Krennel is able patch up most GAB!'s wounds, but little he could do over the blood that has been drained. But the Pathfinders bravely push on. The secret door is not locked but is partially stuck. When you final manage to pull it open, you understand why.
A web of thick, pulsating goo covers the walls and part of the floor of this room. Dozens of misshapen, puffy heads and arms stick out from throbbing sacs attached to the vile substance, their mouths wailing and moaning, and their twitching claws reaching out blindly. Spiraling stairs lead down to a central two-foot-deep recess decorated with diabolical symbols.
At the other end of the first flight of stairs is a closed door, and you cautiously head towards that, trying to ignore the creatures' moans and wails, and their claws reaching out towards you, navigating . When you are about 5 feet from the door, something seems to subtly shift amongst the web...

Most of the team, however, notices it in time as a number of the trapped creatures pull themselves free from the web, revealing themselves to be mites, and surge towards you. Interestingly, Rithon seem to react before they do.

Rithon, to clarify, I see from your profile page that you only prepared magic missile (at level 2), and no toppling magic missile (at level 2). Also, not sure why you expended your arcane reservoir to increase your CL, when you are already at CL5 (due to spell specialisation) and have 3 missiles. Will treat as normal missiles for now. Didn't really matter though. Separately, SR check is just based on your CL, i.e. +3. It does not add your ability modifier.
It is the surprise round so GAB!, will only take your first attack. (2nd one would have missed anyway.) Rel, you would not have been able to move to attack. Will allow a retcon of a standard action before your round 1 actions, e.g. cast a spell.
Yen Wu pierces the mite in front of him right through its thick skull before it has the chance to provide a hindrance. GAB! does the same for the one in front of him with his gooey appendage. Rithon calls forth three arcane bolts flying unerringly at 3 separate mites. He takes out 2 behind him, but the spell fizzles when striking the 3rd, leaving him unharmed.
The four remaining mites do not seem to care about their fallen compatriots, as they continue to moan and claw in your direction. Suddenly, Yen Wu, GAB!, Jangafazaar and Rithon sense a wave of infernal fear sweeping through them. (Will DC10 or shaken)

Not sure why Yen Wu rolled the acrobatics. Your movement could not have provoked AoO from the mite.
Rithon, transferred your attack to blue.
Yen Wu and GAB! moves forward, avoiding or bashing through the web, and the two of them take down the nearest mite. At the other end, Krennel and Rel pushes through and double teams on one behind. Krennel's gets caught in the web, but Rel manages to pierce it right through. Rithon summons a gob of acid, badly injuring the last mite. Meanwhile Jangafzaar starts a spell to bring forth more help.
The sole mite moves forward, pulls out a dart and flings at GAB! It pierces into his gooey flesh, but does not cause much damage.
Just as the battle is turning, suddenly the door in front of Jangafzaar flings wide open. Standing at the door can be described to be a human, but only just barely. He(?) is dressed in fine clothes, that which a wealthy merchant would be garbed in, but they have all gotten rotten, greasy and corrupted. His flesh is dropping grotesquely in places, but plastered on his flesh is a maniac wide grin. He turns to regards the Pathfinders and addresses Rithon, "Thank you, my young child, for bringing me fresh meat. I was so getting tired of this one. Served its purpose back in the village, and fooling those oh-so-gullible youths. But really, hanging out with goblins really can do horrors to your body, don't you think? About time I got new ones, and six to choose from! Try not to make a mess when you die — I have great plans for your remains!"
With that, he(?) gestures and pulls forth from the air, summoning four creatures interspersed amongst you. Their bloated greasy frame shudders with each heaving step, yet despite their shape, they moves with surprising quickness. Which they show as they starts attacking, tearing into Yen Wu, Rel and Rithon with claws and teeth!
I know. The villain monologue that seems to pause time, but hey, got to play to the trope.

Rithon, just want to confirm that you intend to take the AoOs from the two dretches in moving there? Also, I should have repeated the terrain info. You need to make some checks to be able to move.

In addition, moving through the web requires a CMB or Escape Artist DC12 check as part of the move action or become grappled in the very first square you enter. Breaking out requires a CMB or Escape Artist DC12 check as a standard action.
Sorry, made a mistake on the monster lore spoiler for the dretch. It should also have been planes, which means your roll would have been 15, i.e. no further info.
Rithon also knows that in an emergency, vermleks can swiftly abandon the inhabited body, absorbing much of the flesh in the process to heal itself.

