Dathius
This I must say is impressive.Dathius says as he looks around in amazed and stiemed fear at the same time. His eyes quickly leave the towers and look at each of his companions in turn.
Wonder what brings each here? Wonder what they would think if they knew the reasons that I am here? I wonder where my "guide" is and if she made it to the towers as well.
Telerin Quenya
These halls protected us when the Knights of the Divine Hammer and the Kingpriest came to slay even White Robes, as well as when the Knights of the Dragon Queen came in the Summer of Chaos the Silvanesti says
Cevendyl
These halls are hallowed, this is sacred ground she says in awe.,
Cev's eyes go wide with wonder, and then start to sparkle the way they do. His appearance shimmers and shifts, and he clearly concentrates ...
"My honour, to walk with you and to see such a place: I cannot express it correctly. THIS is why my people needed to turn from the darkness. Thank you Lady Telerin."
Windsworn son of Galan Windborn
"And thus I have walked into the grounds of a legend." Windsworn breathes out in awe.
"I have heard the stories, the legends and even the bawdy songs some of the men in the battlefields sung during some of our cookfires but to think that I have finally stepped into these mythical grounds."
Turning to Telerin.
"Milady, where to next?"
Shalafi2412
A lone, white robed figure stands before the gates of the Tower. One cannot tell the race or the gender as the hood of their robes is over their face.
Greetings Lady Telerin Quenya and companions. You have been expected. the female voice states as the gates open.
Windsworn son of Galan Windborn
Windsworn gives a salute as he takes his place beside Telerin as proper as her bodyguard.
Dathius
Dathius follows the rest in short order but knowing atleast in part what is to come, drags his feet as much as he can.
Cevendyl
"Then it is a greater honour still to have been allowed even to glimpse the Tower and traverse the Forest: I hope that you might convery my thanks to those who granted me this boon. As it is, I am sure the masters know that my oath is fulfilled as well, although I had hoped to remain a companion to these patriots of the Elven people.
Cev looks saddened but oddly calm as well.
"Would the masters and the forest allow me to wait here, outside, until my companions return? Perhaps I might serve them in the next part of their journey."
Windsworn son of Galan Windborn
Windsworn turns to Lady Telerin.
"At your word Milady. Cevendyl has accompanied us to this very place. If he's considered one of your companions, perhaps an exception could be made."

"The boon the Lady seeks on behalf of her people is the mission; it is a far sight more important than my comfort or any perceived dishonour. I will not disrespect the Conclave by asking for a small thing when the fate of an entire race is at stake."
Cev smiles quite gently
"Remember: I know something of what it means to lose both your home and your people. Go. All that is Elven looks to your success. I will be proud to help again when I am able."

we have come quite a distance to be here. I understand that there are rules and I have made a promise to being the Lady to the Conclave. If you have business with me I will enter, but if not I shall stay here with my friend and wait.
Dathius
I am afraid I have been summoned or atleast bade to come and to enter. My "shepherd" seems to have disappeared in my journey about the time these ones appeared." Comes the bitter but resigned voice of Dathius.
Cevendyl
I am a servant of Quen Illumini and work with my hands and herbs to bring health and treat the needs of my people. If you feel this is primal magic it's your choice, but I know what I am Anatoli says
"My apologies Master Ghrymm, I studied so hard, and my parents were very very strict when we were studying magical prejudice; but I am confused now. I thought you were a disciple of the great lady, who my people call Magea. Your magics are divine, correct?
Cev looks to the healer for an explanation
"My gifts come from the the small gods, collectively, and while the stars themselves may be divine, I understand my magic is arcane. But yours? You are like a cleric whose relationship with Magea is private and personal. There must be something I do not understand."
Shalafi2412
The others find themselves in a black, obsidian chamber that has a forty-five foot diameter and a sixty-foot domed ceiling located in the North Tower of Wayreth. Most outsiders that enter into the Hall never remember the exact size of it. They only remember it as being immense.
Telerin Quenya
The lady speaks in a reverent whisper This is the Hall of Mages. This Hall is where the Conclave of Wizards debate, conduct meetings, attend audiences, and for other functions.
Shalafi2412
There is a single light source that lights only on a chair, upon which is sat a woman, her cowl down, in red robes.
Around her in shadow, are 3 other sets of chairs. A group filled with white robe, red robe and black robed wizards, 20 in all.
Dathius
I bow to no one!! but a little respect goes a long way. Dathius looks around the enclave slowly meeting the gaze of each wizard and inclining his head out of deference. He however remains on his feet refusing to bow or do more than a deferent head inclining.

