have a THIRD ape to put down.

![]() |

Eltran looks at Angela and claps his hands.
”This action is even known on the planes! Angela is very good at this … ehh … team building! Surely, I will mention this in my report!!“ he says smiling.

![]() |

Hayden's got plenty of healing left
The knight smirks as the smartly dressed halfling tries to teach Golthwur to do a high-five. "And when you high-five Angela, that's really more of a low-five. But next, we can show you how to fist bump." He holds his closed fist out towards Golthwur just to see what the man will do.

![]() |

"It is called a 'high five', though it involves raising only a single appendage?" Golthwur replies quizzically.
When Hayden offers a first bump, Golthwur tries to correct him, "Bumping fists? How mundane. Sir, what you are offering is referred to as the 'evocation salutation'. Allow me to demonstrate."
The old man does so by briefly connecting his own fist with Hayden's, then pulling it back slightly and "blowing it up". The skin on Golthwur's hand rapidly cycles through a series of bright colors as he does so, making noises with his mouth.

Angela gives an eye-roll as she starts to walk away. "Oh Abadar, not like I haven't heard that a thousand times before." However her tone and the slight grin on her face does imply she found it at least a little humorous.
She watches Golthwur and Hayden from a distance as she also scours for further traps and... has to stop and blink for a moment in surprise when she sees that Dawn is on her knees with a hand raised. It takes her a moment but she does give the woman a high-five. "Uh, thank-you. Not many people who are willing to do that!" She also passes the woman another Alchemical Allocation Infusion, just in case she needs it.
She keeps her spear out and ready as she makes sure to keep her eyes open and on the lookout.
Spotting the red thing in the rubble, she gives a shout. "There's something or someone over there! Be on your guard."

Angela pieces together that it is a babau demon. She knows that demons can sometimes summon more demons to their cause, and babaus specifically can see invisible objects and spread darkness around. They can also teleport themselves.

He's in dim, but there's not anything about low light vision negating the miss chance in the darkness spell, unlike darkvision. I don't think the miss chance applies to aid another.
With Angela's help, Nisha is able to hit the demon whom she successfully feinted. Not all her damage got through the demon's sticky hide. The spear sizzles as acid bites into the spear. Normally, I'd need a reflex save or your weapon takes acid damage, but since your spear is adamantine, there's no way for the acid to do enough damage to hurt it. Sir Hayden's arrow misses wide of the demon and he lacks any knowledge of the beast (its knowledge planes btw). Dawn provokes against the demon's longspear. Both of Nisha's stabs are quite effective. The blade sizzles as it cuts through demonic hide.
