I'm going to give until tomorrow for players to get figure out how to get their icons posted (if it is the case they can't edit the interface, then we can't use this program, because I don't know how to use it and don't have time to figure it how -- I've played around with it before and found it to have a very high learning curve with non intuitive controls, and wouldn't let me do the few things I tried to do easily or at all). If that isn't possible, rolld20 isn't going to work for this game, and I'm going to post with the assumption that map doesn't exist and we're going back to theater of the mind rules. I posted a pdf in discussion to give some guidelines on how that would work. Anyone else is welcome to set up another program if they want -- I haven't been able to find something that works -- googledocs messes up image resolution when you cut and paste stuff and the grid overlays always get dragged around and messed up anytime sometime tries to place a token. Last time I tried to use it, I had to make a pdf of every individual round to make a sharable image where the grid wouldn't get messed up. It's not a workable solution.
