I have had a look through and, yes I will allow you to attempt to hack it, but you would need to get into melee range to try to connect into its datajack.

Just to be bothersome here's my two credits guy, in SFS you round down (it works for what damage we get, but also for the damage we do).
And no problem for what happened here, I'm just quoting this for what are the usual/normal rules:
Page 243 of CRB:
Rounding
Occasionally the rules might ask you to round a result or value. Unless otherwise stated, always round down. For example, if you are asked to take half of 7, the result would be 3.