Yen Wu, your movement in difficult terrain will provoke. Will assume you attempt Acrobatics check which I'll roll for you.
Jangafzaar summons a celestial eagle which goes to work on the dretch, but despite a few well-placed strikes, they fail to get through its infernal resistances. Yen Wu takes the opportunity to strike, plunging his rapier deep into the flesh, his blade meeting little resistance. Finding himself sandwiched between the two, he moves out of the way, so quickly that the dretches have little time to react. GAB! immediately takes advantage of their momentary distraction to strike, landing his second strike, leaving a deep gash in the dretch's flesh.
In a desperate bid, Rithon pushes his way past the two dretches. He fails to ducks from their blows, earning a claw that strikes deep into his back. The sacrifice was partly worth it. In his new position, he sends a color of blinding colors into their midst, knocking out one practically completely.
Meanwhile, Krennel gulps down one of his elixirs while Rel moves into the midst of the dretches to grant his party magical protection.
The dretches mindlessly rips into the Pathfinders. Yen Wu finds himself the target of one and the mite also joins in, but he avoids all their strikes. The badly weakened one tears into GAB!, ripping out globules of ooze. The third, sensing the divine energy emanating from Rel, goes after him as well, but the protection aura does its job well, deflecting all its blows.
The vermlek in human flesh sighs in disappointment at how poorly his dretches are doing so far. "What? Useless pieces of flesh. Mine is so much better!" He strides forward ignoring the eagle, the webs automatically melting away to let him pass, as he draws his rapier. The dwarf tries to duck but stumbles over the web, and vermlek plunges his weapon into his thigh.
Eagle may make AoO.

GAB!, with his tentacles blessed, pierces easily through the badly wounded dretch bypassing whatever unholy resistances it had. He quickly swivels around and stabs the other one, too. (Transferred your second attack to yellow.) Yen Wu quickly follows up with his rapier as well.
Rel finds himself momentarily caught in the webs, but nonetheless manages to get his spell off, summoning an ethereal glaive. It lands a blow on the vermlek, but the impact seems partially dissipated by some force about it. (DR) That distracts the vermlek sufficiently for Krennel to land an bomb that smashes right into his body, but instead of hurting it, the subsequent explosion seems to have restored his wounds completely! (Hmm, what could have caused this?)
Jangafzaar, with the vermlek breathing down on him, tries for another spell but bungles and loses it. Meanwhile, Rithon desperately flips through his spellbook to re-prepare a spell.
The remaining dretches presses their attacks, ripping into Yen Wu and Rel. The vermlek raises his rapier to strike again, but momentarily freezes, an adoring look descending on him. He frowns and shakes it off quickly, then attempts to bite the dwarf but misses.

Paging Rel
With a devastatingly precise strike, Yen Wu drives his rapier through the eye of the dretch, ending its miserable existence. Dismayed by his failed attack, Krennel transfers his attack to the remaining conscious dretch. Thankfully, this one is just as vulnerable to his negative energy bombs as any mortal and shrivels rapidly under the strike. GAB! comes round the corner and attempts to strike at the same creature, but his spear glances off its layers of greasy fat. Rithon only has eyes, however, on the vermlek. He releases 3 bolts of magical energy that slams into the human flesh-wearing demon. That clearly hurt as he growls at Rithon in anger. Jangafzaar bravely holds the line, keeping the demon from going after the more vulnerable wizard.

Sorry did my math wrong. The cyan dretch is also downed.
Rel's spiritual glaive continues striking at the vermlek but although it hits, fails to get pasts its infernal resistances. Meanwhile Rel manages to break free from the entanglement.
The sole remaining dretch, despite badly wounded by Krennel's bomb, still retains sufficient ferocity to tear in to Rel, very badly wounding him. The mite though continues to strike ineffectually at Yen Wu.
The vermlek starts to look worried as his summons are progressively taken down, and being somewhat wounded himself. He retreats back to the open door, moving through the web with ease. (Jangafzaar, you and the eagle may make an AoO.) He then stares ahead intently for a moment, then releases a wave of negative energy blasting through the area, healing himself in the area! Everyone except Krennel, take 9 damage, will DC16 for half.) The final dretch and the mite drop dead almost immediately but it does not look like he cares.
Terrain Info: The entire area is difficult terrain because of the webs. In addition, moving through the web requires a CMB or Escape Artist DC12 check as part of the move action or become grappled in the very first square you enter. Breaking out requires a CMB or Escape Artist DC12 check as a standard action.

The spell can also be used to create a greasy coating on an item. Material objects not in use are always affected by this spell, while an object wielded or employed by a creature requires its bearer to make a Reflex saving throw to avoid the effect. If the initial saving throw fails, the creature immediately drops the item. A saving throw must be made in each round that the creature attempts to pick up or use the greased item. A creature wearing greased armor or clothing gains a +10 circumstance bonus on Escape Artist checks and combat maneuver checks made to escape a grapple, and to their CMD to avoid being grappled.
