Inspired Rage effect on allies:
When the skald begins a raging song and then on each ally's turn, if the ally can hear the raging song, that ally must decide whether to accept or refuse its effects. This is not an action. Unconscious allies automatically accept the song. If accepted, the raging song's effects on that ally last for that ally's turn or until the song ends, whichever comes first.
Affected allies gain a +2 morale bonus to Strength and Constitution and a +2 morale bonus on Will saving throws, but also take a –1 penalty to AC. While under the effects of inspired rage, allies other than the skald cannot use any Charisma-, Dexterity-, or Intelligence-based skills (except Acrobatics, Fly, Intimidate, and Ride) or any ability that requires patience or concentration.

When starting an inspired rage, the skald chooses which rage powers (if any) to add to the song, and all affected allies gain the benefit of these rage powers, using the skald's level as their effective barbarian level. The skald uses his skald level as his barbarian level for the purpose of selecting rage powers that require a minimum barbarian level. If the rage power's effects depend on the skald's ability modifier (such as lesser spirit totem), affected allies use the skald's ability modifier instead of their own for the purpose of this effect.

if attacked and brought to 0 hp again:

Hero's Definance kicks in as an immediate action.

Besmara's tide! Laara yells as Keriassa gets horrifically mauled with the wolf-thing barely flinching. Taking a step, she starts pummeling it as hard as she can. As Keriassa's song reaches her ears, the half-elf allows herself to get royally angry. Accepting Rage with Reckless Abandon

Grimpkin, this isn't the big threat to the forest?

Ouch, Laara. I feel sad.

"No, no. Not even the second biggest!"

Keriassa calls upon her divine blessing to restore her body further and then enhance her allies. Unfortunately for Laara, everywhere she strikes appears to be steel-hard muscle. The only consolation is that the beast finds her to be non-threatening.

The beast's violet glowing eyes meet Trey's, and the tiefling is certain that it can see exactly where he is. It gives a snort of frustration before turning its gaze upward to the stone giant.

A shadowy form of a woman--human sized--appears next to the beast once more, although this one does not resemble anyone in your band. The black wolf bites down on the shadow and grips it in its great jaws, shaking it back and forth.

In the air above, two dozen bleeding wounds erupt on Ragnilde's body and she begins to wrestle with a powerful but unseen force that inhibits her movements.

**OVERSEER ANNOUNCEMENT**

It is difficult to tell how much time has passed through the smothering canopy as Medda addresses the regrouped Pathfinder and Twinhorn forces. “The ancient battlefield is just beyond those trees. There, Ivvora and her comrades scattered an undead army, but the necromantic taint never left this land. Instead, the plants and animals have gradually absorbed the evil, encouraged by someone calling herself Mother Bloodleaf.

“We must strike as one, simultaneously attacking the corruption’s heart as well as the seedpods spread out around the swamp. Their destruction will unleash harmful energies, so we of the Twinhorn following shall head toward the center to ritually disperse that energy to keep it from festering anew! Each team should follow its Twinhorn mystic to an intended target, and from there, three blasts of a horn shall signal our attack. May Vildeis bless us as she did Ivvora before us!”
Medda, the Twinhorns, and the Pathfinders spread out and make their way through the woods to their striking positions. When all are in position, three blasts of a war-horn echo across the heavily forested battleground. As the Pathfinders rush toward their targets, startled figures with purple glowing eyes hurry toward the seedpods and the enormous dark flower at the heart of the swamp. A shriek carries over the battleground. “What treachery is this? My minions have fallen without so much as warning me? No matter, I shall rip out any trespassers’ souls and feed them to the blight!”

Table GMs, the Unaware Guardians condition is now in effect, in addition to the Helpful Spirits condition. The way to area Q is now open. Please move to that encounter area quickly.

Lissa's frozen whip strikes the black-furred beast and brings it down. Ragnilde finds herself freed from its supernatural grip. The releases one, final shuddering sigh before it dies.

