Perrine was getting a bit uncomfortable spending any more time with this cult than necessary. ”Um guys, I believe the others are waiting for us...and we’ve got to get our new friend home, you know,” she adds looking around at the cultist.

My and my big mouth,Souja mentally grumbles to herself, Let's see if I can not stuff my foot into it more...
"No, we're part of the Pathfinder Society," she finally admits, with a lack of a better option to go forward. "And I work with the Concordance of Elements within it, which studies places of great elemental power. And while I'm not a foremost scholar in any field, we do have access to people that are."

"We being her and me," Willow pipes up. She then whispers to Souja, "You think they might be wanna work with the Concordance as contacts? That's a good idea!"

"I've heard of them!" An apparently eavesdropping cultist chimes in. "They're a bunch of tomb-robbers and murd-" Is all he manages to get out before he is pulled back by his sleeves into the prayer ring. "BROTHER, the Sacred Rites need to be completed!"
Nevertheless, the leader pauses, stroking his clean-shaven chin. "Tell me of this Concordance... those who study aspects of the Drowned God's delivery may be of use and perhaps an exchange of information would certainly be in order then. "

Souja, sensing Perrine's concern, nods. "I personally haven't done much with the Concordance, but I'll tell what I can." She then quickly describes her work so far with the Concordance.
Diplomacy(Con.): 1d20 + 4 + 5 ⇒ (9) + 4 + 5 = 18

"Impressive... it is not within my power to formally accept this arrangement here, however I will pass this on to my superiors with glowing recommendation. Absalom, right? With acceptance or refusal, you shall hear from the Agents of the Eye soon," the cultist informs you all. Satisfied with your speechcraft here, you push off and head for the Grinning Pixie.
Returning to the Grinning Pixie, you find Venture-Captain Calisro Benarry waiting, with a few exhausted sailors. These are the survivors of the shipwreck, whom Benarry found in Driftport. "Welcome back aboard! Were you able to find anything of use?" The VC asks with a grin, her pearly tusks shining in the slowly setting sunlight. As she is pressing the last mug of ale into your hands, her eyes go wide as the ship's crane starts lowering something to the deck. "IS THAT A DRAGON?"

"You BET it's a dragon! Perrine said we should bring it back with us and we decided that maybe that'd be a good idea," Willow beams. "It was hiding out waaaaay back in this cavern where this crazy planar rift had opened and claiming it was the Monarch and everything. They wanted us to be their servants but, um, Souja had something to say about that..."

”Yeah, Willow’s right! Can we keep it, Venture Captain? Please? I know it’s kind of small, but I bet it has all kinds of knowledge about things. And we seek knowledge, right? I’m sure if we feed it and treat it nice, it could be invaluable to us. I’ll help take care of it, if you need me to. They are all good dragons, you know,” Perrine says, trying to convince the VC her idea wasn’t terrible.

“It sure is! You should have it! Souja only hit it once. WHAM! She was.. I mean, it was incredible! “ she gushes as she looks admiringly up at the big shoatni goddess.
EEP, I'm doing it again. Shut up, you silly monkey.
But she is hot, and it was an AMAZING adventure with the best team of sisters EVER!

Souja chuckles at Willow, Perrine and Chhat before handing the captain's log and notes to Captian Benarry. "The Log, as requested, Captain. I'm guessing that there was a mutiny on board, as well as an planar rift in a nearby cave that was altering the water flow in the area." She gestures to the dragon and continues, "It was in the same cave as the rift, doing who knows what to it. Its notes are here as well, and we thought that you would have questions of your own for it, so we hogtied it and brought it along."
She scowls faintly, "The arrogant little bastard demanded fealty and well, I took poorly to that. He's lucky I stopped after one hit."

Venture-Captain Benarry takes one of the ales she just handed you for herself and chugs it. "Well I'll be a monkey's uncle..." Taking the notes and journal, she thumbs through them briefly before handing them to the Quartermaster with a nod. The Tengu, smiling as much as one can with a beak, joyfully scampers off below deck to indulge further into cutting-edge research on planar rifts and to form a report on the events that consumed the Pride of Aspenthar.
"Pathfinders, I'm impressed! A single hit downed this dragon? Sure, a wee one, but dragons of any size are tough customers!" she says, clearly proud of the work you've done. There is an odd look in her eyes, as though she were really looking at each of you for the first time. Maybe even... a little dose of respect?
At the clamors for keeping it, she presses her hands against the air until she manages to assuage Perrine. "At least for a little while, we have a brig! We might have to prep the chamber a bit, but we've got a place for the beastie! Especially if it was the one performing the research, who knows what else it knows! But that'll have to wait until tomorrow. In honor of your overwhelming success, tonight we shall feast!"
Cheers erupt from the crew and the word quickly spreads below deck, creating a wave of cheering across the ship. Who knows what tomorrow will bring, but today, you are heroes!
