Bibi gets a single hit in with her rapier.
Carrufikus knows what this is; An obligate carnivore, the destrachan relishes fresh meat but won't hesitate to make a meal of carrion it finds in its path. It's got a sonic wave that has the potential to kill one of you if you're right in the path of its cry. Hopefully it used it too recently to use on you!

Peldur shakes the wooziness from his addled noggin. He drags the back of his hand across his mouth, smearing the blood there across his face. Looking at the back of his hand, he stares the the crocodile.

Tal's ears bleed a bit, and it affects his aim on the first shot. Thankfully this creature isn't used to fighting elves with bows, and doesn't have the instinct to strike in the moment the string is pulled. Tal's second arrow lands solidly on the destrachan's flank.
Bibi also sticks the thing, about as effectively as Tal did! Unfortunately, her blade work isn't enough to land more.

Noroc steps back (his weapon has reach) and channels the cold already in his numbed hands, cloaking the beast in a freezing void. Cast interstellar void, DC 22 basic Fort.

Noroc can barely feel the earth beneath his feet, and his shoulders sag as he tries to hold his walking stick upright.
Step, Cast a Spell ◈◈. Now enfeebled 2, with a –3 penalty to saves/DCs against Grapple/Shove/other forms of forced movement, treated as one size smaller for wind effects, and personal weight is halved. Some minor positives too.

The effect is almost better than Elena's but at least it is not worse. This is also why I much prefer the old rules of using my modifier of +4 Wis instead of rolling an extra die. At least then it could guarantee some damage.