Cev, I would not call myself any sort of caster. I studied medicine and herbs. I use those herbs and sometimes since the gods have returned Quen Illumini has graced me with ability that I did not have before. It's a gift. I know it through faith. I studied with my parents when I was younger and they both were clerics but the clerics lost their faith and way. I became the only healer left and I did what I could. That I have any gift now or ever that I have drawn breath is through Quen Illumini.
Telerin Quenya
She bows.
Greetings also to you, Mistress Jenna of the Red Robes, and High Mage as well as to the members of the Conclave of Wizards.
Cevendyl

"I know what I have been taught, and your words echo my people's; you have chosen Magea, and she has chosen you. This is sacred. I understand that anyone may choose who enters their home, but to demean you and your gifts, that is inappropriate and uncouth. I can respect that the Lady needs the librarian-moonmages to come teach young elves, I understand this very very well, and I want the Elven people to thrive again."
Windsworn son of Galan Windborn
Accepting his companion's wishes, The Knight nods and turns to Lady Telerin.
"I'll will accompany you to the tower. Until this duty is discharged, I'll be at your side unless otherwise." He smiles.
"My oath demands it."
--------------------------------------------------------------------------- -----
Blinking his eyes, the knight finds himself in an unknown chamber and considers if their host have turned hostile. Lady Telerin's words however assures him.
As the female wizard in red robes greets them, he returns the greetings.
"I, Windsworn Son of Galan Windborne, Squire in waiting, escort to Lady Telerin offer salutations to the Conclave of Wizards." he gives a salute.
With that done, he adopts a position of a guard at the elven White robe's side. The matters next were likely not pertaining to him.

Anatoli goes about seeking some firewood and some stones to set up a fire pit and then will see about getting a nice fire going and afterwards will look for some game. Perhaps rabbit or birds to hunt with his bow.
Dathius
I come not completely willing but I came as bid. Dathius says in an assertive and direct voice. He looks straight at the red robed lady that spoke when he first arrived. I do not like the way I was brought nor the lack of information provided. However, be that as it may, I am here!
Shalafi2412
Quantharas cannot help but snarl slightly at the sudden and abrupt transition.
"Wizards and their need to show off—always rearranging scenery or making towers that you can't remember as anything but 'vaguely big and impressive'. Annoying flex."
:)
Shalafi2412
Jenna speaks first to Dathius, We know of your study of the arcane arts and how ill-formed your training has been. If you one day seek to take the Test of High Sorcery, and have a modicum of opportunity to pass it, your training must be intensified. You are in need of a proper Shalafi, unless of course you would rather take your chances with your training and the Test of High Sorcery.
Shalafi2412
She continues to Windsworn Thank you for accompanying the Lady Telerin to the Towers. We have but recently begun a relationship with the Knights of Solamnia with the creation of the Kingfishers, White Robed Wizards who embody the tenants of the Orders of the Crown, Sword and the Rose, as well as those of the Wizards of High Sorcery.
Dathius
I understand you disagree with my studies, but it is what was available. Don't be so quick to dismiss it out of hand. I intend to take the test if for no other reason than to keep the hounds from my throat so to speak. So, if formal we must then whom do I learn under? Still holding a wedge of anger while skating on the edges of sheer panic Dathius attempts to front an air of irritation. bluff: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3
