Watching Mogiv lift his hand and show them the ring, Seamus smiles and waits as Val tries to talk him into giving it up. As Kast and Izomandakus talk about the 'dragon's ring' Seamus watches Val. Hopefully Mogiv will give up his ring. But if not, heck, he stole the ring of a 'Roper' what's to keep him from stealing Mogiv's ring. It's not like he wouldn't be doing him a favor.

As Izomandakus wants the dragon's ring, I suppose this goes to Rastaf. Don't forget the other abilities.

Hearing that Morgiv is willing to give up a ring, Seamus let's out a sigh. Looking to Val, he shrugs his shoulders and mouths 'Maybe I'll be able to steal the dragons?'

Turning back to Izomandakus he asks his friend, "Are you sure Pachemu can't wear the ring on one of her toes? Maybe we could pierce her ear?"

Val gives Mogriv her most earnestly grateful smile, and it is not even a lie. ”Thank you, sincerely. We will make sure we honor your trust by attaining victory.” She gives Mogriv a chaste thankful kiss on the forehead and heads off with the others.

”So, a blue dragon. Did you say it shoots electricity? We should probably be prepared for that, though I am honestly more worried about their insane strength in melee. Make sure you are all prepared, boys.”

She’ll do her usual spells, so apport object on her scroll, freedom of movement, telepathic bond on the party, plus mirror image when we get close

You head back out into the city, being escorted to near the Tangle before leaving underground maze that holds the Spared. Mogriv smiles back as you depart, and you can hear the distant wattle of the Spared following along in the distance.

Still, you turn a corner to see Ghlorofaex himself seemingly appear out of thin air. He’s munching on a Spared, picking his teeth with its sword like a toothpick. ”I see you,” he rumbles deeply. ”Speak, and speak truthfully, for I will know if you lie.”

”Do you work for Karzoug?”

The air immediately around the dragon crackles with electricity.

We’re not in rounds as yet, but please keep your actions to one rounds worth.

Val sees Izo immediately cast a spell on himself and decides that is just as fine a way for this to go as any. ”Greetings, Glorious Facts or whatever your name is. One could say that we work for Karzie, in the sense that we are working for the purpose of getting to him. You would be great help with that, in fact. Just hand over that nice ring of yours and we will be swell.”

She taps Seamus with a displacement spell while she stares at the great dragon, knowing very well it will not do anything of the sort.

Having spent enough time with Izomandakus, Seamus smiles when he recognizes that his friend was casting a spell. Furrowing his brow, his eyes widen, was Izomandakus is casting a spell at the dragon? Not sure how to process what Izomandakus had said with what he had done, Seamus turns towards Val as she makes a humorous comment, then touches him.

Feeling displaced as Val speak in his head, Seamus nods, commanding his armor to Fly. He takes to the air, trying to spread out so all of them would not be caught in a blast. Telling the dragon as he launches out. "The answer to your question is no. No we do not work for Karzoug."

Val turns and gives dragon Izo a “you must be joking” glare so intense she almost accidentally puts her hypnotic stare on him. <“If…that is what you want…I suppose.”> She reaches out mentally to her other comrades. <“Hey, uh, Izo wants to convince Glorious Facts over there to have a tryst. He asked me to help, so, uh, just play along.”>

Val rushes up in the direction of the blue dragon. Double move

”Oh, now you are in trouble! Izomandakus has taken his true form now! A red dragon of a proud, long, and fertile lineage going back to old Thassilon.” It takes a heroic effort for her to not grimace at the word “fertile,” but Izo has been such a good sport about everything and asked for so very little up until now, so she perseveres.

Realizing something more was going on, Seamus begins to fly around to where Val is, giving the wyrm a wide berth. Having lived at the 'kitten' for a long time He'd seen all kinds of flirtation and even a fair amount of 'roleplaying games' but this may take the cake. Winding up near Val, he asks <"Is this serious?>"

Rastaf throws down a holy aura on all but Seamus. Kast moves up a bit to be in position. Izomandakus does his best to make himself, er, herself available to the mighty dragon. Valena does her valiant best to support this idea, and her teammate, as Seamus withdraws, but not without a swipe from the mighty blue turning visible with the effort.

Flying into the blue electrical field, Seamus attempts to stab Izomandakus's paramour.

Rastaf does something heroic! Izomandakus flaps up, but cannot quite land a blow - though he’ll have flank next turn with Valena who flies up to the battle (what’s your altitude? I guessed 20’ with the others more or less). Seamus moves into flank and squeaks out a hit, though of course the electrical is ignored. Kast delays again before managing one strike - thanks to flank!

Valena and Seamus (and Kast really, though the map doesn’t show it well) are all in the electrical field. It’s beautiful in a way, each hit by either side results in an electric arc that closes with the blow with small thunderclaps. The electricity is dangerous however, to those without resistance of some kind. Everyone within 10’ of the creature takes electrical: 2d6 ⇒ (1, 1) = 2.

Ghlorofaex is too proud to admit a withdrawal is wiser than remaining. So he says nothing as he attempts to flee deeper into the city.

He casts defensively.
Concentration: 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (19) + 15 = 34 vs DC 23

The giant slithering thing suddenly vanishes from sight and you all teeter back a moment as your awareness comes to grips with something so large suddenly not there.

Kast grunts, looking around for the dragon even though he knows what happened. He just hopes the dragon teleported a short distance rather than out of sight.

He will climb up to 60', and look around. When he is sure that the dragon is gone, he will lay some freakin' hands on himself.

Kast flies up a bit to look around, but not too high lest he be a target himself for other watchers. The dragon is no where to be seen. He descends and heals.

You know where the lair is thanks to the Spared. It's maybe a 20 minute quick march from here - moving with some urgency.

Furrowing his brow as the thing Just Disappears, Seamus watches Kast limp higher. As Kast looks about, Seamus looks towards Izomandakus and asks, "Does this mean you two aren't going out?"

When kast returns, apparently not seeing anything of note, Seamus nods at the idea of going to the hoard, "Maybe the dragon went there to lick it's wounds." Nodding towards Izomandakus, he adds, "I still have some time to fly, but maybe Izomandakus can give whoever's walking a ride?"
