I assumed that you were shooting at the character you mentioned in the post, Terry. You don't take the -4 for shooting in to melee (percise shot) but there is +4 ac for the cover from Marcus (imported percise shot needed). If you shot at the thug we can recon that.

Von-Dai Cress |

This was certainly a dangerous situation. Von-Dai quickly cast another spell, this time at Terry, heating the metal in her short sword hot enough to burn.
Casting burning disarm on Terry's short sword. DC 16 Reflex save to drop it or she takes 2d4 fire damage.

Elendar Nethysborn |

Elendar steps back and casts another spell, shooting a second bolt of force at Terisha.
Cast magic missile: 1d4 + 2 ⇒ (4) + 2 = 6 force damage

Darjiah Emliak |

Darjiah's shot goes wide, a mistake she pays for as Terry comes round and drives the blade through her, likely not causing any organ piercing, but bleeding fast That would have downed me at full health, and i'd already been hit as she goes down she says "Natalya still has it, intelligence never was your greatest attribute. and crumples -4 health

Terisha was definitely causing them problems. She needed to be brought down - quickly. Perhaps she would be more vulnerable without her shield.
Burning disarm on Terisha's shield, same as before. DC 16 Reflex save to drop it or take 2d4 fire damage.

"You know, this didn't seem so hard in training. "

GM_Grandlounge |
Terisha drops her sword and says, "I give up. Here give this healing potion to Darjiah."
She throws the potion to Erond.

Von-Dai Cress |

Von-Dai glances at the thugs and says, "Order your men to drop their weapons, as well. We're willing to talk."

GM_Grandlounge |
They all drop there weapons.
"We had orders. You all stole something that did not belong to you. We were told to get it back. We did not know the cops and pathfinders had teamed up to rob from the poor."

GM_Grandlounge |
Terisha says, "You can be one, the other or both. You are thieves and not poor, we a poor thieves. So is life."

Darjiah Emliak |

Darjiah stands and nods to Erond, then turns to Terry says "Unless things have changed since I left you are thieves, but you are not poor. Now the shard might not belong to us, but it does not belong to you either, and it's in our hands." she pulls out a vial and shakes it, then drinks it CLW: 1d8 + 3 ⇒ (3) + 3 = 6 "Now is there anybody else out there gunning for us, or somebody else?" sense motive: 1d20 + 9 + 1d6 ⇒ (9) + 9 + (3) = 21 She will collect the weapons as well, does Terry have a ranged weapon?

Von-Dai Cress |

Von-Dai joins in, "You are perhaps better off without the item in question. Natalya did not want to give it up, as it possesses a powerful curse that fills the bearer with delusions of grandeur and causes them to become quite possessive of the item. It may be best for the Tower Girls to find another headquarters other than the Crow - Thassilonian ruins can be quite dangerous, and meddling with artifacts from that time can have...consequences."
Diplomacy: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (15) + 5 = 20

Elendar Nethysborn |

Elendar rolls his eyes, still panting from the combat. "You don't get to take the moral high ground; you were trying to murder us a few minutes ago! Plead being the victim to someone whose lungs you didn't just puncture."

GM_Grandlounge |
"I don't want the high ground. Thieves steal that's what we do. I could have killed Darjiah where she lay but I didn't for the same reason you didn't kill me. The Tower Girls do fine but we don't live in busted down factories in the worst part of town for fun. We know where we stand we just have higher ambitions.'
Turning her attention to Von-Dai, "You did not expect to steal something without consequences? The girl stole something she did not understand. We knew not to touch it."
"I know how this goes. You confiscate our stuff."
She and her group start giving over their weapons.

Darjiah says dryly "I thought it was because I still owed you 5 gold from that one time. You perceive islands of honor in a sea of death and misery." she looks over the loot "I'd like the shortsword, the climbing equipment, the harness if it's perfectly ok with you all, The crossbow I have now suits me just fine, but I believe I can find use for these, especially as I'm presumably the only one who can pick a lock." and she turns to the party "I presume we will be wanting to take them into the police?"

GM_Grandlounge |
"Well, you are getting that a more today, so I would say we are even."
What would you all like to do with them? Also, what is your plan for attacking the crow?

