Hey guys...I reached out to Massee by PM to see if he's still interested. I haven't heard back from the guy I was holding a spot for.
But, once Itham is up and running, we'll have a 4 member party so I plan to get started in earnest when that happens.
Though, of course, there's no rush on the briefing. Ask all the questions and do all the RP you feel like you need.
If possible, I think it would be cool for at least some members of the group to go on to other adventures together so RPing the relationships is certainly of interest to me.

I am good with a team playing in the tapestry together. It is a cool idea to think the Society assembled a team to specialize in Hao Jin Tapestry, like a special forces/Delta team.
By the way, I bought a Wand of Mage Armor with my only 2 Prestige.

Should be on your Campaign Info Tab. Click on 'Edit this campaign', then scroll to the bottom and make certain box in front of Massee is unchecked.

Money spent. Man, arcanists are a bit rough at level one. Only 3 spells a day and no abilities to do as a back up besides acid splash.

If you choose an offensive exploit you have lots of damage potential. Otherwise once you get 2 PP you may want to get a wand. My arcanist went with magic missile wand asap.

Yeah, but there are so many important exploits and the offensive ones become obsolete so quickly. I could... exploit...(pun intended) the system and pick an offensive one for the first 3 adventures and then use the level 1 free rebuild to switch it as he levels to level 2 but that seems like a clear abuse of the system. And yeah, the magic missile want is the first thing I plan to pick up. Then next one is a mage armor wand.
As a side note, the tomb thing was meant to be tome... but I feel like I need to come up with a reason for Itham to carry around a tomb now haha woohoo for accidental character building!

Also, let me say, I think it's brilliant taking humans as your favored enemy. When is there a scenario where you're not going to fight humans? I think I've only run into undead as much.
And, it never occurred to me to armor up my psychic. Obviously, they don't get proficiency but it doesn't matter much and doesn't matter at all when casting spells since they don't use somatic components.

Ya I've run into quite a few rangers with favored enemy humans. Thematically it made a lot of sense since this guy is a Ulfen raider and would be doing most of his fighting against humans. Undead are another good choice for down the line. I'll let the scenarios guide him in that next choice.
No obvious mistakes I can see just yet.

I will say this, my first kid taught me how to operate at a functional level with little to no sleep. To this day, I still scoff at those weak enough to rely on nocturnal resting instead of coffee.

Go to the search bar in paizo.com and search up Faction Journal Card and its a free download. Depending on your faction you have a list of goals to complete to activate boons. It can help you form your character a bit if you really like some of the goals/boons it provides. It also gives you some nice direction for you to work towards besides: gain xp and gold.

@Itham - The Scrollmaster archetype seems like a cool concept but has 2 major flaws, I can see.
1.) It's always a bad idea to build your low BAB, low AC, low HP wizard around a concept that requires her to get into close combat...or that at least makes the cool things you do involve close combat.
2.) Baddies in PFS don't drop scrolls that often when downed so you'd have to buy your own scrolls, knowing that you were going to use them up not casting spells from them. I suppose if you had a boon that let you buy scrolls cheap, it might be worth it.

Yeah, I can't imagine a build that would ever be decent with the scrollmaster archetype. I would be curious outside of the realm of PFS how successful you could make a gestalt one to make up for the low BAB and HP.