Grimpfkin walks out of the woods to inspect your kill. He bends down and hugs the great bulk. The fey stands back up and wipes at his cheeks before turning to you. He graces you with a nod before magically fashioning a set of mugs from a nearby tree. Each of the mugs magically fills with an amber liquid.

"Drink, heroes," he says. "You've earned it."

This time the drink tastes delicious.
Drinking grants the Greater Charm of Luck: once during the next encounter, you may reroll a d20. You roll twice on your reroll and take the highest of the two rerolls.

"I think it is almost time for the grand finale," Grimpfkin says with his usual cheer returning. "You had best hurry that way." He pushes aside a branch, revealing a long path. "And I'll be watching!"

You have time to heal on the way to Medda.

After rejoining Medda and your fellow Pathfinders, you receive your instructions and set off after the Twinhorn mystic assigned to guide you.

The ancient battleground has turned into a fetid swamp that fills the air with the scent of death and decay. Rusted weapons jut out from the patches of solid land. Here and there, skeletal remains and grimacing skulls clad in ruined iron peek out from the glowing mire. Monstrous black flower pulsing with purplish energy grows on an islet across the swamp.

The faces on the trees follow you into battle.

The forest spirits accompanying the PCs open two connected portals that allow instantaneous movement between two trees in area Q. These trees cannot be more than 60 feet apart. When a creature enters the area of the portal tree, they can appear in a space adjacent to the other portal tree. The portals work both ways and remain open for 1 minute. The PCs can choose which trees form the portals and only the PCs and their allies can use the portals. Spells and effects do not travel through these portals. When the encounter begins, one PC can attempt a Hard Knowledge (nature) or Spellcraft check to increase the distance between the trees to 120 feet.

If that's enough to hit her CMD then she's impaled which is pretty much the same as grappled except I have a bit different set of maintain-grapple options. Ragnilde rides her woolly unicorn across the swamp and slices her polearm across the witch's arm as Helga impales the orc through the side of her abdomen and lifts her into the air. The witch shrieks in pain and anger. "I curse you! I curse you all!" Closer to the witch, Ragnilde can see that she has those bio-luminescent purple flowers growing out of her ears.

Laara flies out of the cloud, sickly blisters on her skin.

Nobody can see what Trey is doing. He could be dead as far as anyone on the field of battle knows.

The shamblers rouse to defend their mistress, flinging their amorphous masses of vegetation toward the stone giant. Ragnilde is battered hard by the first blow but escapes the clinging vines. The second blow pulls her off of the saddle. Then a third falls, entangling her further and engulfing her in moist, warm compost. The vines, slime, and dirt tries to force its ways into her ears, mouth, and nose. A fourth blow falls, but her tough hide withstands it.

So Ragnilde is now on ground level engulfed by two shambling mounds (red and red-dash). Helga is 15 ft in the air with an angry orc witch impaled on her horn, also 15 ft in the air.

Keriassa moves out of the fog and fires an arrow at the witch, piercing her already wounded arm.

Lissa enters the swamp, to learn that the water burns her skin. Her half-hearted watery blast does little more than drench the great, leathery leaves. It does inspire the giant flower to wrench its roots out of the ground and lurch forward.

The strange, purple mist envelops Keriassa, but she does not notice any effect. She does notice when an incredibly long vine snaps out like a frog's tongue, wraps around her, and draws her toward the flower's center and through the caustic swamp. The mass of tangled vines below the flower begins to open like a giant mouth.

The green fog rolls onward. The witch slaps Helga on the snout with a bloody hand and croaks weakly, "I curse you, wretched beast! With the last of my breath, I curse you!"

Ragnilde readies to strike the moment the witch is far away enough to reach with the horsechopper.

Believe Helga and Ragnilde are still in the air, yes? Or at least positioned so Laara doesn't have a charge lane on Red Mound? Operating based on that assumption.

