Gonna go ahead and post the description of the last room.
Maps of varying sizes drawn on paper, papyrus, and parchment of dozens of styles cover the walls of this chamber. Most of these bear sketched annotations of some form or another, and bare, rectangular spaces in the cartographic wallpaper attest to maps that have been hastily removed. An enormous parchment map of the Worldwound dominates the east wall above a solidly built wooden desk covered in a haphazard array of books and papers. Scores of charcoal symbols and indicators dot this map, pointing out sites of interest that are named less often than not. A hand-sized statue of a fiend stands on top of the desk.
If one of you approaches within 10 feet of the demon statue, the carved mouth begins to move, and it speaks through a magic mouth spell capable of delivering longer messages.
“Ah, Thurl, you’re back. I trust your little vacation to Jormurdun was pleasant and that my brethren did not demolish your laboratory in their conquest of Nerosyan. Now that I know where you are, I shall join you shortly. There are plans in motion that go far beyond our original compact, and I wish to make you a part of them.”
Thurl’s books and notes are written in a mix of Abyssal, Common, and Dwarven, and cataloging them in any meaningful way requires a successful DC 18 Intelligence, Linguistics, or relevant Profession check and 10 minutes of reading. (+2 for every one of the languages you know)

It depends on what you mean by search 'properly.' If you mean not by the rules, I'll admit that's true. If you mean that you've missed something major, that's not true. I've been tracking your Evidence Points, and all the random treasure you have found (for example, in the last room, there were "expensive reagents" that were worth gp). If you mean that things are confusing plot-wise, I can answer plot questions at the end of the scenario (as with many scenarios, there's a whole back story here that makes it easier to understand, or Valais can answer some questions in game.

Ghostwriter and others sweep through the rooms one more time. Among Thurl’s papers and scattered throughout the desk’s drawers are a scroll of heroism and two pouches containing dust of emulation.
Valais mentions that she's heard of places that may be able to help her, but she'd need to gain the favor of some very powerful outsiders in order to gain access.
Toral's extensive cataloging of the library turns up a folio entitled The Grimoire of the Beast, which contains detailed instructions regarding the worship of Baphomet.
Notes stuck in the book’s pages suggest Thurl studied this text in depth, and Toral shows everyone a page detailing dozens of hand signs, secret handshakes, and other body language that believers might use to signal to one another their true allegiance. The notes regularly reference someone named Karsos, whom Thurl describes as one might a mentor.
Also, tucked into the pages of one book is a note.
Thurl,
I understand that you are slow to act on your knowledge of the Sky Citadel, but the Worldwound seems poised to act whether we are ready or not. What is more, the Society has just discovered what you have known for years, and if you do not act now, they shall snatch your prize away from us—from you.
I have acquired a new contact—truly a powerful ally, as I’m sure you’ll agree. He will contact you soon to make an offer, and I encourage you to accept.
T.D.
Valais suddenly looks up, staring into space, open-mouthed. She whispers, then repeats in an audible voice, “Something is coming. We should not be here.”
As she utters those words, blood red handwriting drips from the western

The Ghostwriter hides in one of the stairwells, carefully listening for the sound of something coming down the hall.

Toral beats Vangral to the punch when it comes to identifying things in this room. He would begrudge the dwarf that, but anything else would mean he would have to have entered it first. He doesn't relish that thought.
He looks to Valais as The Ghostwriter asks his question then shakes his head sadly. "Not immediately. We know what he did and how he did it, but only on a very basic level. With the notes and samples we've found here the work of curing our good Venture Captain can begin but it would be far better if we could find him and put our questions to him directly. The boiling blood has cooled in the vat room, making it difficult terrain, but there is no other penalty. The larvae in the chambers all shriek with the approaching demon, and cower in the corners of their chambers. The water in the pool area froths and churns as if boiling, even though it's not hot. As you get back to the staircase, you notice that one of the evolution vats has shattered. The liquid now covers the ground, but its occupant(s) are nowhere to be found.
As the group runs up the stairs, they immediately notice the solid walls and multiple corridors that extend from the shrine to Baphomet suddenly look unfamiliar. Something has ... changed.
Please put yourselves on the southeast corner of Slide 6.
It will quickly become clear that there are illusory walls that block what might otherwise be corridors. If you'd like to attempt to press through a section of wall, place your icon on that section, and I'll make a (secret) roll to determine whether the wall is real or not.

He easily gets the scroll to "cooperate" then steps closer to the wall.
if you fail to move through an invisible section of wall, does that cost your whole move action?
The Ghostwriter takes the long way around, not wanting to mess with illusory walls and tumbles to get in the Minotaurs reach.
Acrobatics: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (19) + 11 = 30

Huh. That seems like a very natural thing to ask, and it's not in the scenario. I'll say it costs 10' of movement (most corridors are 10' wide, so this would allow someone to try both squares in a move action, which seems reasonable).

Yeah, I feel like it should 'cost' something, but a whole move action for a 1 in 4 chance to move through a wall is a pretty steep price. I like your solution.

Lay on Hands on Fifi: 2d6 ⇒ (2, 4) = 6
Fifi resists the effects of the corrupting touch, and immediately heals herself with her inner flame, her hair jumping into her wound and healing her with magic. Seeing Paros hit a wall, she thumps with the shield three sections to see if they are illusions, but all three she checks seem to be solid. She yells-"Lightdamnit! I'll keep checking, see if there's a hole over here! Also, who the hell are you!?"-yelling at the hand that touched her without asking for permission!

Vangral suspects that the ghost minotaur is too powerful for him to do so, but it's worth a try.
He reaches into his necromantic bag of tricks and tries to take control of the ghost.

Ghostwriter takes the scenic route, but easily gets through the minotaur's reach.
Patros walks into a wall.
Fifi walks into a wall three times!
Vangral focuses on the undead creature, but its Will is too powerful for him to control.
The minotaur snorts with derision at Fifi's words, as if saying, Foolish humans and their silly languages! Then, he opens his ghostly mouth and utters two words.
"FIFI VANASH."
Fifi, please make a DC 14 Will save.
On your next turn, you spend a move action traveling your speed in a random direction, after which you can act normally as long as you don't retrace your steps.
Then, he reaches out with a ghostly hand and tries to grab Ghostwriter.
