GM rulings is inconsistent, per RAW no attack of opportunity since it did not act in round 1 yet. But some people argue RAI it should. I personally go with RAW for the reason that RAI dumbs combat reflexes.

Bahram's body resist against the venom that attempts to invade his blood. The snake is clearly a river viper, common snakes around this parts, but not very venomous or threatening.

Immediately Gariath comes to his aid. And with a well timed slice, he kills the viper, leaving it's blooded remains on the deck.

On the other hand, Tanbu turns his attention to the drake by shooting an arrow. But the creature evades it relatively easily and follows up with a fly around as it eyes the cluster of Pathfinders standing together. The drake then spits up a ball of caustic mucus that explodes around them!

Drake is taking a move action to avoid make a fly check. And standard to spit caustic breath.

Aulurius, Summon Nature's Ally has a casting time of one round, so the Stirge would only appear at the start of your next turn. (i.e. after drake's turn). My Summoner had it differently for summon monster because they have it as a SLA that reduces it's casting time to a standard action.

Would that in mind, would you continue casting? Or like to retcon?

Just want to point out, effective grapple from a stirge is not a true grapple, doesn't hinder any movement per say. Also stirges are tiny size creatures, and against a medium size dragon it's physically not going to be able to hinder his wings to cause it to fall, it might take penalties to fly check but that is the most that will happen.
