Toral casts Spiritual Hammer and moves a step back. He also retrieves a wand.
spiritual shortsword, force effect so full damage to incorporeal creatures : 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (16) + 9 = 251d8 + 1 ⇒ (8) + 1 = 9
A shortsword resembling the holy symbol of Chaldira appears and slashes across the ghostly form!

            Wall Check: 1d4 ⇒ 4
Orin dashes, pressing into an apparently illusory wall to come out on the other side and flank with the Ghostwriter.
"Ah! This Goat-a-taur will taste my blade! (I am sure)!"
+1 Adamantine Wakizashi: 1d20 + 9 + 2 ⇒ (6) + 9 + 2 = 17
Magic Piercing Damage: 1d6 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 = 5

Vangral

Vangral isn't particularly surprised that that didn't work. He suspected that the creature would be too powerful for his power over undead to work, just yet.
"Well, on to something else, then," he says, giving the minotaur a fierce glare.

Ghostwriter slashes back at the minotaur, but his claws and bite all partially pass through.
Toral's spiritual weapon hits the minotaur!
Orin charges through the wall and stabs the ghost.
Vangral gives an Evil Eye to the ghost. However, it looks back at Vangral with a vacant, mindless stare and does not seem to be affected.
Round 2
Ghostwriter (-16 hp)
Vangral
Patros
Fifi (-4 hp, Will save)
Minotaur (-20 hp)
Orin
Toral

Fifi Vanaash

            Will save: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (8) + 10 = 18
Pass Wall?: 1d4 ⇒ 3
Pass Wall?: 1d4 ⇒ 3
Pass Wall?: 1d4 ⇒ 4
Fifi resists whatever the Minotaur was trying to do to her, as she yells-"That's my name, you big bull! Now face me!"-as she tries to feel her way through the walls, finally getting through on her third try.
She stabilizes herself and glares at the minotaur, ready to continue her advance after she gets her footing.

Patros Therinor

Patros tries to get through the wall. He only keeps smacking into solid brick.
For the love of the gods! I will smash through this thrice damned wall if I have to!no love from the RNG...smh
wall: 1d4 ⇒ 2

The minotaur hears Patros' thumping and chuckles. It glides through the walls easily, 5' steps northward, and swipes at Patros.
As I understand it, incorporeal creatures are allowed to exist inside objects as long as they aren't completely inside an object. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
Corrupting Touch: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (16) + 5 = 21 vs touch
Damage: 6d6 ⇒ (6, 6, 5, 4, 2, 6) = 29 DC 14 Fort save for half
Then he utters his next name.
"PATROS THERINOR."
Patros, make a DC 14 Will save.
On your next turn, you spend a move action traveling your speed in a random direction, after which you can act normally as long as you don't retrace your steps.
This is a supernatural ability, not a spell-like ability. If I am correct, it does not provoke AoOs. Please correct if wrong.
Round 2/3

Vangral
Patros (-29 hp, Fort save)

Toral moves forward and casts another Spiritual Hammer .
spiritual shortsword, 2/5 force effect so full damage to incorporeal creatures : 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (7) + 9 = 161d8 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 = 5
spiritual shortsword, 1/5 force effect so full damage to incorporeal creatures : 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (5) + 9 = 141d8 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 1 = 2
Now two weapons resembling the holy symbol of Chaldira slash across the ghostly form!

They actually can sit completely inside a solid object. They just have to be touching an exterior surface, so they can't tunnel through the earth.
The Ghostwriter delivers another flurry of attacks. "We need to take this thing down! I don't think i will survive another strike from this thing."
Claw 1,flanking: 1d20 + 8 + 2 ⇒ (3) + 8 + 2 = 13

Fifi moves to free space and positions herself for a strike. She prays-"Spawn of Baphomet, your reign of terror has come to an end. Everlight, hear my prayer and shine your light on this dark maze."-her hair growing twice in size, as she spins her blade to slash at her hair and catch a sizeable amount of fire.
(Smite Evil!)
Scimitar att: 1d20 + 9 + 3 ⇒ (19) + 9 + 3 = 31
Scimitar dmg: 1d6 + 4 + 4 ⇒ (2) + 4 + 4 = 10 magical slashing damage, plus an extra 1 point of fire damage.
Scimitar confirm: 1d20 + 9 + 3 ⇒ (8) + 9 + 3 = 20
Scimitar dmg: 1d6 + 4 + 4 ⇒ (4) + 4 + 4 = 12 magical slashing damage, plus an extra 1 point of fire damage.

Patros Therinor

            fort: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (10) + 4 = 14
will: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (5) + 4 = 9
Patros almost vomits as the creature touches him.
Ha! I'll get you yet! he says just before he turns around an moves back down the hallway, a weird look in his eye.

Vangral

"This is really not this thing's intended purpose," Vangral says, pulling his wand of Cure Light Wounds out as he approaches the ghostly minotaur (probably provoking an AoO.)
"I can't believe I don't have more spells that affect things that aren't alive."
He jabs the wand at the minotaur.
CLW wand (melee touch): 1d20 ⇒ 15

The minotaur roars with anger as he gets besieged on all sides. His incorporeal form fades from view.
The walls of the maze also begin fading asthe minotaur's magic fades.
End of combat!

There is some more roleplay before the end, which I may not get a chance to post until Monday.

Valais is reticent to leave the safety of the basement for an uncertain fate aboveground, but relents and allows her new friends to escort her back to Starrise Spire or to outside the city walls. Citizens who see her react with fear and disgust, but they reach the lodge or gates without serious incident.
The Pathfinders present their findings to Venture-Captain Jorsal, who looks over the evidence and confirms that Thurl is traitor to the Society. The dwarf ’s knowledge of the Sky Citadel Jormurdun predates the Society’s by years, which disturbs Jorsal, but he is even more perturbed and disgusted by Thurl’s experiments and regular dealings with fiends.
"And what about her?" Jorsal asks the Pathfinders, gesturing to Valais in the corner. "What do you think should happen to her?"

Toral Kargar

            Toral shrugs.
“We did not have magic to probe her mind. She might be a sleeper, an unknown traitor or worse. The demons have control over her sometimes. So you should study her but if there is a chance to help this woman, then I am an!“ Toral says.

            Everyone quickly agrees, including Jorsal.
From the corner, Valais suddenly stands. "But what about LAKTHARIS?" the final word echoing with a demonic ring.
This scenario technically ends before Valais brings up Laktharis - there's an IRL 2-year gap between #5-09 and #7-17 where the story pauses, and then it picks up again in Jorsal's office. I'm rolling this directly into #7-17, which is a tier 5-9 adventure. Characters that are rolling over can level up and rest and buy things, but storywise it will be a direct continuation.

Fifi is overjoyed Jorsal agrees to rehabilitate Valais, and gives her one last hug before bidding farewell-"I'm glad we were able to help you, Valais. I will personally pray to the Dawnflower each day for your recovery, and help if I can in any way."-she also makes sure to mingle with the rest of the group.

I do not think we understand the extend of how she has been affected by Thurl's experiments but I believe that her heart is still good. I believe that we should do whatever we can to help her or at least lessen her suffering. But more importantly, the Society needs to devote its resources to ending the madness that Thurl has created."

"Oh, we should definitely help her. It's not her fault this happened to her," Vangral says.
"And I'm sure a cure is in the offing. Perhaps slaying her and turning her into a lich..." the strange elf then wanders out of the office muttering to himself without giving further opinion or saying good-bye.