GM_Grandlounge |
Are you asking if there is a place you can batman style hoist a criminal? If so there are plenty of spots around the doc to do that. The crow requires rowing out to so it would be along time before you can hoist them.
You find guards and your colleagues take the criminal off your hands. You take the one you kept and hoist him in a public enough place that the citizens will see him.

Darjiah Emliak |

Batman style ya, but from a general high up public place not the crow. The reason i was asking about the crow is maybe we try to get up from the top, instead of going through the whole tower bottom upwards. "They will know we're not sitting on our asses, time for the tower girls to fall." she encourages her colleagues

GM_Grandlounge |
There is no way to access the top of the crow with a prisoner, though should you get one in the core that would be easier.

Von-Dai Cress |

”Before we advance to the Crow and the rest of the Tower Girls, we should take a few moments so Elendar and I can memorize some spells. Also, Darjiah, could you tell us everything you can think of about the Tower Girls - leadership, numbers, whether or not they keep any strange pets. That information might be very valuable.”

Marcus Stanic |

Marcus will grab a backup whip. He'll also grab the grappling hook and silk rope, unless someone else quite wants it.
"Without tackle, hauling a body up just for display seems like a lot of work. " he comments as he notes that as the beefy fighter the hauling will likely be his problem.

GM_Grandlounge |
Knowledge local from Darjiah about the Tower Girls. Marcus can lift the person even though it will be hard with the friction. It's still under his 300lb lift capacity. Even a couple of people at 10 str could be pulled up them up.

GM_Grandlounge |
That is perfectly fine. Mechanically and would in character are two different things. I just want to lay out the options.

GM_Grandlounge |
Local The Crow:
Crow itself is located just under half a mile from the
Dockway. The Crow is a massive stone monument that rises from
the waters of Magnimar’s harbor. It was once a support for
the Irespan, but with that monument’s collapse, the Crow
is nothing more than an immense freestanding piling.
As with every one of the Irespan’s columns, the Crow is
intricately carved and embossed with ancient statuary
and bas-reliefs featuring the motif of a specific animal or
monster—in this case, hundreds of crowlike gargoyles and
carvings and decorations. Like all of the surviving pilings,
the Crow is 200 feet wide along its midsection (widening
to over 250 feet at the upper section where the piling once
supported the Irespan above). The Crow extends 220 feet
above sea level, and extends another 50 feet underwater to
the harbor floor. The Crow is home to many denizens including
but not limited to the Tower Girls.
Local: Tower Girls:
Most have been trained directly by there leader Ayala Javeski. They are thieves, poison users and often deadly.
The Crow is a large dungeon which means there are rooms that are flavour so there maybe points summarize a few rooms because square by square movement does not work well in PBP. If I do so, I will assume that you check them roll or let you roll and give you the important discrptions

Darjiah Emliak |

Darjiah would try to do it regardless of help, if the party didn't want to help she'd ask a guard. Her commander said that we wanted the people to know the guard is doing something, she intends to do that.
She relays the info to the party

Elendar Nethysborn |

Elendar doesn't interfere with their efforts to make an example of one of the Tower Girls, though he doesn't seem particularly invested in it. He smiles wanly at the suggestion of taking some time before continuing.
Knowledge (local), in case he learns more useful info: 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (11) + 15 = 26

GM_Grandlounge |
There is not much more to know. Aside from the leader there have been a lot of changes lately so most information is unreliable. And very few people have any experience with the crow.

Von-Dai Cress |

Sorry, lost power yesterday.
Von-Dai memorizes some new spells, since he has them available.

GM_Grandlounge |
With all of the guard work done and spell prepared are you ready for the crow? Or are there other ideas?

GM_Grandlounge |
You find easy access to a pair of rowboats. After 20 min of paddling, you arrive at the crow.
A tall lancet arch at water level leads into a chamber at sea level within the side of the Crow. Inside is what was once a small, stepped terrace, now filled with seawater to the level of its top step. Three rowboats are tied off to heavy stones placed on this step. Above, the ceiling rises almost all the way up to the top of the monument—an opening leads off this shaft to the west near the ceiling. At the west end of this room lies a small alcove whose floor shows the stains of countless campfires—the back wall of this alcove has broken through, revealing a passageway beyond.

Marcus Stanic |

"I don't like the idea of climbing under threat, so I think with the passage from the alcove. "
