Things and people move, and red goblin shoots an arrow at the barrier southwest.

The arrow is slightly stuck in the barrier, but dealt no damage to its integrity.

Doing her best to stay behind her shield, Seska takes a flask of oil from a strap holding onto her sash. Holding it in her shield hand, she begins to uncork it and insert the fuse wrapped around the neck of the bottle.

Move action to take out oil, using standard action to begin the full round action to prepare the fuse.

Seska preparing a makeshift oil-based molotov cocktail, the fight advances into the next round.

Seska, in regards to your oilotov. Assuming your aim is to toss it over the ramparts, when making the attack roll, also roll a D9 to determine where it lands, in relation to what square you'd like to hit. What with the square not being in a los.

The archers let fly their arrows.
Western archers, soft cover, partial cover, 1 increment: 4d20 + 4 - 6 ⇒ (9, 18, 12, 10) + 4 - 6 = 474d6 ⇒ (6, 4, 5, 4) = 19

East archers, soft cover, partial cover, 1 increment: 6d20 + 4 - 6 ⇒ (2, 17, 8, 16, 8, 17) + 4 - 6 = 666d6 ⇒ (5, 3, 6, 3, 5, 6) = 28
Some arrows come close to hitting, and the goblins are saved by the grace of being behind ramparts.

You'd be drawing a javelin as a move action. It will keep you at the current position after attacking.

Daniel's javelin hits the goblin where it painfully hurts, the guy leaning slightly forward in injury.

Seeing only one goblin left, Seska doesn't rush to light the oil. She finishes setting the fuse and marches forward. "Go on! Run!" She shouts.

That is a move and a standard (to walk over and finish setting the fuse)

Astella's arrow flies, but bounces off the stone battlement.

The goblin's acutely aware that Severa points her hand at him, and he expertly closes his eyes when an explosion of colorful glitter appears on him.

The goblin retreats from battle.
Combat over....for now.

If no one else needs healing (looks like they don't), Seska will cast cure light wounds on herself.