Laara flies towards the impaled witch...until she comes to her. Noting the orc seems well-splatted, Laara races around Helga to make a lunging strike out at one of the mounds. Not bad! But you took her out before I could join in. As Keriassa cries out, the half-elf calls to the druid. I think K needs some help over there. The magic doesn't seem to be doing much against that plant.

Laara lunges and slams her fist into the cold, moist body of one of the shamblers. Hungry, they move on the easiest prey to reach--if not the easiest to hit. The first swing of malevolent vines, soil, and rotting vegetation flies over the half-elf's head. The second swing slaps her in the face and yanks her toward its damp embrace. Soil and detritus press into her nose and mouth. Despite being restrained, the brawler dodges both of the blows by the next shambler to assault her. The thrid moves closer and hits her hard.

I believe that the Blue shambler would trigger an AOO from Ragnilde at some point during it's movement but not Helga.

Valentino heads to bolster his companions engaged with the shambling mounds and accelerates their actions.

Lissa finds that it is much easier to touch the enormous plant than it is to pummel through its thick leaves and heavy vines. The leaves darken where the cold orb contacts them. She watches as Keriassa pulls out a dagger and stabs futilely at the vine wrapped around her waist and then as she is drawn into the plant's mouth-like trunk and swallowed completely. Her song goes quiet.

Inside the dark 'stomach' of the flower, Keriassa finds it to be filled with caustic fluid. She realizes that she is being digested.

A second vine slashes at the entangling foam, freeing the slow moving plant from the ground. It lurches forward and snaps its vines toward its next meals: Lissa and Trey. Lissa snatched and dragged through the caustic swamp water, although she hardily resists the acid. Trey's magic fails to protect him, and he is yanked out of the air and into the flower's tight embrace.

Miss chance on the grab attack roll? (Worth a shot.)

91 and 81, respectively, unfortunately.
EDIT: FYI: Ragnilde's AOO did full damage. I just forgot to list it.

I meant for the roll to grab, not to hit, but oh well.

Adjudication:
The attack and the grab are the same action. The monster ability Grab provides a free grapple check upon a successful hit. It represents whether the attack struck well enough to hold onto you, rather than a hit, let go, try to hit you again to grapple you. Therefore, only one miss chance.

Spoiler:
"Combat maneuvers are attack rolls, so you must roll for concealment and take any other penalties that would normally apply to an attack roll"

It's my fault for not preparing freedom of movement and blowing my greater invisibility early, but Trey couldn't know the amarok had true seeing or that this had 30ft reach.

Bes, if you’re paying attention Laara thinks to herself as the vines grip her tight. Things seem to be going a bit poorly.

Enhanced by Valentino’s magic, she strikes at the plant wrapping around her.

Flurry Attack1: 1d20 + 18 + 1 - 2 ⇒ (13) + 18 + 1 - 2 = 30 for damage: 1d8 + 9 ⇒ (8) + 9 = 17 plus acid: 1d6 ⇒ 1
Flurry Attack2: 1d20 + 18 + 1 - 2 ⇒ (8) + 18 + 1 - 2 = 25 for damage: 1d8 + 9 ⇒ (5) + 9 = 14 plus acid: 1d6 ⇒ 5
Haste Attack: 1d20 + 18 + 1 - 2 ⇒ (4) + 18 + 1 - 2 = 21 for damage: 1d8 + 9 ⇒ (8) + 9 = 17 plus acid: 1d6 ⇒ 2
Iterative Flurry Attack: 1d20 + 13 + 1 - 2 ⇒ (18) + 13 + 1 - 2 = 30 for damage: 1d8 + 9 ⇒ (2) + 9 = 11 plus acid: 1d6 ⇒ 4

Striking at Red (who’s grappling me) first. Grappled penalties already included above. If it somehow drops before the end of the routine, would direct the rest of the strikes on Red-dash (and those would be 2 higher to hit since then not-grappled.

Also, any seconds on using that Aid token?
