Venture-Captain Bjersig Torrsen has set out the call for a group of Pathfinders to compete in a race known as the Balgirdtrek. Taking place in the Land of the Linnorm Kings, this race is an annual event that includes participants from both the Varki and Ulfen people of the region. Bjersig hopes that by having the PCs participate, they might not only bolster the Society's reputation in the Saga Lands, but also document this exciting event. Although the Society has the organizers' official permission, some of the Ulfen competitors in particular see the Pathfinders' participation as an intrusion on their time-honored pastime. The true challenge of this race is not monsters or villains, but the harsh nature of the grueling marathon itself.

Ok Brunwulf, there are 9 checks in your last Post, frankly it's a mess. I'm going to start you over rather than use that pile and cherry pick some results.
You have already rolled your Perception check, so that's done. (Players get one of these).
You currently have a bead on 2 more Bells because of Atae's excellent roll upstream.
So go ahead and roll your Second Retrieval check. Before rolling for the Third Retrieval, decide whether or not to use your Hero Point.
Then, if you succeed at the Second Retrieval check, roll that Third Retrieval check. Again, then decide whether or not to use your Hero Point before moving on.
If you then succeed at that Third Retrieval check, another player (other than Atae) can try to help you Locate the fourth bell, and then you can roll a Fourth Retrieval check.

Summary:
1) Roll Stealth, use or save Hero Point.
2) If you succeed, Roll Stealth, use or save Hero Point.
3) If you succeed, both other players can roll Perception.

I'm surprised i only get 1 perception check to locate bells. It makes more sense to make multiple perception checks since there are many caribou.

I'm going to "pause" the game here to support you in assembling a Character Bar (or "header")! The reason is because having such information displayed helps GMs to quickly reference some basic stats without having to click around too much - greatly easing the work on my end of the screen.

Brunwulf, actually wondering if you would like to swap with Zelphari? You have pretty good perception, while Scout doesn't depend on any skill.

If you want to switch, Ezaki can Detect Magic instead of Searching. Probably won't find too much in the snow but we'd have all our bases covered. Or he can also Scout because he's got a reach weapon and plenty of yolo.
Nor sure how the GM rules it but sometimes the Scout needs to be up front.
