Snowball the Dragon |

I get why the drake could be confusing. After all, it's practically a dragon.
On the other hand, we're trying to stop a princess that has trapped a dragon (an inversion of the usual save a princess trapped by a dragon), so if someone narrates a trapped dragon coming to help us, it's got to be on our side unless we have an unreliable narrator somehow xD

Haha ok here's what's going on. Alloura is the dragon you're here to rescue, a silver dragon as mentioned previously. You can ask her how/why she's helping you right now. The forest drake is just a minion of the princess, as is the choker choking Tina. So there are three creatures of the dragon type on the map: The silver dragon Alloura (friendly to you it seems), the white dragon Snowball (confused but friendly to you otherwise), and the forest drake (large and very unfriendly to you).a
Ramblings: I was hoping Tina would try to exclaim "that's not even a real dragon, my brother is doing the plan wrong" then the princess would say "that's not my dragon! And what brother? What plan?" Then Alloura would burst in and the princess would say "That's my dragon but her being here definitely isn't my plan! Alas.

Bob's head spins as so many dragons show up on the scene. He isn't even aware what the princess does, as it has no affect on him.
Bob does not know which is who and who is what. Snowie, are you still friend?
Bob decides to go after the biggest threat, which is also very close to him. He siddles closer and attempts to slam it.

Tina smiles smugly, haven been proven right with this stupid drake, "Told you my brother would cheap out on getting a real dragon. We could attach some wings to Mr. Snuggles, and it would be just as effective. Probably more, since he has at least two more legs. Ooh, while we're attaching things, more legs too."
Tina begins singing from within the Drake's grip: "We coulda worked it out but I guess things change... It's funny how someone else's success brings pain"
Starting a Bardic Song. +1/+1, and +1 (morale) against fear and charm effects

GM Monster |

Sorry Alloura. Depending on the shape of your breath weapon, perhaps you could have caught the princess and the choker. I just idk it's physical aspects and didn't want to hit Tina so went single-target. I also didn't think that hard about where to put you. What's the shape and reflex dc on that breath weapon? The drake fails for now either way with a nat 2.
While you are fighting the princess, her choker minion, and her knock-off dragon minion, the true dragon you are trying to rescue comes in and blasts the knock-off dragon with icy breath. Sendi stabs the not-dragon while Bob lands a big smack on the not-dragon with his pseudopod. The not-dragon quivers for a moment then holds still.

Bob is blasted by the lightning badly after he is able to paralyze the drake. He reaches out to begin digesting it before it clicks in his protoplasmic brain that now the threat is on the other side of the room.
A long long long time ago Bigger-Bob was just Not-Hat-Bob and very small and fast. Now Bigger-Bob is Slow-Bob, yes, that is good name for Bob. Slow Bob will go very fast to reach the princess who hit Slow Bob with Big Shocker.
He scoots across the floor [full round action to sprint which gets me close enough to help Tina next time.]
Can someone with melee power CDG the drake?

Doll #23, also known as Cindy |

you seem to have missed the princess's roll vs my slumber. I didn't see a will save in there (DC13 at a -2 due to stare)

GM Monster |

I forgot to report it but she was not put to sleep by it. There are a lot of possible reasons for that, actually, and it would probably require a spellcraft check to know which was at play. E.g., her HD may be too high, she may be immune to sleep, she may have SR, she may have made a will save, and probably others I can't think of.

Sendi finishes the forest drake while Snowball babbles. Bob oozes across the floor to the continued song of Tina, whose situation is progressively deteriorating. Cindy stabs at Goldslip and misses but, unfortunately for both of them, this causes the confusing magic in Goldslip's mind to coalesce on Cindy.
"Any confused character who is attacked automatically attacks its attackers on its next turn, as long as it is still confused when its turn comes. Note that a confused character will not make attacks of opportunity against any creature that it is not already devoted to attacking (either because of its most recent action or because it has just been attacked)." So no more d100s for you guys, unfortunately. Order is important here as Goldslip acts at the bottom of this round that's finishing before Cindy at the top of the one that's beginning.
The choker shrugs at the rope it is handed and instead picks up some twine off the floor and ties Tina up with it. The princess then hands him a wicked-looking scythe. She turns to see Alloura racing toward her, snapping fangs-first! But her magical protections turn the dragon's teeth aside. She giggles "Oh you're so adorable when you're upset!" She then begins recklessly casting a spell. In response, Alloura seizes the perfect opportunity to chomp her on the arm! But despite the distraction, the princess keeps the spell and another massive wave of lightning sweeps over the heroic monsters.
Nat 20 aoo botted for Alloura but not confirmed unless she has critical focus or something? Princess manages to concentrate. 39 lightning damage to Alloura with DC 21 reflex for half. DC 19 for Bob and Tina.

Tina's immune to lightning
See, that's why you don't skimp out on getting real dragon. Tina notes as the drake falls, as she continues her song, "I realise I waited too long, but please don't move on, you don't need no one else"
Let me show you what a real princess looks like. As the choker reaches for the scythe, a portal pops open next to Tina, and Claudette, the princess, falls out. Grab me and run over there Tina shouts, No time to explain. Claudette sighs, exasperated, but dutifully picks up the little lich and runs as far as she can.
That choker has to set me down to take the scythe, which means I'm an unattended object. And my summon is an SLA, which means no somatic components.

Snuggles the Bear |

Seeing his Cindy engaged in a harmless play fight with her friend, Mr. Snuggles lumbers forward towards what he perceives as the true threat here, that human with the annoying high pitched giggle. In the absence of command, he can at least make that noise go away.
Bite: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (7) + 4 = 11
Damage: 1d6 + 3 ⇒ (6) + 3 = 9

GM Monster |

Bob, it's 39 lightning damage. A DC 19 reflex save would mean half damage.
Tina, you still need quite the concentration check to cast your sla while tied up, because it works like a pin effect, because pin is like grapple. Not their best writing but it makes sense. And if you do cast the spell still, it's not straightforward for the princess to move you away, as you'll see. If you do manage the summons, it's also tricky because the choker has a 10 ft reach so the princess probably provokes from him if she picks you up.
Tina concentration, DC 22: 1d20 + 7 + 2 ⇒ (11) + 7 + 2 = 20 Lmk if I got your concentration bonus correct as that's pretty close.
Reflex saves, Princess, Choker: 2d20 ⇒ (10, 18) = 28
Both the princess and the choker brute avoid the worst of Snowball's breath but both are harmed by it. Sendi and Alloura both manage to draw some of the princess' blood and her adorable, pouting lip expression twists into a snarl of anger.
To clarify, Tina is providing a +1/+1 inspire courage right now. Does anyone (included the confused throwdown) need to add that to their hit and damage? This is pretty tight and important right now. I'll wait today to hear back on a couple of things like that which are influencing how this will go down.

Doll #23, also known as Cindy |

Cindy forgot to add it, but even with the additional damage she doesn't get through Goldslip's DR. Snuggles also didn't have it but I'm guessing a 12 to hit still doesn't get her.

if Cindy had +3 to damage and rolled well, she could hurt Goldslip with a crit...
Likewise for Goldslip needing a crit, +1 damage, and good rolls xD
