Yes Cyan is already down by that wave of negative energy. Will transfer Rel’s attack to red if he moves up to it.

Helps if I put the right skill in. Okay, the dice roller hates me. I was trying to go past the Vermlek to keep it from fleeing. I am not sure if I ended up in front of him, in the same square, or what.

From my understanding, you attempted to move through his space (with him standing in the doorway, there’s no space to move around him) but failed the acrobatics check so lost the rest of your move action, and provoked an AoO (which I will resolve later when I have access to my computer). But you should still have your standard action and is in the space in front of him. Since he never stepped into the grease, will ignore the grease saving throw so you’re not prone. Since Rel’s weapon has reach, I’ll move him behind Yen Wu.
Oh yes, could Jangafzaar also make a will save for the eagle? At 5 hp, it might survive the negative energy blast.

Sorry I realised I was very confusing re the cyan dretch. Essentially, after the last round, he was down to 2 hp, so managed to rip in Rel. Then that negative energy wave took him out. All the dretches (except for the one knocked out by color spray) have unsummoned after going down to 0 hp. The mites are also all dead after that negative energy wave.
The unexpected wave of negative energy wounds the Pathfinders, some of them rather seriously, and also dismissing the summoned eagle. Krennel and Jangafzaar quickly provide healing to the more badly injured teammates. After his spell, Rithon pulls back, hopefully out of the range of potentially further such waves. GAB! also hangs back, spending a moment to recover from his wounds.
Despite his injuries, Rel doesn't miss a beat, stepping forward and sending his glaive to cleave into the vermlek, the cold iron bypassing whatever resistance it has. Yen Wu quickly moves forward as well, trying to tumble over the vermlek but stumbles just before he could do so. The demon tries to strike in retaliation but Yen Wu dodges and strikes back, driving his rapier deep into its chest.
The badly wounded vermlek growls at Yen Wu as it rapidly tears forth from its human form, revealing its true form to be that of a large pale worm-like creature. In the process, it absorbs much of the flesh and seemingly healing some of its wounds. It then rears up and tears into Yen Wu with its vicious teeth!
Terrain Info: The entire area is difficult terrain because of the webs. In addition, moving through the web requires a CMB or Escape Artist DC12 check as part of the move action or become grappled in the very first square you enter. Breaking out requires a CMB or Escape Artist DC12 check as a standard action.

Sorry for the late update.
Yen Wu, you hit 0 hp exactly, so hadn't fallen unconscious yet.
Krennel, preservationist casts summon nature's ally, which does not add the celestial template so no smite evil, unlike summon monster.
While Jangafzaar focuses on keeping Rel alive, Rel does the same for Yen Wu. That is just in time for he is about to fall! That keeps him up enough to send another piercing strike deep into the now worm-like vermlek. GAB! attempts the same, but the the door frame provides good cover for the demon and he misses. Krennel summons an eagle to support Yen Wu in his fight. It manages to land its attacks repeatedly, but none fail to get through its infernal defences. Meanwhile, Rithon quickly scans through his spellbook, recalling how to call forth his trusty magical bolts.
The vermlek screams in frustration when it see Yen Wu still on his feet. It looks around in desperation, finding little space to retreat and the greasy floor severely hampering its movement (i.e. it can't 5-foot step). In desperation, it concentrates and again attempts to sends forth a wave of negative energy!
Yen Wu and eagle may attempt an AoO on the vermlek before the SLA activates (although the eagle would need to crit to clear its DR). If you do enough damage, it would disrupt the SLA! Since much will hinge on this, I would process the AoO first before continuing.

What a most dramatic time for crit!
The eagle struggles ineffectually to do any damage to the creature, but not Yen Wu. Spotting the early signs that the demon was about to release another wave of negative energy, he takes advantage of its momentary distraction to strike, driving his cold iron rapier with deadly accuracy right through the head of the vermlek. It gurgles, twitching in its death throes before finally collapsing on the ground, lifeless. With it death, the remaining dretch melts away into goo, before fading away completely.
Combat over! That was quite an epic battle! Honestly, the team work here was great! The grease, for example, stopped him from taking 5-foot step away without triggering AoO from Yen Wu, yet not moving away prevented him from using his SLA (mass inflict light wounds) without similarly triggering. It finally had no choice but to risk it. And of course, the congo-chain of healing kept each other up. :)
That it's body remains is evident that this vermlek was not summoned, that it had somehow found a breach from Abyss and made its way over. But the team of Pathfinders have finally put an end to its evil that has been terrorising the town of Saringallow...
However, it seems that the essence of the vermlek had been infiltrated into the manor, which is hardly surprising considering its diabolical history. The webs that had filled the room melts away. What is more worrying though is that the manor starts to groan worryingly. What you have come here to do, you better do it quick!

With the groans from the manor gradually growing alarmingly, the Pathfinders rush into the room to have a quick look. On the table, you find drawings and diagrams of some sort of portal, some showing what looks very much like the sacrificial pit in the adjacent room. Not daring to dally too long, you quickly gather up all the papers on the table.
In addition, there are six cabinets in the room, each full of documents, way too many for the Pathfinders to gather. Thankfully, the shelves are neatly labeled, and you easily find the old Saringallow records in the cabinet in the northeast corner of the room. Again, you sweep them up without much time to look through.
And just as well, for suddenly a loud crash echoes overhead, as if some section of the upper manor had collapsed. The walls around you start to shudder!
