If you'll allow that, then Variel will take a potency crystal (from the Swords list) and a holy water (from the general list) as his bonus items. If you don't allow it, then second holy water instead.

Not as far as I am aware. This would be the item you are looking for for a monk to do what you are attempting. Same cost as your first magical weapon. 35 gold
This item can have runes and talismans attached to it.

Okay so, after finally finalizing my spellbook and prepared spells...
I'm playing this character for the second time due to credits bumping him to 3rd level. The first session was a rough learning experience.
...anywho...
...so I just realized that we have 3 wizards in this party that can share their spellbooks. What was our timing together before setting off on this mission?
If there was time can we have shared? (Leo would have been quite enthusiastic about the concept)
Also, I'd like to have at least put my two scrolls into my spellbook
*I have assurance Arcana so my default will be a 17, which will be enough for a level 1 spell or below
Arcana: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (13) + 12 = 25 ; For my level 2 spell scroll which has a DC of 18.
Leo has Magical Shorthand, so he takes much less time learning spells

CANTRIPS: detect magic, electric arc, ghost sound, light, mage hand, message, ray of frost, read aura, shield, tanglefoot
1ST: air bubble, color spray, feather fall, grease, magic missile, summon animal

Yup, while you may not have had much time during the meetup, you definitely had several hours during the evening / night since you left in the late hours of the morning the next day. Go ahead with your rolls and spend your gold as there isn't much as this level that will break the scenario in these early stages.
Just make sure they are on your next post.

I wish to scribe these spells to my book (this includes the burning hands scroll and comprehend languages scroll I rolled for last post):
2nd @ 6 gp each : comprehend languages
1st @ 2 gp each : floating disk, illusory disguise, color spray, grease, summon animal, burning hands
0th @ 2 gp each : message, produce flame, ghost sound
Again, with Assurance (Arcana) I can choose to get a result of a 17, which passes for all spells level 1 and below.
This will cost 24 gp and 110 minutes. Changing gp now.

I'll be picking up a scroll of burning hands and of magic weapon from Pathfinder Training.
I've updated my profile along with the cantrips I have and I'll post it here below as well. I'll set aside about four hours of time for copying over a few hours because that seems reasonable at least before the mission. Let me know if that is too much.

Because there's a real chance of Kang dying, just want to check that my rules understanding is correct. Next round, if he fails the stabilisation check, he'll slip to Dying 3. Then, unless he makes a crit success against the poison, he'll take damage from the poison. Before he slips into Dying 4 (i.e. dies), he can spend his Hero Point to stabilise at 0 HP. However, unless he clears the poison, he'll continue to take damage and go back down the Dying track again. Is that right?
Kang does have two vials of life (minor) if there's someone that can feed him. That could slow things down, hopefully buying time to make the fort saves against the poison.

Alright let's break it down since it can be a bit, especially with the extra poison. It looks like you have it mostly correct but it looks like you were taking two poison damages in a single round with the initial and round 1.
Round 1
1. Failed one of the initial poison saves which dropped you to 0 hp and Dying 1 condition.
2.Start of your turn make your Dying stabilization check which passed bringing you from Dying 1 to Wounded 1. Which is where it ends you up now. The next saving throw would be the next round on the centipede's turn. since this is a 1 round duration.
So Round 2 would look like this
1. centipedes turn --> Poison progresses due to your saving throw to Stage 2 which would drop you into Dying 2.
2. At the beginning of your turn would need a Dying Stabilization check.
The Hero point there may help save you a round of the poison as well as those vials of life

Yes, I went ahead to roll for the saving throw at the centipedes’ turn at the end of my post, rather than at my next post. Something I learnt from PACG PBP that I should do here is to make explicit what takes place out of my turn, in this case the poison damage.

The thing is, it isn't just this game. The RNG on this site really hates me. It works well for players I'm GMing for, though.
