Your description only said there was a curtain not where the curtain was Foxy, so I assumed probably badly that it was at the door. I was filling the image of the place as a closed dark hut stuffed with all kind of trinkets and reagents. That there were windowless windows was a relevant strategical information that would have been nice to have either in the description or map, but oh well, let's roll with it! :)

Darting with what he has at hands Ohrmizd surrounds the building and tries to set himself in a position the curtain entangled harpy cannot retreat without retaliation "You won't escape that easily!"

Undrella withdraws from this unbalanced fight and takes to the air. This is what Manuun waited for and he successfully shoots the harpy. Undrella rises just enough to be out of reach of melee attacks. Turning around the back of her house she crosses the river and swoops under arch of the watch gatehouse.

Not sure that I like pursuing it all the way. I'm worried about whatever is in B3/4/5 coming out and jumping our back. However, that path will take 6 rounds (I count 25 squares at 15 ft/square ) . If we're lucky, they will come pouring out of the tower to get us. We could put our backs to the bridge so we have a retreat route, as well as protecting our flanks, and shoot them up as they close...

Your uncle told you "Don't play with hyenas! They look nice from afar with their fluffy fur and their laugh, but it's a cynical laugh and they'll eat you. And then laugh again."
Mechanically they die when you beat them hard enough with a stick. And shit are they fast in Pathfinder. Forget running away.

Manuun shoots an arrow in the sand. Heshan stuns the two hyenas. Roryx almost ends a hyena with his spear. And with the hyena's no longer moving, even Omari gets at least one arrow in.

Undrella steps out of sight, and the other hyenas follow their kin into the fray. And their teeth sink painfully into the flesh of Heshan and Roryx /you get an AoO).

The hyenas stand still, but the gnoll moves behind the statue of Sarenrae. You can't see what he is doing, but you can hear it, as suddenly the trumpet is blown and echoes through the whole valley.
