Yes, he's been attacking non-lethally this whole fight and will do so to the end. I did forget to take the penalty this round, though. His attack is four lower.

The drone stops moving as its master is unable to give it orders.
The Pathra tries to shoot back at Scut and despite being encumbered he's able to trick the biohacker and, just, hits him!

When the drone gets blown up, Jastrow's face look absolutely shocked and appalled! "But... That... THE POOR DRONE!?!" He continues to gape and mutter about waste, deactivated robots being non-combatants, and the many repairs poor Shonvyzam would need to do.

Lilith and Jastrow exchange weapons while Scut step back of the fight to drink a serum.
