Ohrmizd looks at the flying harpy and considers for a moment exiting the town through the north past the watchtower as that would allow them to follow her, but seeing the others are already pointing back to the bridge and fearing other directions would cause more dreaded confusion than help he points back to the south east "Yes, let's run back to the bridge, we can more easily defend us there, and hide in the mountains if needed"
If nothing else happens this round, Ohrmizd will run back to the bridge with the group as soon as possible.

Roryx listened carefully to Ohrmizd's words, and then acted.
He dropped his longspear, then waded in on the demonic goatlike creature, drawing the morningstar as he went - "Stand down!" - he roared at their enemy, swinging hard.

We need some friendly dice; hope the demon misses at least one on his next attacks... I'll try to keep you up, Roryx, but no guarantees. Manuun, Heshan - move a bit and you should get free lines of sight for shooting

I grease the halberd of Rary. The demon must take a DC 13 reflex save or drop it.

Ohrmizd and Roryx encircle the demon and beat it up badly.
The Schir reaches back with the halberd for the last devastating blow to end Roryx. But the weapon slips through the hands of the demon.
Enraged the demon attacks Roryx with its horns.
The gnolls close in and stab at Omari and Roryx. One throws a spear at Manoon. The last one prepares to attack Ohrmizd.

If Ohrmizd Intimidate went through (probable), the Schir's gore and reflex has -2 unless he is immune to minde-affecting/fear (I think nothing changes here though)
"Well teamed! Let's finish this now!" seeing the group working ensemble as a well geared wheel to fight back superior enemies feels the Keleshite's heart of hope.
Ohrmizd holds in his place to help with a flank for Roryx to finish the demon. If the demon remains, Ohrmizd attacks again the demon.

Ok, the question of does the demon fall to Roryx's blow is critical for this turn's positioning... Ok, I just figured out Roryx is using spell combat and taking a 5' step in the middle.
Omari curses "Flea-bitten bastard!" as he takes a cut on his arm from the gnoll's spear. He steps back from the fight in practiced unison with Roryx, and casts another healing spell on Roryx. After touching Roryx to deliver the Stag Lord's healing, he takes his longspear in both hands again...

I think you missed them, because you are only showing 8 damage to the gnolls, which I think came from Manuun's bowshot, and I am guessing that at least the 17 hit.

Ohrmizd picks up the demon's halberd and quickly registers him for any other interesting items "Let's check the watchtower. After that, what do you think about moving the gnolls to Umbrella's hut? I think we can try to interrogate any surviving one there calmly, and register the harpy's hut"

"Stop right there, all of you! There are many serious wounds among us, and we have used much of our magic. I hesitate to press at all further today, but at the very least, we are going to stop for a minute or two while I treat our assorted wounded. "
I have 2d6 of channelling and 1 more spell slot today (murderous command). I am down to 14 hp (down 7), Heshan is out of spells and down to 4 hp. Does Ohrmzid is at ??? HP, and has how much judgment time left today? (and what spells?) Roryx is in single digit HP I believe, and has 1 spell left (vanish). It is not time to push onwards folks; it is time to run away...
I would recommend searching the bodies, claim some ears & the demons horns to show we are earning our non-existent keep. I will burn one or both channels. We search the harpy's house and the old mill (peryton) for treasure, and we leave. IF we want to get clever, we leave a trail that is easily followed, and hope they send a group after us, so we can lure them into the defenses at the monastery (defeat them in detail).

She left in a rush and perhaps we can find the keys she was talking about before she comes back and claims her stuff" Ohrmizd stops in place and picks up the weapons of the fallen gnolls in addition to the Schir equipment "Can we move them to the hut very quickly or throw them to the river? It is better if they take some time to find what happened with them" following Omari's advice, Ohrmizd takes the ears of the gnolls with his scimitar as well as the demon's horns.
Once the group reaches the harpy's hut, the Keleshite let's Omari heal the group with his channeled energy "I still have one spell from Sarenrae I can use for healing today. Does anyone need it after Omari's channeling or I save it for if we find problems in our retreat?"

At Undrella's house: a half-dozen cauldrons containing foul unguents composed of loose body parts, narcotic oils, blood, and less savory substances, are all that is found in the house besides a nest of twigs and straw. A search of the room and the nest brings up nothing of value. Especially no keys.
