But he would have pulled the cloth off it after conducting the Feast ritual with you, and commenced combat then. He knows there are 'stalkers' coming. His job is finishing the last batch of 'soul cookies' and stopping the stalkers.

Welcome Shel! I think we've gamed together at some point, but it might not have been with Teric.

I think I've leveled Teric up. I swapped out Aggressive Thundercloud for Fog Cloud to take more advantage of his Water Sight. Obscuring Mist is fun, but not always the easiest to use tactically. And say hello to Ball Lightning!

I know you've run this at least a couple of times noral, is this going to be your first time as a player, or are you using a replay?

Almaas feats:
And I think you've done that thing again ;) You don't qualify for Extended Bane until you get the Bane class feature at Inquisitor 5, so you can't take that feat at level 7 when your first three levels are Zen Archer. You can retrain into it when you are level 8 but your sheet doesn't show that. As you are leveling to 9 you can make Extended Bane your level 9 feat, and choose another legal feat for level 7 (or you can do the retraining at level 8).

Oopps! It is really good to play with you to get these corrections! I had applied four levels of advancement to Almaas so I jumped to level 8 and in the process I planned levels with different options and somehow I missed this. :-( As Almaas is level 9 now, I will take the Extended Bane feat at level 9 and choose another level 7 feat.

You'll notice I've given Naroth a couple of rounds of spellcasting beyond what he normally starts with. This is because you've been casting for multiple rounds in the shrine after defeating the graveknight, and he knows exactly what you're doing (albeit not the precise spells).

I believe he's in the room on the north middle of the map. It's the room where the undead horse thing was, though not where we fought it. That's where the conjured creature came out. Unfortunately, Teric has put fog in the entry room (where the hostages are) to block him from having line of sight. And Teric hasn't actually seen him, so it's possible he's back in the other room with the statue.

Of course you don't know any of that. All Teric has yelled is that he's "here."

Fog Cloud lacks the language used in Obscuring Mist regarding the efficacy of fire spells, and other Cloud type spells reference Fog Cloud rather than Obscuring Mist.

Might've been different in earlier editions,I'd have to look it up.

Dispel Magic is excellent for a spontaneous caster, imho, but Gust of Wind is also one of my favourite spells.
