Between Krennel and Rithon, you recall pretty much everything about the giant centipedes, which is not much. They are not particularly hardy creatures (1 HD), and nothing noteworthy other than their poison.
Jangafzaar's stirring voice rouses the villager, who looks up at the Pathfinders and, although terrified, nods at the dwarf. Then, most of the Pathfinders and Nixa surge forward with their weapons drawn (or grown). Yen Wu goes further, charging straight down the trail, driving his rapier right through one of the centipedes.
The other turns away from the cowering villager, rears up and plunges its mandibles deep into Yen Wu's side, sending a flood of poison into his veins. (Fort DC13). The three mites pull back while drawing darts into the hands, instead of throwing their weapons, they start mumbling, gesturing at Yen Wu, Jangafzaar and Nixa. The young soldier however manages to fight off the enchantment.
The villager, acting on the dwarf's call, gets up onto his feet, not noticing the centipede just behind. The centipede quickly strikes, biting into his thigh. He quickly flees towards the Pathfinders.

"Oh no you don't" Yen Wu said as he tried to block the bite, to no effect. The poison and spell did not seem to effect him.

Rithon, sorry missed your earlier attack. Yes, it missed because of cover. But wouldn't it have been out of range then?
While Rel and Jangafzaar continues to move forward, GAB! moves in sufficiently to attack the centipede, cleaving off a large chunk of it. Krennel flings a bomb over the head of his allies, but that threw of his aim and instead, landing it next to the centipede. It did some good nonetheless as the resultant splash drains the remaining life from the vermin. Finding his shot missing the right mite earlier, decides to go for a different target, this time successfully lobbing the blob of acid at the left mite instead, but only mildly hurting it. Nixa, however, rushes in and with a mighty swing of her sword, ends the life of this fiendish mite.
The two mites, alarmed at how quickly their allies are taken down, yet continue to fight maniacally instead of fleeing. Both draw back, pull out darts and fling them rather strangely not at Nixa, the closer foe, but at GAB! instead. Both weapons plunge deep into his gooey flesh, one much more significantly.

With the fury battle making things chaotic, Yen Wu danced around, trying to get into position but the foe was expecting it.

Tried to steal something from the Sarini Estate to prove to them that I'm not a coward! But oh, those monsters jumped me right outside the estate’s gates and chased here! I tripped and would have been a goner! Ow!" At this point, he staggers and would have fallen if Nixa had not stepped up quickly to support him.
"His wound doesn't look good, and it is turning dark. I best bring him back to the village before he does himself more harm." Nixa looks down down the path. "It's not far now. But take care yah?" With that, Nixa acting as a human crutch, supports Olaus back the way you had come from.
It is less than an hour when after a hike up a hill, you arrive at the Sarini Estate. The rusted, badly bent iron gate to this walled estate is dirty and hangs ajar, creaking gently in the breeze. The lawn is overgrown, and a thick tangle of vines has crept up the walls of the opulent estate building. An abandoned stable occupies the southwest corner of the grounds, and to the east, more buildings lie partly hidden behind bushes and crooked trees.
Due to Nolaria's info gathering, you effectively have the map of the estate, although of course not the content. Since this is effectively now a dungeon crawl, if there are no objections, I'll just bring you through the map in numerical order, i.e. K1, K2, etc. But let me know if you wish to deviate also, and at any time. Also, night has fallen and there is no ambiant light. Let me know what is your lighting arrangement.

"Blorp blorp blorp!" It sounds like laughter bubbling up from the ooze when Rithon expresses his fears of being flanked. Still, the cooperative ooze keeps looking for possible threats and hazards.
The Pathfinders make their way cautiously into the compound after taking a brief moment to consider their options. Before they can the chance to move into much though, they are jumped! From the bushes to the right, a group of mites emerges, ready to strike. More fearsome is a lizard-like creature that emerges from the left, an inordinate number of sinewy limbs, each terminating in clawed feet, protruding from the sides of its slithering body. Its face is disturbingly demonic.

This is a drochtac, a medium-sized fey creature. Its bite can cause paralysis!

While Jangafzaar is fumbling to get out his crossbow, Yen Wu has already charged across to stab the nearest mite. Despite feeling some magical resistance, he skewers the little creature and it falls. (You need to have your weapon drawn to charge in standard action, but I'll take it that you have in approaching a scary mansion. But so Jangafzaar I'll allow you to take an additional standard action to shoot that crossbow, assuming that you had it in hand.)
The three surviving mites turn to Yen Wu. Jangafzaar and GAB! respectively and raising their hands, send necromantic chills into their bodies! (Will DC10 or shaken) They then retreat.
The lizard creature slithers up to Rithon but trips over its many legs in its earnestness and missed the wizard with its bite.

Rithon, shaken by the presence of the creature, takes a short step back. His hand arcs with green caustic energy before a small bolt of sticky good flies off towards the caterpillar.
Can I assume that Rithon had used his wand of mage armor prior to entering the compound? I did not declare it, so I am a-OK if that hasn't happened yet.

Feeling the wave of fear wash over himself Yen Wu started to shake like GAB!, But not as much.
Moving around the tree, the swashbuckler stabbed at the closest Mite, running it through with the cold iron rapier.

Jangafzaar lets fly a crossbow bolt but the mite ducks just in time. His luck wears thin, however, as Yen Wu comes up from beside him and skewers him in short order.
On the other front, Krennel moves in and slams his mace on the drochtac, badly bruising its side. Rithon quickly takes the opportunity to retreat and his hastily summon orb of acid goes wild.
The lizard, finding a new target, rears up and attempts to strike Krennel but he parries away the massive maws. It still manages to rake him slightly across his side. The two mites, while still glaring at Jangafzaar, recognises the closer danger of Yen Wu and flings darts at him as they retreat. But they keep tripping over their own feet and drops the darts instead.

Moving around to pin the two remaining mites against the side of the building, Yen Wu was not having much luck with the fear causing his hand to shake.

As Yen Wu goes chasing after the mites the rest of the team gangs up on the lizard. Krennel attempts another swing at the lizard creature, but stumbles in his attack this time. With the bush in the way, Rel similarly misses with his glaive. Jangafzaar suffers the same problem, with too many of his teammates in the way. Rithon, however, manages to summon an orb of acid that flies with unerring accuracy over Krennel's shoulder landing on the drochtac. The mass of acid burns deep into its flesh, taking out the fey creature!
The remaining mite turns tail and flees! Yen Wu, you get an AoO.
